It is already known that Sachin Joshi’s Viking Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd had initiated criminal and Civil Proceedings against Ganesh over Nee Jathaga Nenundali movie. Sachin invested the money and Ganesh who should take care of the production and distribution, allegedly cheated Sachin with inflated rates in production and under reporting in distribution.
The case is currently in courts. We have seen Sachin Joshi on couple of occasions calling Bandla Ganesh as fraud openly and very recenrly he threatened that he will stop all the films that will be produced by Bandla Ganesh in future. This type of comments have taken a huge toll on Bandla’s image.
Heros who already committed to do film with the producer, are now hesitant to work with him. Some industry biggies have advised Bandla Ganesh to go for an out of court settlement with Sachin Joshi and sort out the issue or else it will dent his career here. Ganesh agreed for but we will have to see if Sachin agrees!
