With Andhra Pradesh going through bifurcation there has been quite an erratic progression in the real estate market of Telangana and residuary Andhra Pradesh. With the brand value of Hyderabad taking a fatal hit, the entire focus of investors and realtors has now shifted towards Andhra Pradesh and its cities. 

Right now, many real estate experts reveal Andhra Pradesh lands are booming and even those who are in Telangana state are coming forward with their cash bags. It is not just the Telangana side realtors but even those who are rich are investing for long term benefits. Anywhere, land is something always precious. 

And it can only give you appreciation than depreciation. This reminds us of the time when skyscrapers business boomed in Mumbai. Many Telugu people rushed to Mumbai and purchased properties there. The Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar today early morning started his visit to the village he adopted in Andhra Pradesh. He was given a warm welcome by the Puttamrajuvari Kandriga villagers and overwhelmed him with their love knowing about his adoption news. This has been a part of Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna program that Sachin adopted the village. He launched many developmental works in the village and unveiled the pylon of the adoption. 

He was been hosted by Municipal Administration & Urban Development Urban Water Supply and Urban Planning Minister Narayana and the District Collector of Nellore N.Srikanth. The security arrangements were made alert till Sachin stays in the village. He landed in Krishnapatnam port in a chopper and halted for night. Addressing the meeting today, the cricketer mentioned his thoughts of the importance of women in daily life and asked all to respect them and even gave a call to the women to take care of their children’s health and family too. 

He expressed his views about the woman’s sacrifice in life as a wife, mother and so on. He sanctioned Rs 2.79 crore under the scheme MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS).He told that is their responsibility to take care of the developed things in the village. He asked the villagers to keep the developmental activities clean and asked them to make best use of them. 

He promised them a Wifi school in the village and again reminded his words receiving Bharata Ratna that he is dedicating this award to all mothers of the nation. However, there was a festive mood in the village and outsiders flooded to Kandriga to see the Cricket icon. What do you think of this gesture of Sachin?
