Ram Charan Wants 2 Releases in 2015
Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s last film ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ ended up as an average grosser at the box-office and the actor is getting ready to start his new film ‘My Name is Raju’.

We need to wait and see if Srinu Vaitla and Surender Reddy can wrap up the shooting with the given time or not.
Rajasekhar Wants To Experiment With Character Roles
Actor Rajasekhar, who is currently awaiting the release of Telugu comedy “Gaddam Gang”, says he will continue taking up hero-centric characters in films, but he is willing to experiment with “interesting” character roles as well.
“The last few years have been bad with many failures. That’s when I decided I should try and experiment with some interesting character roles that are equally interesting. I was looking to do something very offbeat and that’s when I decided to make aGaddam Gang’,” the 52-year old told IANS.
“This decision won’t stop me from taking up lead roles. I’ll continue doing them as long as audiences accept me,” he said.
“Gaddam Gang”, which is directed by Santosh Jayakumar, is the remake of Tamil sleeper hit “Soodhu Kavvum”, whose remake rights Rajasekhar bought for a whopping price.
“When I saw the film, I decided this was something I’ve been looking to do. I spent a lot of money on acquiring the remake rights as I believed it’s a subject that should work irrespective of the language,” he added.
A story about a group of failed kidnappers, “Gaddam Gang” is produced by Jeevitha Rajasekhar and also features Sheena, Achu Rajamani, Naresh, Raghu Babu and Seetha in important roles.
Hot Heroine Compromised A Lot For Offers
Asin is one of the talented actresses in South India. She was considered as one of the best performers among her contemporaries and Asin appeared in super hit films like ‘Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi’, ‘Lakshmi Narasimha’, ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Dasavatharam’ etc.
She entered into Bollywood with Aamir Khan’s ‘Ghajini’ and this film brought her appreciation from the critics and audience. However, Asin was not able to make her mark in Bollywood after that.
Unlike in South, she appeared in terrible roles in Bollywood and she started to expose a lot. Still, Asin was short of offers and currently, she has signed only one film opposite to Abhishek Bachchan.
Buzz says, Asin has compromised a lot to get noticed in Bollywood, but still she is not able to make it big over there.
‘I Am Picking Roles That Suit My Image’
After you peaked, life gets a little static and this applies to all irrespective of the industry. Senior actor Rajendra Prasad who is seen in character roles often says that he is being choosy as he does not believe in doing every role that comes to him.
Though there are many offers, he says he is only doing roles that interest him and roles that might interest the audiences once the film releases.
“When I feel my past name will get tarnished, I refuse some roles. It is well-known that I scored well during my stint as a top comedy hero. In fact, our ex prime minister PV Narasimha Rao once told me that he would watch my films to de-stress and have a good laugh. That has been the best compliment I have got till date,” says he.
He has just finished shooting for Nootilo Kappalu, Tommy, Daagudu Mootalu Dandaako and says he has four other films in the making.
Rajendra Prasad says it is indeed good that sense of humour among Telugu audiences has evolved over the years.
