Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s much-awaited film Maa Inti Bangaram is reportedly heading for a postponement. The movie was initially scheduled to release in theatres on May 15, 2026, but the latest buzz suggests that the makers are now planning to push the release to June 19, 2026.
The delay is said to be linked to the ongoing IPL season, with the team reportedly aiming for a better release window next month. Interestingly, promotions for the film, which had begun on a strong note, were suddenly paused a few days ago, further fueling speculation about the postponement.
Meanwhile, the recently released song Thaddadiya has turned into a chartbuster on social media. Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s energetic dance moves in the track have gone viral, with fans actively creating reels and short videos using the song.
The film also marks Samantha’s reunion with director Nandini Reddy after their successful collaboration on Oh! Baby. Touted as a female-centric entertainer, Maa Inti Bangaram features a strong ensemble cast including Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth, Gautami, Sreemukhi, Sathyaraj and others. The music for the film has been composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
