After a short vacation, the cast of Baahubali have joined the post-production phase. Currently dubbing works are going on for the Telugu version of the movie. SS Rajamouli shared the news, “Telugu dubbing work for Baahubali has started. Tamil version Mahaabali’s dubbing starts soon.”

Actors Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and other principal cast have joined the dubbing portion and lending their voice. Buzz is that maverick director is taking extra-care on dubbing and making sure every word is pronounced rightly as it’s a historic film. The first version of magnum opus is due for April 2015 release. After rigorous shooting, Mr Rajamouli has announced 5-month break for the shoot. Post which , he will be shooting the remaining portions of the sequel.

The national award winner Neelakanta may be a man of few films but he has a special place in Tollywood. With only few hours left for the release of Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu, the 2014’s most-anticipated Telugu film, the two Telugu-speaking states Seemandhra and Telangana are gripped by the film’s fever. From Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam, From Prakasam to Nellore to Chittoor, From Anantapur to Kurnool to Kadapa, the Mahesh mania has taken over the people of all walks of life.

Especially, the combo of Mahesh Babu-Sreenu Vaitla and 14 Reels Entertainment is what provoking fans to go berserk and keep the high expectations on the film. Given that Dookudu was a blockbuster and already Aagadu’s trailer, teaser and songs are enticing and enthralling, the expectations on the film have shot up.

For the first time, Mikly beauty Tamannah is pairing up with Mahesh and naturally, many are interestingly looking forward to see the new pair on silver screen. And for Thaman this is his 50th film and of course, a landmark film for a music composer. Telugu film industry is in a state of melancholy ever since news that Mangalore based curvaceous beauty Anushka Shetty is getting hitched got out. A popular media house wrote a cover story basing on the inputs given by an aspiring director that Anushka declined his movie as she is about to get married post wrapping up of ‘Baahubali’.

But here comes a ‘mega’ twist to this whole publicity. Quashing this talk as a mere rumor, Anushka’s manager today confirmed that the actress is not getting ‘married’. ‘There is no iota of truth in these rumors and Anushka will not be quitting films after completing Baahubali. She will move to another periodic film’, her manager said to national media.

This is surely big relief for her hardcoore fans who doesn’t the 32 year old beauty to quit acting. Coming to her upcoming film, Anushka is the queen bee when it comes to periodic flicks. Two of the Tollywood’s biggest period dramas including Gunasekhar’s big-budgeted ‘Rudramadevi’ and Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ feature her in the lead.

Reports have she will be seen as queen Bhagmati in an upcoming movie that revolves around the love story of Hyderabad’s erstwhile Muslim ruler Quli Qutub Shah and his Hindu wife Bhagmati.

Actress Kajal Agarwal, popular for her work in southern cinema and Bollywood, has been chosen as the brand ambassador of Giving Back – NGO India 2014, a unique corporate social responsibility initiative conceptualised by UBM India.

The third edition of the initiative, which will be held here Sep 25 and Sep 26, will aim to provide free exhibit space, promotion and exposure to over 120 NGOs from all over the world. “Today, there is a considerable amount of awareness and attempt towards building a sustainable India, amongst various sections of society including the film industry.

What Giving Back – NGO India does, is bring these sections of society together and consolidate the attempts into a concrete and collective course of action,” Kajal said in a statement. “Being a member of the Indian film fraternity, I am happy to draw people’s attention and sensitise them towards the social issues faced by the Indian society,” she said. Actors Vivek Oberoi and Kunal Kapoor will also be present at the inaugural session.

There is common opinion that heroines accept all kind of roles for money. But that surely is not true at least for A-listed actresses who have the luxury to choose and pick the films of their choice. Tamanna says she is dead scared of snakes and the very thought of a snake gives her goose pimples she confesses.

If ever she gets an offer to act with snakes, she says she will happily let go of the film irrespective of the remuneration offered. Like many in the industry, Tamanna also feels that her figure and colour are ideal to play Nagini kind of characters.

