Ram Gopal Varma’s latest offering Ice Cream 2 failed to get decent collections on its first two days that the distributors and exhibitors decided to terminate the movie immediately. They didn’t even wait to see if the movie could get any audience on Sunday.

Ice Cream 2 has been terminated with immediate effect and has been replaced by films like Karthikeya and Pooja. Despite making prior agreements for running it at least for a week exhibitors and distributors decided to remove it in two days as the film hardly could get any audience.

Ice Cream was so horrible that audience didn’t even dare to give Ice Cream 2 a try. Three figured collections in many theaters proved that the film is a colossal disaster and running it for an entire week could be suicidal. Ram Gopal Varma has already announced Ice Cream 3, 4 and 5. Will he dare to make third part after this humiliation? Well, RGV is capable of doing anything!

Known for his commitment driven with passion, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram never gives up despite taking big blows with flop films. Though he incurred huge losses recently with ‘Om 3D’, he is now trying to bounce back more strongly. Coming up with ‘Pataas’, Kalyan Ram wrapped the flick in record time as he is getting ready for a December release if possible.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Pataas features Kalyan Ram in a stylish cop role. Already the recently released motion poster of the flick garnered huge attention. Rather giving scope for experiments, it is heard that the Nandamuri hero has worked heavily on the commercial elements. As the shooting got completed already, audio release is being planned for December 1st week and the film might hit screens in last week of December. This flick’s success is crucial for our Nandamuri hero as he tastes bitter on a row.

Generally celebs turn up in huge embellished dresses, ethnic wear with heavy hand work and ornament studded, for events like marriages and marriage receptions. But spicy heroine Shradda Kapoor showed her saucy side at the recently concluded reception event of Salman Khan’s Arpita. Sexiness is the small word as our heroine decided to turn all heads.

The Bunty Aur Babli star posed a selfie with Aishwarya’s father, mom and posted a selfie on his social networking page. Sharing the pic, Abhishek wrote, “Happy Birthday Rockstar!! #Coolest #FatherInLaw #Birthday.” However their cute daughter Aaradhya, who recently turned three, seemed to be missing from the family picture.

According to reports, hunky heroes Prabhas and Rana Daggubati are fighting with each other, albeit it’s within SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus Baahubali. The ace director is canning high-octane action fight between “Baahubali” Prabhas and “Bhallaladeva” Rana Daggubati in Ramoji Film City. Stunt master Peter Heins is choreographing the fights. Rumour has it that both Prabhas and Anushka would be fighting for Anushka Shetty in the film. However, there is no confirmation on this.

Buzz is that the movie revolves around the concept of “Greed”. Although several films were made earlier on this, including in folklore, we hear that director Rajamouli is unleashing the film in a different way. Especially, Rajamouli is leaving no brick unturned to make this film a visual splendour.

 

It’s common knowledge by now that director Sampath Nandi is out of Gabbar Singh 2 and he has been replaced with director Bobby. Although many in industry have expressed shock with the development, we hear that there are turn of events behind this whole drama. Apparently, Pawan Kalyan has given ample time for Sampath to come up with an “impressive” subject based on his plot but the director reportedly “failed” to meet Pawan’s expectations. In between Pawan also signed “Gopala Gopala” to “buy” sometime but Sampath couldn’t make it then.

With continuous delays, Pawan is said to be miffed as several rumours, speculations started circulating that the movie has been “shelved”. Pawan decided to go ahead without Sampath and reportedly “sacked” him. It’s cinematographer Jayanan Vincent who suggested Bobby’s name for Pawan. Pawan called on Bobby, both discussed and things went smooth. Pawan was said to be floored with Bobby and decided to zero in on without any delay. Jayanan Vincent, who cranked camera well for Theenmar, Gabbar Singh and Ravi Teja’s Power, shares good bond with both Pawan and Booby and hence he is the man “behind” Bobby bagging the project.
