Comedy King Brahmanandam can generate fun and laughter even without talking a single word on screen. But these days, he is imitating and reprising few real life celebrities to make a mockery of them. Here goes the latest one.
Actually, in an upcoming film, Brahmi is taking the name of ‘Vidya Balan’, a National Award winner for her stupendous performance in ‘Dirty Picture’. But we are not talking about this winner. The super comedian’s dress, getup and profession in ‘Daruvu’ remind us of a popular choreographer. A big tilak on forehead, sleeveless ethnic coat and a large neck-chain resemble Shiva Shankar Master. He made us proud an year back by winning National Award for his ‘Dheera.. Dheera..’ song in ‘Magadheera’.
Brahmi is heard making mockery of this talented dance master in Raviteja’s upcoming movie. Sources say that his dance institute in the film is a spoof of Shiva Shankar master and his antics. Writers may etch roles with inspiration from popular persons to make fun and earn audience, but it is actors to give weight to another artist’s talent, say critics.

Things are pretty clear that Nikhil’s latest flopbuster ‘Disco’ is not going to have a decent run at least for a week. This is because of the negative publicity generated by first day first show itself and one should curse the script-screenplay. However, some people are getting connected to ‘Businessman’ spoof in the film. The role of Mahesh is essayed by none other than spoof-superstar MS Narayana. Some say that the film can collect its reel-printing costs by making use of this ‘cheap’ comedy about Mahesh Babu’s movie.
But, fans of Superstar are really angry with the dare of Nikhil for allowing such insult to Superstar in his movie. Overall, they say that even Mahesh cannot become a plus point for this film indirectly, as the script is crippled. On his part, Nikhil is shouting in the media that ‘Disco’ is a full-value entertainer. Interesting!

Bhanu finally reveals reasons for killing Suri

During the interrogation, Bhanu Kiran confessed before the CID that he himself had killed factionist leader Maddelacheruvu Suri. He also explained the reasons that prompted him to commit the crime. The reasons are listed below:
1. Fear of being killed in the hands of Suri someday
2. Suri abused Bhanu’s mother and sister
3. Suri ill-treated Bhanu several times before his associates
4. Suri abused Bhanu for amassing huge wealth using his name
Bhanu revealed that it took him four months to plan the murder sketch and waited for the right time to execute it. He took the help of four of his friends to escape, after shooting Suri from point blank range.
The CID police arrested Bhanu at Zaheerabad in Amrit Dhaba at around 1 pm on Saturday, when he is on his way back to Hyderabad from Mumbai to collect money from his friend Madhu. An AK-47 riffle and 5 bullets were recovered from him.

Ajith’s Billa-2 is being dubbed in to Telugu under the title of ‘David Billa’. Ajith did not have the charishma to appeal Telugu audience. However, Billa-2 is getting fancy offers after the trailer is out. Mrs. Shoba Rani of SVR media who brought several dubbing movies to Telugu had bagged the Telugu rights of the movie and is planning wide range of publicity to increase the hype for the movie.
Billa-2 is being directed by Chakri Toleti who earlier directed Eenadu starring Venkatesh and Kamal Hassan. The movie is a prequel to Super hit Tamil movie ‘Billa’. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music for the movie.

Rebel team’s Jhalak to Tamannah !

We have earlier reported that Tamannah’s tantrums were one of the main reasons for the delay of Prabhas’s upcoming movie Rebel. Going in to details, Tamannah accepted to do a cement company’s Ad and the dates she has given for shooting the ad have coincided with the dates given to Rebel team. However, the 1 Crore deal was too tempting for her to resist. So, she absconded Rebel shoot complaining stomach ache and she went to Mumbai for the ad’s shoot.
After coming to know about this, the makers told her that she can take as many days off but she asked her to pay 7Lakh per day as loss. The milky beauty had no other option than paying the fine to avoid controversy.

Censor Board official Dhana Lakshmi had become a nightmare to all film makers in recent times. And her latest victim is director Boyapati Srinu. Boyapati tried all his might to get U/A certificate for the movie. He was ready to make the changes the censor board asked him but the list of Dhana Lakshmi looked no end. Finally a vexed up Boyapati said enough is enough and declared that he is going to go with A certificate with out making any cuts.
But authority was on Dhana Lakshmi’s side. Even for the A certificate, she managed to cut 8 minutes from the movie.Boyapati and his associates after the Censor show left frustrated by showering Boothupuranam on her.

Milk white beauty Tamannah is all set to appear on the curvy bottles of Fanta. But to the disappointment of fans. It is not going to be in Andhra Pradesh. One such incident happened on Friday in RFC. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s 3D movie OM shooting is going on in Ramoji film city. Kalyan Ram’s children (son and daughter) came to the location. Suddenly, the three year old girl started crying. Kalyan Ram switched on the stereo in his car and danced to ‘Kevvu Keka’ song in Gabbar Singh to appease the kid. The kid stopped crying finally. Kalyan Ram then spoke of the energy in the song to the crew who were all cheering to his dances.

