After a pretty slick teaser, the team of Mega Prince Varun Tej’s upcoming action thriller ‘Gandeevadhari Arjuna’ has released the theatrical trailer of the movie which generated a superb response. Written and directed by Praveen Sattaru on a grand scale, this movie is all set to hit the screens worldwide on 25th August 2023. Sakshi Vaidya is the heroine in this movie while Nasser plays an important role.
Praveen Sattaru who is a specialist in making spy action flicks seems to have readied another interesting one. Going by the promotional content which came out till date, Varun Tej looks stylish and superb in the action avatar. Mukesh’s camera work and Mickey J Meyer’s vivacious BGM are going to be huge plus points and Praveen Sattaru looked in his elements and seems to have delivered a well-packaged flick.
Varun Tej recently made some interesting comments on the movie and his script selection. Apparently, Ram Charan advised Varun regarding his script selection after his 7th movie. Varun said that the ‘RRR’ star suggested him to select new and unique concepts.
He added that Charan said not to fall into the commercial trap as people try to give unwanted suggestions regarding taking up commercial formula subjects and others. Apparently, Charan even told Varun about what aspects to consider while picking scripts. He confirmed that he picked ‘Gandeevadhari Arjuna’ based on the advice given by Charan. It looks like the ‘Magadheera’ hero will be responsible if Varun gets a failure or a big success with this stylish action flick.

VD Taking The Big Step Once Again! What Happens Now?
Young and crazy hero Vijay Deverakonda’s plan to make it big in Bollywood took a severe beating due to ‘Liger’. He gained a lot of stardom after ‘Arjun Reddy’ release and his ‘Dear Comrade’ came out in all South Indian languages. The movie did not perform commercially and it did not make any impact. Vijay worked very hard on the promotions but it all went into vain.
Now, he is aiming to bounce back with ‘Khushi’ which is a romantic drama. While many think that it is just a regional film due to the small scale of the story, Vijay decided to release it on the pan-Indian level as well. He doesn’t want to go off the list of pan-Indian actors and it is the main reason behind ‘Khushi’ releasing in all languages.
Deverakonda has a huge task in his hand as barring Rajamouli’s films and Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’, not many films managed to become pan-Indian hits. Stars like Prabhas, Nani and others worked very hard but their movies did not impress the audience all over the country. Let us wait and see whether VD proves to be different from others or not.
‘Khushi’ is releasing on 1st September. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Shiva Nirvana penned the story, screenplay and dialogues apart from being the director. The movie also stars Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya Pradeep in key roles.
