Posani Krishna Murali, known for his outspoken nature, had made highly abusive remarks against Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan during Jagan Mohan Reddy’s tenure as Chief Minister. With the political landscape now reversed, Posani is facing the legal repercussions of his past comments, as multiple cases have been filed against him.
Recently, Posani was remanded in judicial custody, with over a dozen cases registered against him. However, he managed to secure bail in most of these cases and was scheduled to be released from Kurnool Central Jail today. But his release is proving to be anything but simple.
Shortly after the court granted him bail, the Guntur police swiftly moved to prevent his immediate exit. Reports suggest that a PT (Prisoner Transit) warrant has been secured against Posani, allowing them to take him into custody in connection with another pending case. This legal move could see him arrested even before stepping out of Kurnool Jail.
Given the nature of the charges against him, Posani appears to be caught in a legal cycle—just as he secures bail in one case, another case threatens to keep him behind bars. This pattern may continue for some time, making his legal battle far from over.
All eyes are now on the next course of action from the police, as Posani’s legal troubles continue to mount.
