Some time back Team India Captain Cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Tollywood King Nagarjuna ventured into bike racing starting Mahi Racing Team. The team created history scoring a sensational win, by emerging winners in 2013 team championship. However according to the latest Mahi Racing team owners decided not to complete World Super sport Championships by pullingout in the middle as they couldn’t find any sponsors.
Each race costs Rs 75 lakhs and organizers who couldn’t find any sponsors decided to take the extreme decision much to the shock of everyone as the team got a great start. Organisers informed 3 time champion Kenan Sofuoglu and Fabien Forest, title winner in 2012 for Mahi Racing Team, that they were free to race for the team of their choice.

After roping in consultant giant PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd (PwC) to sell ‘Brand Andhra Pradesh’, Naidu and his team has come up with an informative and innovative video to project AP as the future destination of investments and leading MNCs.
In an attempt to draw more global attention and draw investments to AP from across the globe, four-and-a-half-minute video of AP is going to explain why they should invest in AP, and at the same time it also answers answers of several doubts to be raised by firms that are keen to set up their units in the new state. Given that Naidu is all set to visit China, Japan, South Korea, ahead of the visit Naidu’s team come up with this video presentation. The video clearly states that the development model of AP is chalked out and it’s ready for a “Singapore Sunrise”. The video ends with a byte of Mr Naidu welcoming everyone to Andhra Pradesh.
Telangana’s Counter plan to AP?
In a bid to give a stiff competition to its counterpart-motherly state of Andhra Pradesh, the government of Telangana is contemplating to come up with prestigious “Defence and Aerospace” Park in the State. Top authorities in the know confirmed the development and this is as part of the upcoming “Telangana State Industrial Policy”, a flagship policy designed under the aegis of CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
The proposed Industrial Policy has identified 12 sectors including defence and aerospace for sector specific incentives, Telengana’s Special Chief Secretary and Commissioner for Industrial Promotion and Mines K Pradeep said. The government is keen to promote different industries after studying incentives offered by neighbouring states to stay competitive, he added. “The government will organise a three-day conference from November 12-14 aimed at showcasing Telangana as an investment hub in the defence and aerospace engineering domain as well as highlight its investment friendly policies,” he told reporters.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is expected to inaugurate the conclave today (Wednesday), he said. The event has already received 300 delegate registrations with representation from 15 countries and nearly 20 international speakers from defence and aerospace engineering global majors, he said.
The event has confirmed participation from globally recognised firms like EADS, Airbus, Eurocopter, Dassault, UTC, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Avion, Aerolia, Bell Helicopters, Hamilton, Zodiac, Philips Aircraft, UTC HQ and the Israeli Aerospace Manufacturing Federation, besides others, he said. However, it needs to be seen how far this conclave would be successful and attract the attention of the investors.
‘Farmers ready to give lands for AP Capital’
While there are several news and rumours surrounding the proposed capital for the new state of Andhra Pradesh, here’s the latest add-on related to the new capital. According to this, the new capital will be build in four tehsils (alias Tahsils or Talukas) – Tulluru and Mangalagiri in Guntur district- and Ibrahimpatnam and Kanchakacharla in Krishna district. Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma corroborated, “Both Guntur and Krishna districts would be linked by constructing a ring road between Tullur (Guntur district) and Gollapudi (Krishna district).”
When asked about the much-talked about land pooling, Uma, who also happens to be one of the members of the land pooling committee, said most of farmers are “willing” to provide their land to government for the purpose on a sharing basis. Uma averred that the state government has already promised rehabilitation and employment for farmers who are ready to share their land for the new capital.
Veering towards existing Urban Development Authority, Uma demanded for a Capital Development Authority under the aegis of CM Chandrababu Naidu. “The Capital development Authority should be constituted under the chairmanship of chief minister to take up the development works in the Vijaywada capital region in the place of existing Urban Development Authority,” Uma said.

