Vakeel Saab and KGF 2 are regarded as two films which have the potential to pull the audience to the theaters in big numbers soon after movie theaters are re-opened.
Interestingly enough, we might witness a direct clash between KGF 2 and Vakeel Saab this Sankranthi.
Apparently, the makers of KGF 2 have locked January 14th as the release date of the film. Incidentally, even Vakeel Saab producers are contemplating a Sankranthi release. The film might be out in theaters in the second week of January.
As per these reports, KGF 2 and Vakeel Saab will be releasing with a gap of less than a week. This could make for an interesting box office clash between two biggies.
With Vakeel Saab being Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film, and KGF 2 riding high on buzz post the blockbuster success of the first outing, KGF, both these films are expected to put on a stellar show at the box office.
That said, nothing is certain for now. Neither Vakeel Saab unit, nor KGF 2 unit have officially announced the release dates of their respective films. They are expected to do so once they analyse the situation after theater operations resume.
