‘Sir’ Trailer: Dhanush & Atluri Fight Against Corrupt Education System!
Multiple National Award winner Dhanush’s bilingual movie ‘Sir’/’Vaathi’ is hitting the big screens on 17th February. The teaser and the two songs ‘Mastaaru Mastaaru’ along with ‘Banjara’ got a very good response. As announced, the theatrical trailer came out a while ago and it definitely raises the expectations on this movie.
Venky Atluri moved away from his regular template and made a movie with a strong message and Dhanush is the perfect choice for this role. He delivers big time whether it is action or emotion or comedy. Going by the trailer, this movie seems to be high on content and movie lovers are very excited about it.
‘Sir’ is a film that deals with the current state of the education system in our society. Dhanush is introduced as junior lecturer Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The National Award winner has a magnetic screen presence and he pulls off the role very convincingly. Along with the action part which looks fantastic, he mouths a meaningful dialogue at the end which is very thought-provoking. The dialogues in the movie are quite deep. Samuthirakani makes his mark as the antagonist who corrupts the educational system.
It is Dhanush’s domination from the beginning to the end and fans are absolutely loving it. The visuals look good and the music by GV Prakash Kumar elevates the entire trailer. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are the producers of this film. Yuvraj is the cinematographer for ‘Sir’. Samyuktha Menon is the heroine in this bilingual while Navin Nooli is the editor. Directed by ‘Tholi Prema’, ‘Mr Majnu’ and ‘Rang De’ fame Venky Atluri, this movie is bankrolled under ‘Sithara Entertainments’ and ‘Fortune 4 Cinemas’ banners jointly.
Kajal In A Mass Song With Balayya!
Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna will be working under the direction of Anil Ravipudi soon. This is Balayya’s 108th film and people are curious to see what kind of movie comes from this combination. Sources say that Kajal Agarwal is going to be the heroine in this flick while Sreeleela plays a crucial role. The first schedule of this movie got wrapped up in December and the second schedule is expected to begin soon.
Shine Screen banner is going to bankroll this project and senior actor Sharath Kumar is playing a key role in it. Anil Ravipudi is reportedly working very hard to showcase Balakrishna in a powerful role that will please the masses. In this process, he reportedly planned a mass song with Kajal as well. Balayya and Kajal are going to rock the dance floor in this song and they will also be a part of a lovely melody track too.
Reports suggest that Balayya will shake a leg with Sreeleela too and it is going to be another mass song but it will be with the young heroine this time. Fans are getting very excited about this. Balayya is known for mass performances and mass dances. Thaman is going to give two out and out mass numbers and everyone are very excited about it.
Reports suggest that there is another heroine in the film and it is Anjali with whom Balayya romanced already in ‘Dictator’. Thaman delivered big time for ‘Akhanda’ and ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ while his work in ‘Dictator’ was below par. We need to see what he gives the audience this time. This movie is expected to release by the end of 2023.
Vijay Sethupathi Not Happy Being Called Like That!
Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is known for his versatile roles. The National Award winning actor is known for pushing boundaries when it comes to getting into the skin of the characters he plays. Apart from fun films like ‘KRK’, he often does films that showcase his potential. He also doesn’t get confined to an image or a language.
He did ‘Uppena’ and ‘Sye Raa’ in Telugu, ’19(1)(a)’ in Malayalam and a couple of films in Hindi as well. He played the villain role in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s blockbuster film ‘Vikram’ and recently did a special cameo in Sundeep Kishan’s bilingual movie ‘Michael’. He is currently promoting his maiden Hindi web series titled ‘Farzi’. This show created by Raj & DK has Shahid Kapoor and Sethupathi playing the lead roles. Raashi Khanna, Regina Cassandra, Kay Kay Menon and others play crucial roles.
During an interview, he said that he doesn’t like being called a pan-Indian actor. He added, “No sir, I am an actor. I am not comfortable with that pan-India statement. Sometimes that gives pressure also. I am just an actor and no need to put a label under this. So, that’s enough. I want to do every language film. I want to do a Bengali film, a Gujarati film. So if I get the chance, I’ll go and work there.”
He is doing a Hindi film named ‘Merry Christmas’ alongside Katrina Kaif. He is the lead in ‘Viduthalai’ directed by Vetri Maaran. He is also acting in a silent film called ‘Gandhi Talks’. He is portraying a key role in SRK and Atlee’s huge project ‘Jawan’.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan and his wife Upasana have congratulated the newlyweds Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani on social media. The ‘Shershah’ couple got married on Tuesday evening and it was a pretty intimate affair with only the family members and close friends present at the venue.
The wedding happened at a palace in Jaisalmer in a grand manner and sources say that a few big names from the movie and political fields have arrived to bless the newly married couple. They shared a couple of pictures from the wedding and they are going viral on social media.
Upasana made a comment on this post where she congratulated Sid and Kiara. She added, “This is so beautiful. Sorry we couldn’t be there. Lots of love to both of you.†As we know, Kiara worked with Ram Charan earlier in ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’. She is the heroine in the ‘RRR’ hero’s ongoing pan-Indian project under Shankar’s direction as well.
Apparently, Kiara and Upasana developed a good friendship during the shooting of these movies and we all know that Kiara shares a good bond with Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata as well. She acted alongside Mahesh Babu in ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’.
While Siddharth’s last outing was ‘Mission Majnu’ which was released directly on OTT, Kiara’s last movie ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ too got released online directly. The couple will take a few weeks off before going back to work. Fans are eager to see them back onscreen together once again after a beautiful movie like ‘Shershah’.

The team has already released the promo of Nani, Sai Pallavi and Rana which raised the expectations on this show. In this episode with Megastar, Smitha seems to have asked some interesting questions.
