Core Committee To Discuss ‘T’ On July 12
AICC State Affairs In-charge Digvijay Singh has said the Congress Core Committee would meet in Delhi on July 12 to discuss the Telangana issue.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Digvijay Singh said the party would take a decision on the basis of deliberations of the Core Committee.
Asked about his views on the issue, Digvijay said he doesn’t have any opinion of his own on the Telangana issue. He said divergent demands were being made on the State bifurcation. He said he was also waiting for a decision on the Telangana issue.
Earlier, a delegation of the Telangana Political JAC met Digvijay Singh.
Jiah drunk at the time of suicide?
It has been a month since Jiah Khan committed suicide, and finally her forensic report is out for us to know what could have gone wrong. But wait, the twist continues as the Director M K Malve of Kalina Forensic Lab is not revealing the details of the report and has in fact submitted the same to the investigating authorities.
However, sources have revealed that the report indicates presence of alcohol in Jiah’s blood test. Despite many efforts to contact the additional commissioner of police Vishwas Nangre, he was unavailable to confirm the details of Jiah’s forensic report.
Jiah Khan hanged herself in her Juhu flat in the first week of June. Before taking this extreme step Jiah supposedly had a heated altercation with her boyfriend and live-in partner Suraj Pancholi (Aditya Pancholi’s son). Reportedly, she had conceived with her boyfriend and had an abortion done too.
Later on, a six-page suicide note was found in the actress’ bedroom stating that she was harassed, tortured and raped. However, there were no names mentioned in the letter and based on circumstantial evidence and phone call records the police took Suraj into custody on charges of abetting the actress’ suicide.
ATM murder accused YSRC leader?
Police unraveled the mystery surrounding the murder of an employee of a contract firm filling cash in ATMs and recovered part of Rs. 7.32 crore robbed by the murderers.
Police said they arrested 11 persons including one Sridhar Reddy, who claims to be a leader of the YSR Congress. Police had seized Rs. 2 crore in cash, two cars and 9 two-wheelers from the gang that committed the offence.
It is learnt that Sridhar Reddy told the police that he had spent Rs. 3 crore for the party and one crore on a film. Reports said he told the police that he had also funded Sharmila’s Pada Yatra. Police reportedly traced the murderers on the basis of the phone numbers recorded in the cell phone of the murdered security guard.
Sridhar Reddy is from Kakinada. It is being said that he is the follower of a former MLA. It may be recalled that Srinivas, employee of the contract firm that fills cash in the ATMs was found murdered at Rajahmundry on June 24. Cash of Rs. 7.32 crore was missing. Srinivas who supervises the ATMs near the Arts College, was found hanging to a fan in his office. The cash that was placed in the safe was missing. He is not YSRCP leader
Meanwhile YSR Congress MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy denied that Sridhar Reddy was a leader of his party. He said he joined the party only 4 months ago and his credentials were not known to any of them.
YSRC not supporting Telangana and state bifurcation.
The YSR Congress appears to be surreptitiously blocking the state division. The resignations of Srikant Reddy and Srinivasulu, party’s MLAs and close confidents of the party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is indicative of the stand. Party senior leader M V Mysoora Reddy’s statement has sufficiently confirmed the doubts that the YSR Congress was not willing to lose its base in the Seemandhra region by totally supporting the state division. It wants to remain mysterious on its stand about the state division.
When media questioned Mysoora Reddy about the resignation of the two MLAs, he said there was nothing wrong in their taking such a decision. While claiming that he was not aware of the resignations, Mysoora also expressed innocence about the circumstances leading to their resignations. He however said that there was no change in the party’s stand on Telangana. He affirmed that the party was committed to the resolution it passed in the Idupulapaya plenary.
The stand taken by the party itself is ambiguous. It said the party respected the sentiments of the people of Telangana and expect the centre to act.
Mysoora also said that Telangana was an issue in the purview of the centre and it was for the union government to take a decision. When asked about the party’s stand on Telangana, he questioned why they should state their stand before the ruling Congress stated it. When asked about the resignation of the party’s MLAs, Mysoora said they were protesting as citizens. He did not even consider that as violation of discipline. When asked if their resignations did not amount to violation of the party discipline, Mysoora said only talking ill about the party, amounted to violation of the party discipline. He also pointed at the resignation of Congress and TDP leaders and asked the media to go and question them also.
The ambiguous stand of the party is clearly indicative that it wants to give a signal to the Seemandhra leaders and voters that it was not supporting Telangana and state bifurcation.
Will Harish feel the same responsibility for NTR.

Will Botsa accept the decision of High Command over Telangana issue.
Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana on Tuesday announced that he would accept the decision of Congress High Command over Telangana issue.
Talking to reporters here, Botsa said that although he was a strong advocate of united Andhra Pradesh, he would accept Centre’s decision if it decides to bifurcate the State. However, he said that he had prayed to Lord Venkateshwara at Tirumala on Tuesday morning seeking a united AP. He also dismissed the reports that he was compromising on AP’s bifurcation to save his post.
Botsa said that the roadmap on Telangana, which he was asked to prepare by the Congress High Command, was ready and he would submit the same by visiting the national capital soon.

