Highlights Of AP Loan Waiver Scheme
Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu announced his Government decision on loan waiver couple of hours ago in his interaction with media at Hyderabad. Chandra Babu Naidu after cabinet meeting with ministers and important leaders took the major policy decision.
Here are the important highlights
– Loans under Rs 50000 will be waived off on single payment.
– Loans above Rs 50000 then 20% will be paid in five installments
– Of the 43 lakh selected for first phase, 40% of them have 50k loans. All of them will be loan free once the policy is implemented.
– If any farmer has for eg 60k loan, then 20% ie 12k will be paid first and the remaining four installments with 10% amount will be paid.
– From Dec 10-15 Chandra babu along with local MLAs or leaders will hand over letter and bonds to farmers. Even Mirchi, turmeric are considered as farms and loans for those farmers will also be waived.
– Economic status of farmers under 50k loans will not be considered. Economic status for loans above 50k will be considered.
– Officials stated that even UPA govt followed the same policy in 2008.
– Farmers who did not submit any documents till now, once they submit to banks will be considered and their loans be waived once in every 15 days.

The New Prince of Tollywood?
In Tollywood only Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s family has patent to use ‘Mega’ as suffix. Similarly the moment anyone uses Prince, then all remembers Prince Mahesh Babu, current super star of Tollywood. Since Mahesh’s debut film is Rajakumarudu, fans address him as ‘Prince’. However yesterday in Mukunda audio function, Mega Star Chiranjeevi hurled Prince bomb on Varun Tej, Naga Babu’s son.
Chiru speaking at the function said he heard many addressing Varun as Mega Prince and he loved it. He said the tag suits Varun perfectly. But this is surprising as mega fans very well know about Prince Mahesh Babu’s stardom and it is doubtful that they address mega hero by Prince tag.
On Varun, Chiru said till ten years of age, Varun had been with him at his house and so quickly he became 6.5 ft tall. Chiru wished Varun to reach dizzy heights on Tollywood silver screen. He added that his dad Naga Babu aspired to become a star but due to various responsibilities he couldn’t and hoped Varun will fill that vacum.
Young Filmmaker To Direct Baahubali
Young Rebel Star Prabhas is currently busy working for his upcoming film ‘Baahubali’. Shooting part is under progress in the exotic locales of Bulgaria. Earlier, we have informed that Prabhas will be doing his next film under UV Creations. Our sources informed that the project is okayed now. ‘Run Raja Run’ boy Sujeeth will be directing this yet-to-be titled film.
Prabhas shares a very good relationship with UV Creations and it’s more like his home banner. This production house gave ‘Mirchi’ to Prabhas and the film is Young Rebel Star’s biggest box-office hit so far. After the success of ‘Run Raja Run’, Sujeeth narrated his script to UV Creations and the young director has been working on it since then. Another ‘Orange’ For Ram Charan?
Long back, we published an exclusive feature about Gautam Menon’s upcoming Telugu film with Mega Power Star Ram Charan. As per our sources, Gautam Menon has narrated the script and Ram Charan expressed his willingness to go ahead with project. However, sources informed that Chiranjeevi suggested Charan to wait for some time as Megastar is having second thoughts about the story.
Chiru felt that this film might end up as another ‘Orange’ in Ram Charan’s career. ‘Orange’ was a disaster at the box-office and the film changed producer Naga Babu’s fate into a different way. But Charan expressed his confidence on the script and he seems to have convinced his father that there is a huge difference between ‘Bommarillu’ Bhaskar and Gautam Menon.
This ‘Gharshana’ director is known for his action entertainers and romantic dramas. As Charan has been doing only action films, he must have decided to do a romantic drama under the direction of Gautam Menon. Currently, Gautam is busy working for ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ with Tamil Superstar Ajith and this film will be releasing of Pongal 2015.
Sonakshi Sinha Likes To Style Herself
Actress Sonakshi Sinha, who worked as a costume designer before facing the cameras in films, has styled herself for few scenes in “Action Jackson”. She says she liked doing so. The actress, who has usually been seen sporting traditional looks in her films, will flaunt a western look in “Action Jackson”. Talking about it, she said: “I have my stylist a bit of here and there, but I like to do it myself.
I like to put my own stuff together at times. So I work on my own jacket, shoes and sunglasses in a song. “Besides, it was not a conscious decision to look modern (in ‘Action Jackson’). In fact, I wore a western outfit in ‘Joker’, but not many people watched it. It’s not my mistake.” In the film, she will be seen with Ajay Devgn.
