With Sai Dharam Tej proving his mettle in his debut flick Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham, focus has now shifted to another mega hero-son of actor Naga Babu Varun Tej. Here is the sneak peek of Varun Tej in his maiden film Mukunda. Tipped to be a youthful romance, the movie is being directed by Srikanth Addala of SVSC and Kotha Bangaru Lokam fame.
We hear that the shooting of the film has been wrapped up and it has come out well. Meanwhile, makers are planning to release the film’s audio on December 14 and if all goes well the movie will be released for Sankranthi. Let’s wait and see how Varun pull off the film and whether he will be a true successor to his father Naga Babu and uncles Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan or not.
‘I Want To Come Back To Tollywood’ – Ileana
After a long time, we have seen hip-beauty Ileana D’cruz swaying her charms in Hyderabad. Showing gratitude for her former celebrity manager Giridhar, who has now become producer with the Naga Shourya, Avika Gor starrer ‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’, our drop dead gorgeous Goan siren attended the music launch eve of the film as a chief guest. Not just attendance, Ileana pumped up spirits with her pep talk.
Speaking at the audio launch of ‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’, Ileana revealed her intentions. “Without Giridhar I wouldn’t have reached this stage in my life, both in Telugu movies and now in Bollywood. I’m missing Telugu films, and want to come back here very soon”, said Ileana, sharing her intent to bounce back into Tollywood. Well, none asked her to go away in the first case and many are willing to rope her in lest she controls her starry tantrums, say many. Currently Ileana is waiting for her November 21st release, Sai Ali Khan’s ‘Happy Ending’.
Sai In The Foot Steps Of Bunny, Not Cherry
Instead of taking the route of star-driven films like Ram Charan Tej, debutant actor Sai seems to have resolved to take the path of other kin and star Allu Arjun’s ‘boy-next-door’ role and it’s tactful and sensible too.
His performance and approach in PVLJ, reminds early days of Bunny’s films like “Happy” or “Arya”, where he impresses with his pranks and takes on the might of villain with his ‘brains’ than ‘brawn'( despite having a good physique) and finally, wins is lady love, to connect better with young viewers.
As a son for Mega Star, Ram Charan can carry the larger-than-life and tough roles and even megafans and masses approved his ‘dare-devil’ avatar, but Bunny rose to stardom step-by-step and took time to gain his stardom, by doing simple lover boy roles, before changing gears with Desamuduru. “Sai has to follow the same route since there is lot of competition and not easy to get instant stardom these days” adds a distributor. May be, Sai knows this much better than others.
How Many For NTR’s Film?
Once you become a fan of young tiger Junior NTR it is hard to get away from him. It is true that his career has been going through a downslide given the number of flops he scored in the recent past but there is always that confidence in you that he is one actor who needs a single hit to bounce back and grab his glory.
Right now, the discussion is on about the ongoing project of Junior and the titles being attached to it. So far, the film has got titles as ‘Kummesta’ ‘Rubabu’ ‘Temper’ ‘Neno Rakam’ ‘Shamsher’ ‘Saradaa’ ‘Kavacham’ ‘Trisoolam’. All these titles are part of the speculation raising on this project but nothing has been confirmed.
The filmnagar circles say the way so many titles have come for this film, this is the first time so many titles got speculated for a Telugu movie. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film also has the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal as the leading lady. Since the team is targeting January 2015 for release, the chosen title would be out in just a matter of few days. Let us wait and watch!
Biker dares to break KCR’s Convoy, Travels for 4 Km
In a nail biting and spine tingling incident for Hyderabad police, two bikers have broken CM KCR’s convoy and travelled nearly four kilometres along with the convoy. Finally they were caught after their bike hit a police vehicle. The incident took place at Hayathnagar when CM KCR was returning from Munugode of Nalgonda.
The two bike borne were identified as Srinivas Chari and Prakash who were said to be in inebriated condition and they “wanted” to do “something adventurous” but has no “plan to hurt CM KCR” declared police. It happened at around 3.30 PM on Sunday. The accused suffered minor injuries as their bike dashed police vehicle and they were shifted to a nearby hospital. This has certainly shook up police authorities for a while. However, after coming to know that the miscreants were drunk, police officials have breathed sigh.

If we have to go by the trailer, the story deals with an youngster falling for an already engaged girl and then trying to convince her first and her father later to make his love victorious. Ample fun, satires on lifestyle and dedication in love happens to be the USP of this fine romantic story. Performances of Naga Shourya, Avika and Rao Ramesh are looking finesse in trailer itself.
Probably Telugu audiences are going to get another luscious treat of rom-com in the coming days. Debutant Nandayala Ravi has impressed with the first step and we have to see how the flick turns out. The film is being produced by Giridhar, a former celebrity manager.
