Well all will be shocked to know that Mahesh has got inspiration from his son Gautham. This was claimed by Mahesh himself during a short talk show with Samantha and Trivikram. He said that his kids are his world and they inspired him to do a kind of charity to poor kids. 

However, many celebs have come up with their personal life and their experiences sharing on screen as a part of the Memusaitham event. He even added that Namratha has been doing her bit to the ailing and the underprivileged children. Mahesh said, “My kids are my world, my son Gautam was a premie (born one and half months pre-mature). 

He said that as a father he spent a lot of anxious moments and believed that the money he has took away lot of their anxiousness and from this, the thought to do my bit to poor children has come.” So, this is what made Mahesh inspire from his son! A true hero who is so sown to earth and reveals his personal feel of his charitable works is simply superb! As we all know that Mahesh is very much reserved but he opened up for the Memusaitham event, that’s the trending topic of the country!

Well, Rajamouli is always known to fall things in perfection in a very new style. This time to contribute to the Memusaitham event which has been raised as part of the Hudhud relief activity, He came up to do a skit that relates to Producer BVSN Prasad who is hungry and willing to test all the cast and crew of about their cooking skills. 

This skit runs in a comedy backdrop, where the team has to choose a pair each and go ahead with cooking.They do delicious dishes and finally place it before BVSN Prasad to taste and reveal the team name that has done well so that they can get a gift. 

But finally BVSN Prasad tells that it is just a prank he played so that he can make them perform for the Memusaitham event and added that everything he had shoot all the fun they made. This is truly an innovative thought and the something really new. So, what do you think? Is that the only contribution from Baahubali is yet to be known! Stay tuned to us!

It’s all done yesterday! The telethon program in Gemini TV on 30th November from 10am to 11pm the whole Tollywood Film Industry has come to one stage to raise fund for the Hudhud victims. Every celeb did their bit including the most shy Superstar, Mahesh who was involved in a funny interview. The events started off with songs and next the Manchu family’s Kabaddi matches thrilled the audience. 

Few dance performances, Baahubali team’s comedy skit, Cricket match held in a totally different style, Antyakshari with the top most stars enthralled all. When there was such a great event going on, a powerful star was missing. Who is that? No doubt, it is Pawan Kalyan. But why? Well, when a star like Jr.NTR was having high fever had attended the great cause, what so critical happened to Pawan was a few analysts question! 

Well, this absence disappointed the fans who have pinned lot of hopes of meeting the Power Star. But still the audience wanted to know the reason and so someone revelaed that Pawan was suffering from high fever and so could not attend it. But few say it is to avoid the face off with Chiranjeevi. Let’s wait what Pawan has got to tell his fans about this!

Telugu Film Industry’s Memu Saitham is Super Successful and a cheque of 11,51,56,116/- was handed over to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu which was collected from this program. But according to the highly placed sources in Film Chamber, this amount was cut down by 3 Crores by the wickedness and shrewdness of Daggubati Suresh Babu. 

MAA TV has offered 6.5 Crore for the TV rights of the event. But Suresh Babu who was the incharge of the entire event turned down their request and gave away the TV rights to Gemini for just 3.5 Crore which is a loss of 3 Crore right away. We are said that Gemini bagged the rights of Gopala Gopala, Drishyam, Bhimavaram Bullodu (all belonging to Suresh Productions and Memu Saitham for 20 Crore Package. 

MAA TV refused to buy the other films and so Gemini was given the opportunity despite quoting less for Memu Saitham. A disappointed MAA TV aired Classic TRP fetching programs like Vajrothsavam, Blockbuster movies like Dookudu and Attarintiki Daredi to eat away the TRPs of Memu Saitham and it successfully managed at some time in the day.

Memu Saitham – Tollywood’s Fund Raising Event ended up on a happy note with non stop entertaining day combined with 11,51,56,116/- Donations pouring from the program. The major highlight of the program is the very active participation from the Big Four of Telugu Industry – Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh. 

Their energy is touching peaks all day. Venkatesh led the pack with non stop participation from morning to evening. The usually reserved actor was seen hyper active and entertained the fans with his funny commentary as well. Balakrishna won accolades of many by rendering two songs and a super comedy skit. The actor’s performances were the only highlights in the morning session which was poorly scripted. 

Nagarjuna’s team won the Cricket league finally and Chiranjeevi showed the old glimpses of Megastar by shaking his leg on two occasions. However the disappointing thing is the participation of the younger generation heroes. Ram Charan, NTR, Allu Arjun, Prabhas and others have participated but not to the level of the senior heroes. The glaring fact is the erupting egos between them. Mega heroes were seen only in Mega camp and similarly every one. 

They just participated for some time and disappeared. There is no coherence between them like the Big Four have between them despite the professional rivalry and political differences. Certainly the younger generation have a thing or two to learn from their Seniors.

It is one of the interesting pics in fact. Just see the difference in a span of 11 years. Jr NTR was seen holding Akhil Akkineni on his lap way back in 2003.

Now in 2014, during ‘Memu Saitham’ both are seen like hot honchos of Tollywood. Indeed, Akhil is yet to do his debut as lead but much before that he is considered to be a bright one in the star brigade of Tollywood.

After ruling the roost for a while as heroines, most of the actresses get elevated to the level of character artists. But it must be said that not all can sustain in that segment. This is one reason why many respect the Sahajanati Jayasudha. She has been part of Tollywood since many decades and has an illustrious filmography. 

The senior actress was also part of the ‘Memu Saitham’ proceedings and while all were having their share of fun and frolic, Jayasudha had a very emotional moment at one point. The reason for that was the song essayed by the Akkineni family as their contribution to the Hudhud relief measures.

In that song, the ending shows the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao making an appearance and this was taken from his last movie ‘Manam’. On seeing him, Jayasudha got very emotional and tears started rolling. Given her bonding and camaraderie with ANR, it was really touching for her and those who witnessed Jayasudha’s emotions could not stop themselves from feeling very nostalgic.

When you see your favorite hero or a celebrity in real life, the natural reflex for many is to scream in joy or whistle at them. And if the same person is seen at an event or a program then the excitement and frenzy is more. This was the situation when one actor made his entry during the ongoing events at ‘Memu Saitham’ initiative. 

He is none other than the Burning Star Sampoornesh Babu aka Sampoo. He was part of the ‘Kabaddi’ match initiated by the Manchu family and though there were other celebrities present, the amount of response and whistles Sampoo got was eye catching. 

He is just one film old as a hero. But it was the internet and social media that made him a star overnight and he is seen rubbing with the bigger league stars now. True to the reactions from the public, Sampoo was acknowledging with full positivity and all in all, it was a worthy evening for the fans and also for the Burning Star.

You don’t need an introduction on the game called Housie and in our colloquial terms it is called ‘Tambola’. Many organizations, apartments and even offices play this by buying tickets and winning some amounts. The interesting part is, it is more like an act of entertainment and people really enjoy playing this given its fun spirit. 

So, something similar was planned as part of the activities for the ‘Memu Saitam’ and provide more entertainment. However, that idea was called off and here is the secret behind the cancellation. Sources reveal the Telangana government made it clear that the Tambola event would not be allowed to telecast on the Gemini TV. 

Well, according to the authorities, Tambola is considered a vice and it is nothing less than gambling so they were not ready for that. As a result, the Tollywood folks didn’t have much choice except dropping the idea. Though there was some disappointment, what the people were confused is the critical perspective of the government for a light hearted game like this.
