Saif Ali Khan, who is the nawab of Pataudi, had been residing along with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and their little cute munchkin Taimur Ali Khan at fortune heights in Bandra, Mumbai. It’s heard that they purchased the flat at a mammoth price of 48 crore, few years ago.
Although Saif’s family had been living in a swanky and spacious apartment, they now decided to opt for a much bigger space. For the same, they have planned to move to a new bigger house situated just opposite the current one. The actor is currently supervising the renovation work at the new house and is on the look out to rent his old flat.
When questioned by the media spokesperson as to why he was often spotted outside his home, Saif said “Our new home is being renovated, which is why I stroll around to see how things are panning out and not because I feel restrained”.
He further said he was having a ball of time with his family. “My sister Soha and her husband Kunal (Kemmu) come over sometimes, as do my kids Sara and Ibrahim. My other sister, Saba, too, has moved to Mumbai. Only, mother (Sharmila Tagore) is in a rented apartment in Delhi because the lockdown was imposed while she was at that place. So now, even she is managing the renovation work there”.
