Tamannaah Bhatia, fondly known as the Milky Beauty of Indian cinema, rose to stardom in a remarkably short time. She made her debut with Sri, but it was Sekhar Kammula’s Happy Days that brought her widespread popularity. Over the years, Tamannaah has acted alongside top stars like Prabhas, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and Naga Chaitanya, and even shared the screen with megastar Chiranjeevi. She is one of the few actresses who has successfully worked with two generations of leading heroes.
Recently, the actress became the center of several rumors regarding her sudden weight gain and subsequent weight loss. Speculations spread widely claiming that Tamannaah had been using injections to stay slim and maintain her beauty. Adding to this, gossip circles suggested that during her relationship with Vijay Varma, she wasn’t focusing much on fitness, but after their breakup, she suddenly shifted her focus back to her career and hit the gym with dedication.
Addressing all these rumors, Tamannaah finally broke her silence in a recent interview. She said,
“I’ve been in front of the camera since I was 15. Most of my life has been spent on sets, and everyone knows that — there’s nothing to hide. How I looked then and how I look now is natural. Human bodies change over time, especially for women, who experience shifts every five years. During Covid, I too went through physical challenges and had to work very hard to lose weight.”
With this statement, Tamannaah gave a clear and firm response, putting an end to the rumors about alleged injections.
On the work front, Tamannaah continues to stay busy with special songs, female-oriented roles, and pan-Indian projects. Her upcoming films include O Romeo, Ranger, Ragini MMS 3, Vivaann, and a new project with Vishal and Sundar C. Clearly, the actress is keeping herself fully occupied with back-to-back projects.
