Farmers Cellphone Torture To AP Minister
Prattipati Pulla Rao, Minister for Agriculture for Andhra Pradesh is facing cellphone torture due to Raghuveera’s over-enthusiastic. Andhra Pradesh Congress chief Raghuveera Reddy while Speaking to scribes he asked farmers to call the Minister if they have any problems on loan waiver list.
He did not stop there but announced the mobile number of Pulla Rao. From then on Minister started getting calls from farmers. Farmers for the past three days flooded him with their problems calling him on his mobile.
Minister Pulla Rao is having torrid time to explain to them. Even before he could finish one call he is having ten missed calls.
Two die of swine flu in Hyderabad
Two persons died of swine flu at a government-run hospital here Wednesday, officials said. According to the health department of the Telangana government, a 20-year-old woman from Jeedimetla in Hyderabad and a 42-year-old man from Medak district died while undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital here.
Doctors said they were undergoing treatment at other hospitals and came to Gandhi Hospital at a later stage. Two more patients, with suspected swine flu symptoms, are undergoing treatment at the hospital. An official said the four cases were reported in the last 15 days. There were no swine flu cases this year till July but during the last five months sporadic cases were reported.
With the two deaths, the toll from swine flu this year in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh put together has gone up to 12. The toll was eight last year. Doctors attributed the increase in the number of cases during the last few weeks to the winter season. They have advised people to take all necessary precautions.

On the other hand, three-time MLA, Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar who has been with the TRS for 12 years has been made ‘Parliamentary Secretary’. The position holds the rank of a Minister of State and has the same entitlements as assigned to a government department.

Case filed Against Jabardasth Comedy Show
Jabardasth TV show became popular with in short span with its comedy skits. However sometimes there is an impression that its comedy crossed the thin line of obscenity.
According to the latest it is coming out that a case has been registered against the show in Huzurabad police station, Karimnagar. Ethipathy Arun, advocate from Huzurabad in his complaing alleged that in the show there are episodes insulting and degrading judges and judiciary.
Court after hearing the petition asked poilce to register case against the comedy show organisers. First time a comedy show is entering the court rooms. Thus Jabardasth is creating another record.
Lokayuktha slapped AP govt hard!
Now, after the tough brawl between the two Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on power issue, Lokayuktha has slapped the AP government with notices to give explanation about acting against the power agreement. Lokayuktha questioned the reason for not giving the power required to the Telangana government that is based on the agreement.
It also asked why did the AP government act against the agreement the was signed well before. Lokayuktha demanded a reply by the AP government by January 19th, 2015. However, this is an ultimate shock from Lokayuktha to the AP government. Advocate from Telangana has approached the Lokayuktha seeking justice in the power issue.

The complaint states that Sravani has a tiff with Chakri’s mother and brother a month back, and then they left their house. Now that Chakri is dead, they have returned to the house and started accusing that Sravani has killed Chakri with some intentions.

Financial Aid for Late Telangana Hero’s Wife

The government of Telangana has announced a financial aid for the wife of yesteryear actor-late Kantha Rao. It has passed orders on Wednesday to send an amount of Rs 10,000 every month to Kantha Rao’s wife Ms Hymavathi towards her daily needs.
Originally known as Tadepalli Lakshmi Kanta Rao, he is considered as the first star hero of Telangana and he was peer to legendary NTR and ANR. Acted in over 400 films, he was popular for portraying Narada role. He received several prestigious awards including Rashtrapati Award for best actor for his role Lakshmana in the blockbuster film Lava Kusha.
The government of Andhra Pradesh in 2000 honoured him with Raghupathi Venkaiah Award for lifetime achievement for his contribution to film industry. Although Kantha Rao earned a lot of money, he eventually lost most of it as he ventured into film production. With this government of Telangana has come forward to help his wife.
Police Finds Fault With Vishnu, Issues Notices
Ex-MLA P Vishnuvardhan Reddy on Wednesday was questioned by Madhapur police on his fight with Kalvakurthy MLA Vamshi chander Reddy. Police recorded the statements of 37 eye witnesses who happened to watch the scuffle between Vishnuvardhan Reddy and Vamshi chander Reddy at a wedding function in Hyderabad on December 12.
Police after investigation and examining of cc tv footage found that Vishnuvardhan Reddy punched the gunman in his face which resulted in the brawl. Police issued noticed to Vishnu after the investigation. In the fight Vamsi suffered minor injuries and was rushed to a near by hospital.
