Tamanna is starring in Aagadu. Tammu did not have any Tollywood offers after scoring a hit with Thadaka. However Shruti is on a run doing hulchul on silver screen with Ramayya Vastavayya and Gabbar Singh. Shruti’s other film Yevadu is ready for release.

Mahesh in the mean time is busy starring in Nenokkadine which is due for release during Sankranthi. Kriti Sannon is starring in the film.

Attarintiki Daredi records in danger!

Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi is all set to become the number one film in the history of Telugu cinema. It is just few lakhs away from surpassing Magadheera. Attarintiki Daredi will be officially confirmed as the number one hit of Telugu cinema within a day or two. It took four years three months to beat Magadheera record.

However, Attarintiki Daredi record may not last that long as Rajamouli’s Baahubali looks like it is Industry hit written all over it. The making video of Baahubali is giving goose bumps to one and all. This magnum opus is slated for release in 2015. There are already high expectations on the film and Rajamouli is making sure that it reaches them.

Baahubali has a superstar in the lead role and also has a different backdrop which will definitely bring audience in great numbers in the opening week itself. A single shot of Prabhas in the making video is enough to tell what is in store for us. If Attarintiki Daredi records aren’t broken until 2015, then Baahubali will definitely surpass them and rewrite history. You can bet on it and rest assured.

Young hero hijacks Hello Brother?

Naga Chaitanya was supposed to do the remake of Hello Brother and it was to be directed by Srinivas Reddy of Dhamarukam fame. Due to budget and other issues, the project has been shelved and that’s a different issue.

The latest is that actor Allari Naresh is apparently doing similar kind of film. It may be recalled that Naresh’s father and late director EVV Satyanarayana was the man who made Hello Brother with Nagarjuna and the movie turned out to be a blockbuster.

Naresh is set to play dual role onscreen for first time. He is going to do this feat in his next film directed by Sattibabu. The tentative title for the film is Jump Jalani.

Director E Sattibabu said, ‘This is my fourth film with Naresh. First time, Naresh will be seen in dual role- twins. While he plays an innocent guy in one role, he essays complete contrary in the other role. The film is on the lines of Hello Brother.’

So, the big buzz doing in Film Nagar is that whether Naresh doing the remake of EVV Satyanrayana’s Hello Brother? Is he hijacked the film from Naga Chaitanya??

If Naga Chaitanya can’t remake his father’s Hello Brother, Naresh is now compensating him by trying to do his father’s remake. After all, it’s the era of sons.

On the day of birthday of our hunk hero Prabhas (October 23), director Rajamouli has given a special gift to the fans of our hero. Like they said earlier, the first every making video of the film is released, and with one particular shot, Rajamouli simply stunned one and all.

The idea of making a movie on the ages of Kings is surely an excitement as we have already seen how Rajamouli carved Magadheera. It seems like Baahubali is going to be bigger and impactful than what we have seen in that industry hit. Though the whole of making video released by Rajamouli features only actors in their regular dresses and introduces us to the shooting, in one shot Prabhas is seen in his Baahubali warrior getup and can be seen making the thrusting the sword in to air in a legendary style. Mega Powerstar Ram Charan has kept fans in tension for the last couple of months by not signing any movie. But it seems like he is now going to strengthen his line-up with variety of flicks and various star directors, also by jumping into shoes of another hero’s stunning character.

Already, Charan has given a green signal for Krishna Vamsi’s family entertainer which is going to be a big multi-starrer with family hero Venkatesh too joining the league. For any reason, the film will go on floors from November and is expected to hit theatres by the summer of 2014. Latest reports now say that Charan is smitten by an action-comedy narrated by director Surender Reddy. Right now the ‘Kick’ director is directing Bunny’s ‘Race Gurram’ and he is heard impressing Charan with his latest story.  Sources revealed that this new story is actually a sequel of Surender Reddy’s ‘Kick’ where Ravi teja has excelled in an all-round show.

Ravi Teja is a different level hero, both in terms of market stamina and energy, while Charan is completely a different hero. Charan enjoys patron of mega fans, and being a heir to Megastar Chiru the level of expectations on him are different. So, if Charan is ready to take on Raviteja’s role that of ‘Kick’, then expectations on the young hero will be quite huge.

Finally mega brother Nagababu has opened his mouth directly and sent a Condemnation Note to media about the ‘political entry’ media is boasting all these days about. Blasting media of confusing Mega fans, mega brother stated that it is not good on media’s part to publish and air baseless stories.

‘All the stories that me and Pawan Kalyan are venturing into active politics and joining Telugudesam party are baseless. Without taking a note from us and without our consent it is not credible to publish such stories. Because of these stories, fans and people will get confused’, said Nagababu, condemning all the rumours.

On a concluding note, he stated like this. ‘As of now, both me and Pawan are busy in our respective work. I hope fans and people will understand this’, said Nagababu.

The stalwarts of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, Sridevi are likely to unite again on screen for the sequel of their 1992 hit film ‘Khuda Gawah’.

“The script is being written for the sequel. It (film) was one of the most loved films and we thought of bringing it back. We have given a one liner brief idea to Mr Bachchan. We have got a positive feedback from him. Once the script is complete we will meet him again and approach him for this film,” producer Manoj Desai said.

