Putting rest to rumours on their relation, Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli has finally admitted that Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and he are in a relation. “It is out in the open (Jo hai sabke saamne hai abhi). We are not hiding anything, we are not trying to hide anything. I don’t want to hide anything. 

But if you get repeatedly asked on the same thing and if it is made a matter of debate then both the individuals don’t feel it is right,” said Kohli on Friday in Mumabi who attended a private event. Kohli added that it was already obvious that he and Anushka were in a relationship and people should not be curious about them anymore. “If you are seen together somewhere and still people ask ‘is it confirmed?’, then it is a matter of common sense. 

If you know then why ask the same question, that is our basic logic behind it. It is not something wrong apparently for people that we are doing. “We will not personally like to speak about it because it is something very personal for us and that should be respected by the media and everyone else as well,” Kohli said.

Ram Gopal Varma is renowned for making controversial statements prior to his film release and this time just couple of days before his film Ice Cream 2 release he created controversy by differentiating Lord Balaji at Tirumala and Lord Narasimhaswamy at Yadagirigutta and questioned why Telangana people pray Balaji when they have Narasimhaswamy. 

When asked why he is creating controversy to generate interest on his film Ice Cream 2, he said he is not doing so but it is media and people who are misinterpreting. He said the moment he gets any thoughts, he tweets irrespective of his film release or not. he pointed out that even when he made some comments on Lord Ganesh or on Power Star Pawan Kalyan he said there were no films releasing. 

He said it is wrong on people to think that if he creates controversy on some issue people will see his films. He said only if content and story is good,people will watch and otherwise they will not. On Tirumala and Yadagirigutta he said he still donot believe in gods but got a doubt so just put a question. If anyone can clarify his doubt they can do rather than target him. 

When asked why he is praising KCR, he said he is a big fan of him and he is the most beautiful than legendary NTR and he would vote for KCR above Tamanna and Ileana. He said he was happy when KCR announced that he would develop Yadagirigutta as Vatican and though he is a non believer, he likes yadagirigutta as he visited the place manytimes during his childhood on excursion.

Yesteryear hero Suman who sometime back heaped praises on TRS chief and Telangana CM KCR and also expressed his wish to fight for the development of Telangana, today shocked all by praising AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu. Suman who visited Tirumala along with his friends early morning of Thursday, after having darshan of Lord Venkateswara interacted with scribes. 

He said it is good omen that Chandra Babu Naidu became CM of AP when the region is thrown into trouble with huge financial deficit due to unforeseen bifurcation. He said people have confidence that CM Chandra Babu with his immense experience as CM will put AP right on fast track development again. He said opposition even though they criticise Babu should not come in the way of AP development. He said it is good sign that Chandra Babu spent day and night in Visakhapatnam when hudhud hit it strongly. 

He reminded that Chandra Babu strove hard and restored power and water supply, relief material, transportation, bus and road facilities quite quickly. Suman who earlier gave similar advice to opposition asking them not to stop development of Telangana and hailed KCR rule, asked AP and Telangana to use power and water sparingly considering the impending summer needs. He asked people to be like brothers though bifurcated into two states. 

He on his political career said he is ready to star in any role if he likes the story. He said in his 36 year cine career he starred in 350 films and expressed happiness at his continuation in the industry by the grace of God and due to love and affection of people. He said currently he is doing negative role in Rudramadevi and also in Lingaa. He is starring in 8 films in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages.

South Indian superstar Rajinikanth has been conferred with prestigious Centenary Award for 2014 at the 45th International Film Festival of India. Amitabh Bachchan who was the chief guest for the opening ceremony of the festival, presented the Centenary Award for Indian Film Personality of the Year to Rajinikanth.

“I came here to receive an award and not give a speech. Have no words to say after Amitabh Bachchan gave a wonderful speech,” said Rajinikanth at IFFI’s opening ceremony in Goa. 

IFFI 2014 will see the screening of 179 films which have been picked from 75 countries in different categories including World Cinema (61 films), Masterstrokes (11 films), Festival Kaleidoscope (20 films), Soul of Asia (7 films), Documentaries (6 films), and Animated Films (6 films).

According to trade sources, the Box Office collections of Sai Dharam Tej’s grand debut Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham said to have seen heavy dropout. No doubt, the movie showed up good openings on Day 1 as mega fans thronged to theatres and set cash registers ringing up to Monday, subsequently the movie’s collections reportedly tumbled, said a distribution source on condition of anonymity. 

He added, ‘Although reviews were positive, they’ve hardly made a difference as the movie is primarily aimed at B and C centres.’ However, we hear that the movie managed to garner Rs 5 Crore plus so far, albeit a good number considering that Dharam Tej is a newcomer. Between effective ‘cost-management’ of producers said to have working in favour of them.

Mass Maharaja Raviteja used to do multiple films at a time and is known for having three or more releases every year. However he has slowed down after a series of flops and has done only two films in the last two years. 

After scoring back to back hits with Balupu and Power, Raviteja is back in business. Raviteja is signing up more projects now. His Kick 2 is already on the sets and he has okayed Bengal Tiger with Sampath Nandi. Raviteja also gave positive nod to the Telugu remake of Hindi hit Special Chabbis. He is in talks with a couple of other directors who have narrated stories to him. 

Raviteja will surely have two or more releases in 2015 and the number will go up in 2016. Raviteja may not be able to do more films if he slowed as he is already into late forties. So Mass Maharaja decided to take up more projects before hitting the fifty mark.
