The name is ‘N District’, a posh restaurant and bar in Jubilee Hills, which is owned by King Nagarjuna was opened last week for public. On the inaugural day, it is the turn of ace Telugu cinema heroine Samantha Ruth Prabu to grace this lavish place and feel the delicious food. Plummeting on those chocolate cakes, Sam and her designer Neeraja Kona had a gala time at the Bar and Restaurant.
If we have to by Neeraja’s words, “N-District is a must visit for its decor, food and vibe”. Already many celebs are stepping inside this place to get a feel of it, and we could expect more pictures of them adoring the timelines of social networks soon.
NTR’s Heroine Expecting First Child
Popular as Jr NTR’s heroine after acting with him back to back in two movies, Sameera Reddy got that seductress image in both Tollywood and Bollywood. Early this year in January she got married to her longtime lover Akshai Varde in low-key family affair. He happens to be a businessman with customized-bike making showroom in Mumbai.
Latest reports indicate that Sameera and Akshay are expecting their first child, and our hottie has confirmed the same. Sources added that whole of Sameera’s family is quite thrilled about the first baby. Probably very soon the hot lady will be entering the club of parenthood.
Rakul Preet’s First Film Rough?
According to sources, Rough was the first film Rakul Preet Singh has signed on the dotted line formally. Director Subba Reddy and producer Abhilash have roped in Rakul to launch her in Telugu film industry. With the movie delayed due to unknown reasons, she got busy with several projects in Hindi, Telugu.
However, the makers are said to be happy as Rakul has now several successes under her belt and has charm to draw crowds. Her recent films Venkatadri Express, Loukyam, Current Theega done exceptionally well at Box Office and she turned out to be lucky mascot. Makers are now hoping that she would recreate the same magic again.
Meanwhile, Film Nagar buzz is that Rough has come out well and this will be a good film for Aadi and Rakul. Tipped to be an action drama, the movie is being produced by debutante Abilash Madhavaram under Sridevi Entertainments banner. If all goes well, the movie will hit the marquee on Nov 21. Let’s see whether this will add to Rakul’s success streak.
Actress Juhi Chawla calls on Chandrababu
Nitu Ambani and Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla has called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday in Hyderabad. Chandrababu who returned to city after his Singapore trip met the happening ladies.
The purpose of meeting is that Ms Ambani, Juhi Chawla, Hyderabad’s own socialte Pinky Reddy and others have donated Rs 11 Crore 11 Lakh 11 thousand and One hundred and elevel rupees to AP CM Relief Fund towards the victims of severe cyclonic storm Hudhud and rebuilding of port city Visakhapatnam. Ms Ambani, Juhi and Pinky Reddy reportedly enquired Naidu over the relief and helping measures. The ladies have donated the amount through a cheque in favour of AP CM Relief Fund.
Police Complaint against Nara Lokesh
The ongoing twitter war between TDP and TRS has now reached police officials. TRS leaders have lodged complaint against TDP leader Nara Lokesh on the charges of “belittling” Telangana government and its chief minister KCR. TRS leader Ramanarsimha Goud has complained to LB Nagar police on Nara Lokesh’s tweets against Telangana government.
It may be noted that Lokesh earlier tweeted, “Revanth Reddy attacked by TRS goons. Government run by rowdies, Law & Order out of control. #HitlerCM is ruling!” In another tweet, Lokesh wrote, “While our leader @ncbn was busy promoting AP at the India World Economic Forum, KCR & Co were promoting hatred.
Really unfortunate!!!” Meanwhile, there has been an online war brewing between both TDP and TRS in social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Let’s see how TDP reacts to TRS complaint against its party coordinator and youth icon.
Nellore Villagers’ memorable gift to Sachin
Cricket God, Rajya Sabha MP Sachin Tendulkar who adopted Puttamraju Kandriga village of Gudur rural mandal of Nellore District as a part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Sansad Gram Yojana’ programme is visiting the village today and tomorrow.
He will reach Krishnapatnam today evening and stay there for the night. He will reach Puttamraju Kadriga tomorrow. People of the village are getting ready to give memorable gift to Sachin. Buzz is they are promising not to drink and smoke in future in front of Sachin.
Sachin will be speaking with Dalits and will also play cricket with children. He will also meet shepherds and get to know the inside out of growing sheep. Officials are making all arrangements for the visit.
Special 26 By Raviteja In Telugu
According to reports, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is being considered for the Telugu remake of Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster Special Chabbis which also had Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead. Buzz is that Tamil producer Thyagarajan has bought the rights and will be producing the film in four languages in South. It is learnt that for Telugu version, he has approached Ravi Teja and the latter apparently given his consent.
Meanwhile, Thyagarajan has also bought the remake rights of Kangana-starrer Queen which is now said to be put on hold for a while. As of now, he is focusing on the Special 26 remake. Billed to be a thriller heist, the film received exceptional reviews where they praised its attention to detail, character building. Several termed the film as gripping and one of the best thriller heists.
