These Are The Theatre & OTT Releases This Weekend!
Much like last week, this weekend will also not have any big releases in theatres but there are some interesting flicks that may grab the attention of the audience. There is some crazy OTT content that is releasing this weekend as well. Let us see what they are!
Coming to the silver screen, Sundeep Kishan’s action drama ‘Micheal’ is releasing on February 3rd. It has noted actors like Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vijay Sethupathi, Varun Sandesh and others playing key roles. There are decent expectations on it. On the same day, ‘Color Photo’ fame Suhas’ ‘Writer Padmabhushan’ is getting released. The talk is positive from the premiere shows and the trailer generated a very good buzz as well. On 3rd February, there are other movie releases like ‘Prema Desam’, ‘Katha Venuka Katha’ and ‘Suvarna Sundari’. ‘Butta Bomma’ produced by Sithara Entertainments is hitting the screens on 4th February. Anikha Surendran is playing the lead while Arjun Das is playing the negative role.
Coming to the OTT content, the most-awaited interview of Pawan Kalyan will be coming out on 3rd February. As we know, Balakrishna will be having an interesting chat with Pawan on the popular ‘Unstoppable’ show and it is the first part of the interview. It will be streamed on ‘Aha’ as everyone knows.
On Disney + Hotstar, the super hit movie ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ will be coming on 1st February while ‘Sembi’ is releasing on 3rd Feb. A web series named ‘Jehanabad’ (Hindi) is going to be streamed from Friday on SonyLIV.
Italian Woman’s Overaction On Flight.. What Happened Next?
High-Class people and people who pursued higher studies take air travel mostly. But some of them behave in an objectionable manner cheaply. If we look at the shocking stories air passengers are doing of late, people express their shock thinking about why they are behaving like this.
A recent incident of a passenger beating his fellow passenger for a seat in mid-travel became viral. The efforts made by the aircrew and other passengers to stop the fight went in vain. The issue went to the notice of the Police Station at last. The incident of a person urinating on a female passenger put society to shame.
Air India failed to compromise both sides in the issue and that went to the notice of the Police station and court as well. For showing negligence, the DGCA slapped a big fine of Rs 30 lakhs on Air India. The pilot was also suspended. After the incident, Air India restricted the amount of liquor the passengers were given.
Now a similar incident happened on a Vistara flight. A 45-year-old woman Passenger who is identified as an Italian national created a ruckus on a flight that was coming to Mumbai from Abu Dhabi. Paola Perruccio, who had an economy class ticket tried to sit in the business class but could not. So she surprised many with her abnormal behavior.
She created a ruckus by becoming partially nude. The cabin crew could not control her. It is also said that she even assaulted the cabin crew. With this, the cabin crew complained to the Police after landing in Mumbai.
Mumbai Police registered a case in this regard and arrested the Italian woman. The Cabin crew said that they tried to bring the situation under control thinking about the safety of other passengers. Vistara Airlines said that as per the guidelines she was arrested.

