Attarintiki Daredi Release Review

Just a day after a lot of fuss over the piracy of Power Star Pawan Kalyan, cops seems to have cracked the case swiftly with in 24 hours. Cyber police, with whom producer BVSN Prasad has lodged a complaint, found a major breakthrough in the case after interrogating over 100 people of the film’s crew.

Cops have declared that one person, Chikati Arun Kumar, an editing assistant in BVSN Prasad’s office, is the responsible behind the whole issue who is the initiator for the leakage of the first half of film through pirated CDs and online versions. According to police, Arun Kumar has shared a DVD version of the film with a APSP constable who is a friend of him and through the constable the CD got transferred to Pedana of Krishna district and that’s where the CD was pirated and later kept in online. Currently, police have arrested both Arun Kumar and his constable friend (which police have not revealed his name) and investigation is going on. Cops are yet to confirm whether the two culprits have done this out of craze/ fun or with an idea to cheat the producer and production house and investigation is presently going on this front. Also, cops are trying to get more links of people who all indulged in online piracy version and efforts are being made to arrest all of them.

Looks like, cops have taken this incident (As pirated version is out in the market even before the theatrical release of film) very seriously unlike before as this is first of its kind and such thing never happened before in the history of Tollywood. Said to be a high-budget film made with around Rs 55 crore, the movie stars Pawan Kalyan, Samantha in the lead roles. Now, with major breakthrough coming in and culprits being arrested, all eyes are now on the film’s release i.e., on September 27 (this Friday). Let’s hope that audiences will prove that the pirates are wrong by making this film a huge hit at box office.

Former minister and Rayalaseema senior leader JC Diwakar Reddy has stated that the question will arise  whether the Congress leaders have to work with YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy or not, only when the Congress exists.

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, JC has made it clear that division of the state was inevitable, and it was nothing but waste effort on the part of Seemandhra Congress leaders on keeping the state united. He said that the state will not remain united even if Jagan or himself fought to keep it united. He said that the state will remain united only if the AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi thinks on it.

He also made it clear that the situation of the Congress party will not be different even if Jagan was in the jail or out of jail. He also said that there was nothing new in  TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu  telling  that Jagan has got bail because of the collision of the Congress and YSRCP. He bemoaned that the party high command was not even thinking on the proposal of Rayala Telangana.

Reacting on their comments that coal was theirs he said power is ours. He added that VTPS (Vijayawada) is getting coal from Orissa and water from Krishna, but supplying 60% of generated power to Telangana region. He added that supplying power to Hyderabad during the recent 72 hr protest, 300 villages of Krishna had to go dark.

He reportedly reminded if Hyderabad’s power is shut down then entire Seemandhra can sustain on it. It is Telangana that is benefitting from us, he thundered over TRS claim that Karimnagar was being sent to VTPS. Ashok Babu declared that civil war will happen in case Telangana leaders don’t mind their tongue!

After making some arrests and some confinements, police are now tracing out the original up loader of Attarintiki Daredi pirated version on internet. However, the main thing is who has shot the video or who has released the original video in a wrong way? Here is a new finding.

Earlier it was heard that a person from editing room has actually done the leakage, and shared that with his friends, who in turn uploaded them on Youtube. But now a new twist in the tale is that a video version of the film is recorded at a distributor’s personal theatre in Bellary, Karnataka. And that distributor happens to be a friend of producer BVSN Prasad, which is why a CD is sent to him by the producer to watch the movie. For now this is a rumour, and none knows who is actually involved in the whole leakage issue until Police reveals it.

Anyway the leakage woes have finally made producer release this film on September 27th, after changing release dates on three occasions in last two months.

No need for MPs to quit

Seemandhra ministers seem to have a game plan after all. Senior Congress leader known for his articulation, JC Diwakar Reddy said as much.

Diwakar Reddy took pains to explain that elected representatives of Seemandhra are ready to tender resignations anytime against the decision to bifurcate the state.

But there was no need for such resignations now, the reason being that there is a need to defeat the Telenagana Bill in Parliament and state Assembly.

He also said there was no scope for collapse of the UPA government at the Centre even though the MPs from the Seemandhra region quit the Union Cabinet en masse. Hence, if  MPs and Union ministers tender their resignations, it will not serve any purpose, he said.

He also made it clear that there would be no pressure on the MLAs even if the MPs tendered resignations. He said he was waiting to see what the Centre will do with regard to Hyderabad city.