She says her co-star is allergic to dancing, but he was prepared for the film thanks to director Prabhudheva. “Prabhudheva had told him, ‘You have to dance’. Prabhu is a great choreographer, so he gave Ajay steps according to his personality and not gave him any steps because of which he will be uncomfortable,” he added. “Action Jackson”, releasing Friday, also features Yami Gautam.
Priyanka Chopra named world’s Sexiest Asian Woman
Actress Priyanka Chopra has been named the world’s sexiest Asian woman in a poll by a Britain-based newspaper. The former beauty queen has thanked her well-wishers for this. The “Fashion” star has topped the top 50 list in an annual poll conducted by the Eastern Eye newspaper. “Thank you for the love! Varun Tej – Only Style? No Substance?
Mega Scion, Mega Brother Naga Babu’s Son, Varun Tej is all set to make his filmy debut with Mukunda which is slated for release on December 24th. The Song Teasers and trailer of the movie is released on the occasion of the audio release event of the movie on Wednesday. However the first impression on Varun Tej from the teasers seem to be not positive from acting point of view. Varun Tej looks extremely handsome with lanky frame.
But his body language is not at ease and he is struggling to dance swiftly due to his height. Also the young man is seem to be using only one serious expression through out which indicates that it is not easy for him to impress the audience. For some reason, there is no dialogue of the actor in the theatrical trailer, he can be rated further by listening to it. However seeing the teasers released so far, Mega fans are disappointed at least for now.
One of the Senior Mega Fan, Satish was saying, ” He is definitely handsome but thats not enough. He seem to be Tarak Ratna of Mega Family. Sai Dharam Tej is more star material than him. I will only hope he proves me wrong. Or else he will fail to sustain like Allu Sirish”. Mukunda is slated for December 24th release. The movie was sold for 18 Crore across the World. It has to collect a minimum of 19 Crore to be called a hit.
KCR Film City Attracting AP Film Workers?
It appears that Telangana CM KCR is determined to build a film city near Rachakonda and he is going to conduct an aerial survey with a convoy of helicopters. Signals are coming that land allotment is possible for cine circuit people and with that, all those who are not having any membership in associations are rushing to register themselves.
The list comprises of many artistes, technicians but here is an interesting inside byte. After bifurcation, certain Telangana groups have set up associations for different crafts of cinema and workers who hail from Andhra and Rayalaseema are also taking membership in it. They strongly believe first preference will be given to Telangana members.
Hence, they are trying to reiterate their roots to Hyderabad and feel it is better to associate with these associations. You might be wondering what if they get exposed. The irony is, association members cannot even recognize each other. There are two reasons for this membership frenzy, one, the hope of getting allotted plots and two, when an issue happens the group will come to support.
As such, the members don’t go to any meetings and about a dozen people will run the associations. So, they will not even know who the members are what they look like. All in all, the membership spree is on and if they get lucky then the film city at Rachakonda might become a reality and they might get a piece of land.
Rendu Rellu Naluge Movie – Story leak
A techie by profession and a film maker by passion, Dharma Donepudi’s debut full length Telugu Feature Film Rendu Rellu Naluge (RR4) will hit the screens across the world on December 5th. Every year thousands of students and professionals flock the US in search of greener pastures. The story is about two happy-go-lucky friends one a student and the other a professional living in the US.
The duo encounter life changing situations forcing them to take drastic measures, one such being marrying a American citizen which leads them into further dire situations. The screenplay and dialogues are layered so deeply that although situations depicted seem dark and intense, director Dharma used satire and dark comedy to depict the scenes leaving everlasting emotions on the audiences.
The director claims that the movie has twists every few minutes but the interval twist will definitely take the movie audiences to a drunken high.This movie seems promising for the avid Telugu audiences looking for an alternate cinema from TFI.
2011 World Cup Stars Missed In 2015 Probables
Cricket crazy fans of India can never forget the Men in Blue’s exploits when they won 2011 world cup limited over tourney. BCCI which announced the list of 30 probables for World Cup 2015 shocked all by excluding many of members from the world cup winning team of 2011.
Those excluded by BCCI from the probables comprise of Shewag, Harbhajan, Gambhir,Yuvraj and Zaheer all of whom played key role in India’s triumph.