Pawan avoiding Swachh Bharat?
At a time when several celebrities, socialites are going gaga over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flagship programme of “Swachh Bharat”, a clean India initiative, and participating with greater enthusiasm and euphoria, the one big man from Andhra Pradesh who is conspicuously missing in the action is actor-politician Pawan Kalyan. In fact, many of the Telugu stars like Akkineni family, heroes Nara Rohit, Ram, heroine Tamanna took to streets, wielded broom and cleaned them, Pawan, a staunch supporter of Modi, is giving it a miss.
While few celebrities, social personalities have already nominated or passed the challenge of Swachh Bharat to Pawan Kalyan, the Gabbar Singh star seems to be in no mood to pay heed or attention to their requests and challenges. Krishna vamsi who bounced into the reckoning with a family entertainer “GAV” casting Mega Power Star Ram Charan turning it into smashing hit, has now decided to use his creativity to come with a ‘nail-biting’ thriller in Telugu-Tamil languages. Instead of chasing another star son, the Khadgam director is planning to revive his old path of -following his heart of churning out passionate movies.
Now that, he is settled in Chennai these days, he is thinking of making his second Tamil film, (since he remade Anthapuram with Tamil actor Parthibhan in Jagapathi Babu’s role), he decided to expand his brand equity. But surprising KCR daughter and Nizamabad MP Kavitha has registered her name in both Hyderabad and Nizamabad. Taking this as opportunity, TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was lashed out at Telangana Government. Revanth asked Telangana Government what action the government takes against Kavitha.
On other side, MIM Akbaruddin Owaisi also criticized the household survey. Akbaruddin asked the Government to complete the survey 20% remaining in Hyderabad. Akbaruddin said that MIM will fight against the Government if it created any problems to the settlers in Hyderabad. TRS failed to response on Revanth and Akbarudding queries on Survey. Confirmed: Rakul Preet kicks out all stupid rumors!
Past few days the rumors about Rakul being kicked out from Kick-2 has all been slashed and the director comes to confirm that the first schedule has already been completed. Some said it was because of her date problems and some said that Rakul would be too young to romance Ravi.
Kicking all these rumors, the director of the movie, Surender Reddy made it clear Rakul is the official heroine of Kick-2 who has already done with her first schedule. Well, the moi is being shot to repeat the same magic that is done with Kick which remain a blockbuster! Director Surender Reddy said “She has already completed the first schedule and will report for the second one in a few days. We’ve already shot scenes with her, Brahmanandam and other actors. Rakul Preet is the female lead in my film. ”
So, the rumors are totally false. Director said “After the strike she couldn’t come back immediately as she was in shooting of her Hindi film. Boys go to library only for Girls!
In a bizarre statement, which insults all studious students, renowned Aligarh Muslim University Vice Chancellor Lt General Zameeruddin Shah said boys flock to the library four times if girls are allowed in the library. Later he went on to justify his decision saying it is not an issue of discipline but space constraint.
He said University’s Central Library doesn’t have enough space to accommodate students. Now after severe criticism from all quarters, University administration is claiming that only girls from undergraduate college are not allowed into the library and they are however having access to all library books online.
However students rubbished VC statement saying that this shouldn’t be the reason for not allowing girls and if any such thing happens, administration should handle them. Lt General Zameeruddin Shah earlier been Deputy Chief of the Army Staff and is an alumunus of NDA Khadakvasla. He is also brother of popular actor Naseeruddin Shah.

AP Capital Opens Doors for Black Money?
In a complete contrast to the current trend, the new state of Andhra Pradesh is reportedly opening doors for the “black money” holders albeit indirectly. At a time, the whole nation is crying foul over unaccounted black money possessed as Prime Minister Narendra Modi-government and Supreme Court made it clear that they’re strongly commitment to bring “black money” holders under book, the truncated state is turning out to be the new destination for the “investment” of black money holders. Moreover, buyers are keen on lands that are sought by government of AP for landpooling as purchasers want to get their share of 1000 sq yards of developed land. Investors are making queue to Tullur and Mangalgiri to buy lands from farmers and later give it to the state government. Revenue officials too predict the same and as per records, the registrations in the locales have been increased abnormally.
Especially people from Hyderabad, Telangana and other parts of Andhra Pradesh are running after the farmers who holds lands within AP capital perimeter. The trend increased drastically soon after AP government announced the borders of the capital. This is certainly an irony and tricky situation as all the three – farmers, buyers and AP government is visibly benefiting out of this in one way or the other way. But towards the end, it’s all black money that’s being pumped in huge way and changing hands in a big way.