They are no longer young and strong enough to compete with the younger generation. So the new top four has evolved. NTR, Charan, Mahesh and Pawan Kalyan are the current top four heroes of Tollywood. We are not discussing about who is number one and number two among these four. All these four heroes can do excellent pre release business and assure grand openings. No other hero is even close to these stars at this point. They are beyond the commercial outcome of their films. A series of flops wouldn’t bring their craze down. They can always bounce back and be on top with one film with decent content. Uday Kiran’s Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta which was waiting in cans for a long time had finally seen light. The movie was supposed to release in December last year but could not release due to several financial problems. The movie is releasing today. Uday Kiran who had not tasted success for several years had pinned high hopes on the movie. However, the initial reports suggest that the movie will not give him any respite this time too.
Swetha Basu Prasad played the female lead in this film, which was directed by Subha Selvam under Sri Venkateswara Swami films banner.Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav and Asish Vidyardhi played key roles in this film. Pradeep Koneru was the music director.

Pawan Kalyan not happy with Gabbar Singh music ?

Gabbar Singh audio which released last year is invoking good response from fans but they are not completely satisfied with the album saying the songs were not on par with Jalsa audio which was composed by the same music director, Devi Sri Prasad. Most of the tunes in the movie are repeated from DSP’s other movies. According to sources, Pawan Kalyan himself shares the same opinion. He is not satisfied with DSP’s effort and had reportedly asked Puri to go for Mani Sharma for their upcoming movie ‘Camera Man Gangatho Rambabu’.
Devi Sri Prasad was even paid advance for CMGR but is now not going to score music for the movie.

YVS rubbishes rumors on cheating Pawan Kalyan !

It is known that YVS Chowdary is introducing Pawan Kalyan’s Nephew Sai Dharam Tej in a movie titled ‘Rey’. The movie was on sets for more than an year now and is no where near completion. There were reports that it is Pawan Kalyan who funded the project but YVS Chowdary diverted the money for his other project ‘Nippu’. Some websites have reported that the movie is now shelved.
However, our team spoke to YVS Chowdary for clarification. He rubbished the rumors. He said the allegations are completely baseless and the movie shooting is currently going on in Hyderabad.

Ram’s director to direct Balayya !

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest movie under the direction of Srivas will have its muhurtham on May 25th. Srivas earlier directed movies like Lakshyam with Gopichand and Rama Rama Krishna Krishna with Ram. He had been working on this movie script for more than an year now. Balayya is currently busy with the shooting of Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara and Srimannarayana. The regular shooting will begin in June and Balayya will shoot simultaneously for this movie and Srimannarayana.
The movie will be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under Sri Sai Ganesh Banner. Thaman will be composing the music. Rest of the cast and crew are yet to be known.

Young Tiger NTR’s Dhammu was censored on Thursday and was given ‘A’ certificates with minor cuts. The movie has got tremendous positive talk from the early birdie talks. Sources say that the movie is no less than what is expected from a Boyapati film. The movie is now all set to release on April 27th. Meanwhile, the makers are trying all their might to get the movie the biggest ever release. We will have to see if NTR registers an industry hit this time.

Director YVS Chowdary has been trying hard to make a comeback as director with the movie Rey. But this movie which was launched eighteen months ago hasn’t moved at all. Chowdary is launching Chiranjeevi’s nephew Sai Dharam Tej with this movie. However, Tej’s family is getting irritated with the zero progress of the film.
Chowdary went into hibernation after making duds like Okka Magadu and Saleem. He is badly in need of a hit to win back his lost glory. But luck is not in his favor as Nippu, which was produced by YVS sank at the box office without a trace. He lost so much money in Nippu that Rey’s progress is being affected due to it. In the meantime, the heroines that were signed up by YVS at the start walked away from the project.
Now the grapevine has it that even Sai Dharam Tej is in search of a better launch pad. If the talk from film nagar is to be believed, Sai Dharam Tej will be making his debut with another Chowdary’s film. Director AS Ravi Kumar Chowdary is in search of a suitable hero and as per the buzz he is impressed with Sai Dharam Tej’s looks. This film will be produced by mega camp, the makers who produced 100% Love. If that is the case then YVS Chowdary and his Rey will surely end up in soup.

Bollywood sources have already confirmed that RamCharan is getting paid 12 crores for ‘Zanjeer’ and Priyanka will be packing 5.5 crores only. Coming to the point, it is widely believed that south sirens Anushka, Nayantara, Ileana and Kajal have joined one crore club long back. But, Sexy Anushka has denied that she is demanding a crore. A close source to Anushka says that Tamil industry never pays remunerations as much as they are paid in Telugu circuit. ‘Right now, she is accepting Tamil offers at a cost below that what all you expect’, the source adds.
Reports indicate that Tollywood is the only place after Bollywood among Indian film circuits to pay such whopping sums as remuneration. A heroine who demands more than 80 lakhs here is getting paid only 35 lakhs in Kannada circuit and 20-30 lakhs in Malayalam.
