Many top heroines wish to star in Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s film and film makers expected that once offered any heroine would agree happily. However  Kajal who tasted tremendous success with Ram Charan’s Magadheera and NTR’s Badshah became star heroine proved to be different.

Pawan is getting ready to turn again Gabbar Singh in the sequel for Gabbar Singh and when film makers contacted Kajal for the role she demanded staggering sum of Rs 1.5 crs shocking them to the core.

Even when film makers tried convincing starring in Pawan’s film will get her immense stardom, she said she will not comedown on remuneration. Pawan is furious over this development.

For the past few days media has a buzz that Prince Mahesh Babu would be seen as cameo in Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘atharintiki daaredi'(tentative). However, as per reliable sources, it is learnt that Mahesh Babu is not going to be the  part of this movie. In short, he neither acts nor lends his voice for the movie.

Dusky beauty Samantha is doing the female lead of this romantic and family entertainer. Pranitha will be seen as the second heroine. Bollywood actor Boman Irani is doing an important role in the movie. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music of the film. Ace director Trivikram is directing the movie. The movie is being produced by BVSN Prasad on Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra in association with Reliance Entertainment. The movie is gearing up for release on 7th August.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut movie, Zanjeer has almost completed its shooting part. “Last four days left to shoot for #zanjeer looking forward to finally finishing the film soon and moving onto tedious post production” (sic), posted Apoorva. The movie release is marred by several controversies and legal complications.

The movie is the remake on 1973 blockbuster movie, Zanjeer. Priyanka Chopra is playing the female lead in the movie. Apoorva Lakhia is wielding the megaphone.The movie is being made in Telugu and Hindi and both the versions will have simultaneous release. The Telugu version of the movie is titled ‘Toofan’.

Stylish star Allu Arjun is quite popular in Kerela and has strong fan following in Mollywood. His previous films like ‘Aarya’, ‘Aarya 2’ ‘Julayi’ have been dubbed in Malayalam and are big hits there. Now keeping his craze in mind his latest flick ‘Iddaramayilatho’ too is getting ready in the Malayalam version. The movie will be hitting theaters simultaneously with the Telugu version and is labeled as ‘Romeo & Juliet’.

Catherine Tresa and Amala Paul are the female leads. Puri Jagannadh who earlier delivered a super hit to Bunny in the form of Desamudhuru is the director of this film.. The film is being produced by Bandla Ganesh under Parameswara Arts banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Let’s hope Allu Arjun will continue the magic in Mollywood.

Anushka is one actress who always wants to star in films with distinct stories. With ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Rudramadevi’ in her kittle for later, her latest bilingual movie ‘Varna’ under the direction of Selva Raghavan first look posters are out and are creating ripples in Both Tollywood and Kollywood. ‘PVP Cinema’ banner is producing the film with a whopping budget of 55 Crores. Anushka will be seen in title role and Arya of ‘Varudu’ fame is playing the male lead.

This film has been extensively shot in Soviet Union of Georgia in some stunning locations. The unit of the film has recently wrapped the shooting and post-production working is in progress. Harris Jayaraj rendered music while Ramji handled camera. The movie is scheduled to be released in the month of August.

Jr. NTR, who is currently shooting for ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’ will be soon joining the sets of his next film with ‘Kandireega’ director. The shooting of this film will commence from this month ending and Tarak will be simultaneously shooting for both the films. Harish Shankar is handling ‘Ramayya Vastvayya’ which will be hitting theatres on August 9th while the other film will be releasing for Sankranthi next year. ‘Rabasa’ title is floating in filmnagar but the makers are yet to finalize it.

Samantha is pairing up with Tarak after ‘Brindhavanam’. Santosh Srinivas will be directing the film and Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film on ‘Sri Laxmi Narasimha Productions’ banner.