“Once Mr Bachchan gives his nod for the sequel we may go and talk to Sridevi as well about the film. There will be other actors also in the film from the younger generation,” he said. Well….it will be very interesting to watch you both together again on-screen!!!

Congress MP from Vijayawada Lagadapati Rajagopal, who knocked the doors of Delhi High Court, seeking direction to the Lok Sabha Speaker to accept his resignation, withdrew his petition on Tuesday.

According to informed sources, Lagadapati has relented and withdrew his petition from Delhi High Court on the appeal of Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Kamalnath.

Kidnapped Hyd Software Girl Raped

In a startling revelation, Police on Tuesday arrested two drivers Satish and Venkateswarlu, aged around 27 years, for kidnapping a 22 year old software engineer girl nearby Inorbit mall, Hyderabad, and are also charged for raping her at a secluded area.

On the night of last Thursday, a 22 year old Hyderabad techie Abhaya (police given name) who is working for a top IT company was waiting for an auto rickshaw near Inorbit Mall which comes under Madhapur police station limits. Satish, who works as a driver of a Volvo car offered her a drop to hostel for Rupees 40 and his friend Venkatewarulu who works a cab driver posed as a traveller inside the vehicle. After the lady got in, she was driven to a forest area outside the city, rather to her working women’s hostel situated nearby, and was raped by both the accused. When the driver diverted the car towards Outer Ring Road, the girl grew suspicious but the driver stated that he lost road before taking her to a forest spot.

Till date it was believed that the girl was about to get kidnapped, and the accused have fled when she raised an alarm. But irony is that she is being dropped back by the accused after confining her to their custody for about six hours.

Samantha feels that she is still in a state of shock after watching Attarintiki Daredi doing extremely well at Box Office, and collecting more than what a blockbuster would collect in its 40-50 days run in just 25 days. ‘This super success is due to the good hearts of three people. Pawan Kalyan, Trivikram and BVSN Prasad are those three’, she elucidated. ‘Irrespective of political agitations, leakage issues, and others, I’m proud that AD stood well against all odds’, Samantha said.

Responding about the praises she received from Pawan Kalyan at Attarintiki Daredi ‘Thank You’ meet, the actress says she is overwhelmed. ‘I got tears rolling down my cheeks for those comments. No hero will ever praise heroine in such a way, and words coming from my favourite hero Pawan Kalyan means a lot’, said Samantha. ‘My respect towards him and this movie got doubled, tripled’.

While the young Rebel Star is going to turn a year older on Wednesday, maverick director SS Rajamouli is planning to gift him and his fans. Rajamouli is not just only a director to Prabhas, but also share a great bond with him. He earlier directed Prabhas in Chatrapathi and it was a huge hit.

Considering his friendly bond with Prabhas, tough taskmaster is likely to release the making teaser of his most awaited and magnum opus film Baahubali. Rajamouli and Baahubali crew are going to release a one minute making video on the eve of birthday of Prabhas on October 23. Going by buzz, the video features and focuses completely on Prabhas. The Stills Mahesh Babu from his much awaited film One-Nenokkadine have been leaked online without the knowledge of its makers taking everyone by shock and surprise. That’s not all. Pawan needs 1 crore to beat Ram Charan!

According to trade sources, Baabayi Pawan Kalyan is on the verge of beating Abbayi Ram Charan. With Pawan’s recent offing Atharintiki Daredi setting cash registers ringing at theatres, the movie is just short of Rs 1 crore to beat Ram Charan-starrer Magadheera which is said to have raked in Rs 70 crore. And the latest we hear is that trade pundits are expecting the film to collect this Rs 1 crore on Wednesday. If it happens, Pawan would beat Ram Charan and achieve rare feat of having biggest grosser of Telugu film industry in his kitty.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the family entertainer has already completed 25 days on Monday and stood as money spinner by shattering previous box-office records.

Producer BVSN Prasad too claimed, “I was also part of the production of Magadheera. I’m happy that my latest production AD has crossed the records of Magadheera in few centres and is expected to shatter the former’s records in rest of areas too. The film has clear chances to collect Rs 100 crore.”

The previous Box Office record is on the name of Magadheera, which has Ram Charan and Kaajal in the lead and directed by SS Rajamouli. With Pawan set to beat Charan is loud and clear, now all the focus has shifted to whether Pawan’s AD will join in Rs 100 crore club or not? If it does, it would be first Telugu film to achieve this rare feat. Let’s wait and watch. Only time will tell. Bodhan meeting shocks Congress!!

There are reports that the Congress party’s so called Jaithra Yaathra meeting which was held in Bodhan, Nizamabad districts has turned out to be a utter flop. Sources say that the Congress party tried to mobilize at least a crowd of fifty to sixty thousand people but hardly ten to fifteen thousand only attended the meeting.

And it is also being said that by the time the key speech by big leaders started, there were not more than five thousand people left. The crowd strength for this meeting also reportedly figured in KCR’s discussions with his party leaders over going with Congress and whether to merge with it or not!

The Congress leaders of Telangana are also reportedly baffled that even after their high command announcing Telangana there is no ground swell of support for them as being publicized and neither is TRS showing any willingness to support Congress! This is evidence enough to show what the Telangana people feel about Congress.
