Director Puri Jagannath adopts various kinds of tactics to elevate heroism in his flicks. Apparently his projects with heroes like Raviteja, Prabhas and recently Mahesh Babu are best examples. However, there will be a difference in Puri’s dealing of pawan kalyan as already seen in ‘Badri’ when compared to other super hit flicks of this director. Currently there is a strong gossip going around film circles that, Pawan has strictly warned Puri not to indulge in any sort of filthy or double meaning dialogues in their upcoming ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho Ram Babu’ trying to bring the new standards in his heroism.

Given the nature of Puri to easily cross the border line as recently observed in dialogues of ‘Businessman,’ it looks as if Pawan surely do not want to make any of the family audiences get uncomfortable. However, it is natural that Pawan never ever entertains double standards in his flicks.

Showing monopoly from small to medium to high budget flicks, Thaman is dealing with each and every director, producer and hero currently in market. Offering music at cheap rates and short time has really become the USP of Thaman. In fact talented men like Devi Sri Prasad or Mani Shama have lost their clients overnight. Well, a change is always inevitable and here comes the new name of Anoop Rubens rated as a possible bayonet who can dethrone Thaman.

‘As producers are slowly getting educated on the real quality of Thaman, soon we might see a replacement. Two major hits of the season viz. ‘Poola Rangadu’ and ‘Ishq’ have one name in common and he is Anoop Rubens. This young music director has fresh flavors to serve and his packages are said to be on lower side to Thaman. Why Is Nookaiah Going Back And Back?

Some time back the title of the movie was changed from ‘Nokia’ to ‘Nookaiah’ and now it is the release date. Why is ‘Mr.Nookaiah’, the Manoj starrer movie going back and back?

The movie is not going to release on the previously said date March 2nd for unknown reasons. Mohan Babu himself revealed this to the public as most of his fans kept asking him about ‘Mr.Nokia’, sorry ‘Mr.Nookaiah’. Film Nagar folks are saying that there are two things that might be delaying the release of this movie.

One is the, the producers are backing off due to the success of ‘Poola Rangadu’ and ‘Ishq’, which will not give any good response and theatres for Manoj’s movie. Secondly, even the distributors are not ready to release some other new movie, rather cashing on available hits, as Manoj is not such a sought after star. These are the days where films are losing audience if their release date is postponed for numerous times. Wait and see, what happens!

Charan Watches Hrithik’s Moves Carefully

Akkineni Nagarjuna – A Man Of Good Heart!

Senior hero Akkineni Nagarjuna is not just a crafty businessman, but also a man of good heart. He is all set to endorse the Cancer Crusaders Invitation Cup golf tournament, which is intended to spread awareness about cancer.

“It’s for a good cause and I am happy to be associated with these people. Identifying the disease at the earliest possible stage is the key to cure,” said Nag.

“There is a misconception in the upper sections of the society that only poor were affected by cancer. This tournament will burst that myth,” said the organizers of the tournament.

This tourney will be held at Country Club and Boulder Hills Golf in Gachibowli on March 3rd and 4th.

Actress upset with Rajamouli’s remark

Director Rajamouli is not known for making negative remarks at anyone. He always boasts of others and maintains his ‘Ajatha Satruvu’ status. Although he is aware of the mistakes and short comings of others, Rajamouli keeps distant from talking about those.

But Rajamouli surprised everyone when he said that actress Nithya Menon should keep a watch on her weight. Rajamouli watched Ishq and liked it. He praised Nitin for being persistent and also has rich praises for Nithya’s performance. But his only complaint was that the actress is on weightier side. “Nitya menon. I love her performance. Completely Natural! Hope she minds her weight a bit” is what Rajamouli has to say about her.

Nitya is upset with these comments of the superstar director. She hates people calling her fat or short. She reacted wildly when one journo took a dig at her by asking if she is ready to star opposite six foot tall Prabhas. Let us see if she reacts to Rajamouli’s comment on a public forum or in an interview.

Balakrishna is not CM : Director YVS Chowdary

Director YVS Chowdary has condemned the rumours in a section of media that he is producing a film titled ‘CM’ with Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role. Interestingly, CM here stands for Common Man.”I have no connection with the reports of Balakrishna’s film under Krishna Vamsi direction, which is rumoured to be titled CM,” said YVS Chowdary, in a press note.

As per the reports, creative director Krishna Vamsi is said to be directing Balayya for the first time. Krishna Vamsi is known for bringing the best out from the actors and if he teams up with Balayya, then we could expect a power packed performance from this Nandamuri Simha.

With YVS making it clear that he is not having any such plans, we have to wait and see if any one is going to revive this interesting combo in the near future.

Charan – Vinayak in search of Turkey !

Best example is the recent release ‘Nippu’, which got a couple of songs canned at the country’s capital and failed to win audience. Now, to find another such interesting location for their film, Charan-Vinayak has been navigating the entire Europe map. Trusted soldier for Chiru family and top cinematographer, Chota K Naidu is assigned the task, says sources.

Insiders revealed that the director needs some exotic and never-been locations to film a cute love story between Charan and Kajal in the first half. If the film scores a hit, then the locations that are going to be found by Charan’s team will become another ‘sentiment’ in Tollywood.

Leakage problems for Gabbar Singh

More than the piracy, its the leakage of the film’s content even before the release is sending shivers down the filmmaker’s spine. In most cases, these leaks build the expectations on the film and also help to fetch good openings. But, on few occasions they ended up causing severe damage.

This leakage problems are more often seen in mega camp than other heroes. The films – Jalsa, Magadheera, Arya 2, Puli, Varudu, Badrinath and Merupu were best examples. And the latest entry in this list is Pawan’s much awaited film ‘Gabbar Singh’.

However, here is one hero who clarified on the homosexuality aspect. He is the Greek God of Bollywood Hrithik Roshan. Sharing his thoughts, Hrithik reportedly mentioned that homosexuality is not a thing of choice and it has more to do with the genetic composition.

He reiterated that discrimination is discrimination and sexual inclination of an individual must be recognized and respected. Those who heard this say it is alright to acknowledge if someone is a gay or a lesbian but it is definitely not acceptable when they keep protesting about rights or create a stir to prove their identity.

The brand of Powerstar has surely increased the reach of ‘Ishq’. His gracious presence at the audio launch of the film is said to be having a big impact on the revenue. Despite Nitin having 12 successive flops under his belt, the opening weekend collections of Ishq are promising and not to forget Pawan here. Ishq is posing a serious threat to Sunil’s Poola Rangadu in A and B centres.