Ram Charan’s Heroine met with an accident
Amy Jackson who is playing one of the female leads in Ram Charan’s ‘Yevadu’ met with an accident while shoot for the flick. The incident took place in Liverpool where the range rover which the actress has been driving as part of a particular scene collided with other vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
Luckily, Amy got away with few scratches and the other driver too has been safe. “Yes I’m all fine Thank You, my car isn’t though and the other driver is fine too Thank God!,” confirms the actress.
‘Yevadu’ unit breathed a sigh of relief knowing that Amy was safe as any injury might have forced them to postpone the release at least by a few weeks.

First Look of Nayantara in Anaamika
Sekhar Kammula’s most anticipating Kahaani South remake Anaamika is planned to release in Tamil and Telugu this Dussehra. Mahesh Babu’s son onscreen debut with ‘1 – Nenokkadine’.
It’s official now! Mahesh Babu’s son Gautam Krishna is making his onscreen debut with ‘1 – Nenokkadine’. He will be playing Jr Mahesh Babu for the flashback episodes. The 7-year-old kid is currently shooting in Belfast with actors Anu Haasan and Anand who will be seen as their onscreen parents.
As per the reliable sources, Gautam Krishna’s onscreen name is confirmed as ‘Gautam’. It is learnt that the decision was taken by Mahesh based on numerology.
Apparently, Mahesh is overseeing the shooting part of his son and making sure that the boy is comfortable facing the camera. He even advised Sukumar to be prepared with an alternative for Gautam in case if the kid is averse to shoot. Luckily, Gautam cooperated with the unit and has been shooting continuously for the past three days.

Major Tragedy in Hyderabad as hotel collapses
Twelve people were killed and 17 injured Monday when a hotel known for its Iranian tea and snacks collapsed in Secunderabad, police said. The two-storey building of City Light Hotel on Rashtrapati Road in Secunderabad, the twin city of Hyderabad, collapsed around 6.30 a.m. Monday. Police, fire fighting personnel and rescue workers managed to evacuate 22 people from the rubble and shifted 15 of them to government-run Gandhi Hospital. The condition of some of the injured is stated to be critical.
Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma said Monday afternoon that one more person is believed to be still trapped under the debris and the efforts are on to rescue him. Many auto-rickshaw drivers and daily wage workers were at the famous joint to have their early morning Iranian tea and snacks when the structure came down.
Teams of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), fire fighting personnel, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Hyderabad Metro Rail helped clear the debris. The rescue teams deployed heavy cranes to clear the rubble. GHMC commissioner Krishna Babu supervised the rescue operation. One of the rescued hotel workers said there were 30 workers in the building at the time of the accident. The dead include four hotel employees and two people hailing from Odisha.
Locals alleged that the negligence by the municipal authorities led to the incident. Krishna Babu, however, said it was not a dilapidated structure and was also not among 57 buildings in Secunderabad which were issued demolition notices. “The buildings looked stable. The construction of a ‘bhatti’ for haleem (beef stew) on top of the building may have weakened the structure but the exact reason will be known only after a probe,” he said. The hotel owner was reportedly building the ‘bhatti’ or kiln for cooking haleem, a popular dish during Muslim holy month of Ramadan, on the top terrace of the hotel. The hotel owner was injured and his condition is stated to be critical while his son died.
Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, who visited the site, ordered a probe. He later held a meeting with top officials and directed them to take steps to identify and demolish all dilapidated buildings in the city. The government has announced Rs.1.5 lakh ex-gratia each to the families of those killed. While Rs.50,000 will be paid by the government under ‘Apadhbandu’ scheme, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will provide Rs.1 lakh.
The municipal commissioner said a case would be filed against the hotel owner. Nearly six-decade-old City Light Hotel was a popular landmark in Secunderabad. Located on the busy Rashtrapati Road, it was famous for its Iranian tea, snacks, biryani and other lip-smacking dishes. The crash of the building threw traffic out of gear in the busy commercial area. The police diverted the traffic at several points, leading to long jams.
Hrithik Roshan fine after brain surgery
A head injury during the shoot of “Bang Bang” in Phuket is what landed Hrithik Roshan at the Hinduja hospital, says his father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan.The 39-year-old underwent a successful brain surgery at Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital Sunday afternoon.
Hrithik, who was diagonised with chronic subdural haematoma and was admitted Saturday evening at the Hinduja Hospital in Khar, was operated upon in the afternoon and came out of the operation theatre around 3 p.m. The 50-minute neuro-surgery has been successful and Sussanne said she was relieved.
“Thank you for all your love and concern, Hrithik has come out of the surgery stronger than ever before. Gratitude and love to all of you for all your good wishes and prayers for him,” Sussanne said in a statement.
Rakesh Roshan told reporters: “He was shooting for ‘Bang Bang’ in Phuket, Bangkok. He was doing a stunt where he had to put a jet on his feet and go 30 feet high in the sky and then dive down in the water. So when he rehearsed, he fell the wrong way and banged his head a bit, which he didn’t realise. That started his pain and he started taking pain killers, thinking it will get fine in three to four days because something similar had happened during ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’ also.” The pain subsided, but only to return a month later.
“Minor brain surgery to remove blood clot. Should be rock n rolling by evening! U guys have a great day too! Supersonic!!” tweeted Hrithik.

Sahasam is all set for July 12th release with grand premiers on July 11th in all over USA. The film is being released in about 60 locations in USA as the biggest release for Gopi Chand when compared to his previous movies.