Hollywood Superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger came down to Chennai as a chief guest for Shankar’s ‘I’ audio event. It was a grand function but everyone started to think that why Arnold left the function abruptly. Well, the function was supposed to start at 5.30 pm but it was started at around 6.30 pm. Arnold was very happy with the crowd’s reception and he was overwhelmed by their love.

He felt suffocated after some time due to AC problems, but still he managed to sit in the function and enjoy the programs. He was really impressed with the body builder’s act and has specially congratulated each of them individually.

However, one of those body-builders grabbed Arnold’s hand and kissed it. It’s not a new thing for us but Arnold felt very uncomfortable with that kiss. So, he finished his speech very early and made a sudden exit from the function. It took some time for the organizers to understand why Arnold left the event abruptly.

Rumors on Anushka getting married very soon after the completion of shooting for ‘Bahubali’ has upset many of her Fans in South India. Aamir Khan, the PK, is back into controversy again. He was on “wrong” foot as he entered a temple wearing slippers. Aamir was spotted wearing “slippers” inside famous Kala Ram Mandir in Nashika and this instantly sparked off a controversy. The Dhoom 3 star was there shooting for the remaining portions of his upcoming film PK.

As soon as the pic of Aamir wearing slippers inside Mandir is uploaded on social networking sites, it instantly drew the ire of devotees of Lord Rama. And many say that the actor might be in trouble. Bad news for Mahesh Babu fans ,who are expecting an industry hit with ‘Aagadu ‘ as the news coming from reliable source that ‘Aagadu’ is just an Average flick.

According to sources close to production unit, The first half of the film is better than the second half. After interval Aagadu would be just a sequel of Dookudu, eliminating the villains one after the other with some comedy bits embedded. Director Srinu Vaitla could not make use Brahmanandam properly and the comedy scences are not so entertaining.

One more disappointing buzz is that, Song In the film are not upto the mark , it may be the music or the picturization. Other than Mahesh Babu’s performance , nothing has worked out in the film ,says the source.

Coming to boxoffice propests, Aaagdu might endup in between 1neenokkadine and Dookudu , However, With the publicity hype given to the film and Mahesh’s craze , the movie is likely to create some initial records . Sources Say, Movie is doubtful of sustaining after one week run.

Both the state governements of Ap and Telangana have decided to request the Central government to confer Bharat Ratna on NTR and PV Narsimha Rao. It is heard that bothy the Governments has decided to nominate many film celebrities who are eligible for Padma Awards and film fraternity welcomes it.  

For the list of Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Sri we hear that both Andhra and Telangana states have sent big list of nominations.Murali Mohan,Kota Sreenivas rao and Bapu names were finalized by the government and the new entrant is none other than hero turned Politician Nandamuri Balakrishna.  

According to sources Baalayya name will be nominated for eiter Padma Shri or Padma Bhushan Puraskar. It is being said that they would recommend his name based on Balakrishna’s services to the film industry and other social activities.Balayya recently finished 40 years in TFI and he is having the credit of serving poor with his Basavatarakam hospital.  

There is a strong rumor doing rounds that Balayya will surely get either Padma Sri or Padma Bhushan! Let is see which Padma will be awarded to the Natasimham and Legend hero!

The name Anushka Sharma is found to be written immediately after famous cricketer Virat Kohli anywhere in news, for their on-going affair. Recently, Anushka was rumored about having a lip job to get them pouted, but the actress condemned it in a serious tone later.

Sreenu Vaitla said that Aagadu is wholesome entertainer and said it’s made to satiate all sections of audience. Giving a peep into the film, Vaitla said, “Aagadu is a story of gratitude. It focuses the concept of thanksgiving, payback to society. Mahesh Babu is the highlight of the film.” He added, “Dookudu is just like a trailer to Aagadu. Mahesh will be seen in never-before-seen role. His characterization is complete-mass one.”

He also confirmed his next project after Aagadu. He himself corroborated that he is going to direct Ram Charan in his next. However, Sreenu hasn’t shared more details about the projects.
