BRS MLA and former Telangana minister Malla Reddy has once again sparked a debate with his latest remarks on the Telugu film industry’s biggest stars, Chiranjeevi and Allu Arjun. Speaking to the media, he made a bold claim that Allu Arjun has now surpassed Chiranjeevi as the top star following the record-breaking success of Pushpa 2.

Acknowledging Chiranjeevi’s past dominance, Malla Reddy stated, “Chiranjeevi was once the industry’s number one, but after the sensational success of Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun has overtaken him. The film grossed ₹1,800 crore, making Allu Arjun an international icon. Everyone must keep up with changing times.” His comments have fueled discussions on the evolving hierarchy in Telugu cinema.

Beyond cinema, Malla Reddy also shed light on his focus on education and technology, emphasizing his departure from what he called “useless politics.” He highlighted his contributions to the education sector, stating, “I have established three universities, and like Lalitha Jewellers’ proprietor, I am also leveraging AI to promote my institutions.”

Expanding on his vision for AI-driven education, he revealed, “For the first time in India, I am training students with AI assistance. I have made it mandatory for students to bring laptops to college. Only those skilled in technology deserve jobs. My university operates using Chinese technology.”

His remarks on both Telugu cinema’s power shift and AI-driven education have drawn widespread attention, sparking discussions that are expected to continue in the coming days.
