Manoj, the multi talented dynamic young man, is obsessed with delivering something creative all the time. In most of his recent flicks say Mr Nookayaa or Uh Kodatara Ulikki Padatara, he maintained that creative-pulse, while content has hit him on head anyway. A Creative-Team is said to be responsible for all those looks and acts of this Manchu Hero.

They used to stick around him all the time, giving free-advices to producers and directors. However they are going to get a forced holiday for one year, if sources are to be believed. Five big projects are in the pipeline for Manoj, which he wants to wrap them up in 2013 itself by allotting two months for each.