అయితే నాటు నాటు.. ఒరిజనల్ సాంగ్ రచయిత అయిన చంద్రబోస్ అవార్డుల వేదికపైకి ఎందుకు వెళ్ళలేదు? తెలుగు- హింది- తమిళ్- కన్నడ నాలుగు భాషల్లో పాడిన రాహుల్ సిప్లిగంజ్ ఎందుకు వెళ్ళలేదు?
అద్భుతమైన కొరియోగ్రఫీ అందించిన ప్రేమ్ రక్షిత్ ఎందుకు వెళ్ళలేదు? అనే ప్రశ్నలు ఎదురయ్యాయి. కనీసం మార్చిలో జరగనున్న ఆస్కార్ ఫంక్షన్లో ఆర్.ఆర్.ఆర్ ఫ్యామిలీతో పాటు పాటకే అవార్డు కాబట్టి పాటకి పట్టం కట్టడంలో భాగమైన చంద్రబోస్- రాహుల్ సిప్లిగంజ్-కాలభైరవ- ప్రేమ్ రక్షిత్ లు కూడా ఆస్కార్ లో కనిపిస్తారని ఆశిద్దామంటూ పలువురు అభిమానులు సోషల్ మీడియాల్లో కామెంట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.
Which Cinematic Universe Are You The Most Excited For?
We hear a lot about Marvel Cinematic Universe and DC Cinematic Universe in Hollywood. The two production houses have their own set of superheroes who often create and shatter records at the box office. In Bollywood, we have Rohit Shetty cop universe where he gave birth to three reel life police officers Singham, Simmba and Sooryavanshi.
Now a lot of directors are coming up with various cinematic universes. Young director Prasanth Varma who impressed everyone with his movies like ‘Awe!’, ‘Kalki’ and ‘Zombie Reddy’ is developing this own universe where he is creating his own superheroes. He already released the teaser of ‘Hanu-Man’ which is amazing. Teja Sajja is the hero in it. He introduced another superhero named ‘Adhira’ as well and it is being portrayed by debutant Kalyan Dasari. He has the ability to generate electric energy right from his childhood. Like every other superhero, he is there to destroy bad evil and protect the innocent. He is planning to introduce more superheroes too.
Similarly, Sailesh Kolanu has come up with ‘HIT’ universe. The ‘HIT’ movies revolve around a serious case and its investigation without beating around the bush. They are gripping investigation dramas with crisp runtime and a lot of detailing. Vishwak Sen was the hero in the first part while Adivi Sesh did the lead role in the second. They already announced ‘HIT 3’ with Natural star Nani as the lead. The makers promised that it will continue further.
There is the most prominent ‘Lokesh Cinematic Universe’ (LCU). Lokesh created a separate universe where his lead characters meet each other at some point. He links one story to another in a very convincing manner and prime example of it is ‘Khaidi’ and ‘Vikram’. At the end of ‘Vikram’, Lokesh hinted at Karthi’s involvement in ‘Vikram 2’. Also, Suriya has been introduced as the powerful villain Rolex at the very end and fans cannot wait to see his face off with Vikram played by Kamal Hassan in the next part. There is a talk that his upcoming project ‘Thalapathy67’ is also going to be a part of this universe.
There is a talk going on that Prasanth Neel is also planning ‘KGF’ universe where his heroes from movies like ‘Salaar’ and #NTR31 will meet each other in the future. Nothing has been confirmed yet.
Apart from these, there is ‘YRF Spy Universe’. Renowned production banner YRF Studios have produced some super hit spy thrillers over the years. They made ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ with Salman Khan back in 2012 which was a blockbuster. The movie had a sequel named ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ which earned more than 300 crores. Now, ‘Tiger 3’ is in the making. The character of ‘Tiger’ is iconic and he recently made a guest appearance in SRK’s recent spy thriller ‘Pathaan’. As we know, ‘War’ which had Hrithik Roshan in the lead was produced by YRF too. They are making another movie named ‘Fighter’ too which has Hrithik in the lead once again. The YRF officials have confirmed that Tiger, Pathaan and Kabir will often make appearances in each other’s story.
With all these cinematic universes getting readied, which one are you the most excited about?

సూపర్ స్టార్ మహేష్ బాబు SSMB28 రోజుకో ఇంట్రెస్టింగ్ వార్త బయటకు వస్తుంది. త్రివిక్రమ్ దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్న ఈ సినిమాలో పూజా హెగ్డే శ్రీలీల హీరోయిన్స్ గా నటిస్తుండగా జగపతి బాబు నెగటివ్ రోల్ పోషిస్తున్నారు.. గత ఏడాది నుంచి షూటింగ్ జరుపుకుంటున్న ఈ మూవీ.. ఈ దసరాకి థియేటర్లలో సందడి చేసే అవకాశం ఉంది.
తాజాగా ఈ సినిమాలో సీనియర్ హీరోయిన్ రమ్యకృష్ణ కూడా నటించబోతున్నట్లు జోరుగా ప్రచారం జరుగుతోంది. నిజానికి ఓ పాత్ర కోసం అలనాటి హీరోయిన్ శోభనతో తొలుత చర్చలు జరిపినట్లు వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ.. గత ఏడాది ఆధ్యాత్మిక పర్యటనల్లో ఉన్న శోభన.. ఈ సినిమాలో చేయడానికి అంతగా ఆసక్తి చూపలేదట. దాంతో ఆమె ఆమె స్థానంలో రమ్యకృష్ణ తీసుకోవాలని ఆలోచిస్తుంది మూవీ టీం.

YCP supporter bowled over by Pawan Kalyan’s humility
Noted writer Kona Venat is one of the staunch YCP supporters in Telugu cinema. He openly commented in favor of YCP during the 2019 election. He even made a few controversial remarks against Pawan Kalyan and JanaSena while in election fever back then.
But Pawan didn’t let this political tussle get into his personal rapport with Kona Venkat as they came face to face at OG film launch yesterday.
When PK had to come face to face with Kona, he was seen with a smile on his face and he even had a candid chitchat with the latter, while he simply could’ve walked away.
Apparently, Kona was bowled over the Pawan Kalyan’s humility. The fact that Pawan didn’t let political rivalry ruin his personal standing with Kona left the latter on cloud nine. Pawan’s humility and strength of character have caught the attention of the onlookers at the event yesterday.
‘Enno Ratrulosthayi’ Video Song: Kalyan Ram & Ashika’s Stunning Romance!
After getting postponed due to the health condition of Taraka Ratna, the makers of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s upcoming movie ‘Amigos’ have released the much-awaited remixed version of the super hit ‘Enno Ratrulosthayi’ song. Instead of a lyrical, they released the complete video which has made the fans very happy.
While SP Balasubramanyam has sung the original version, it is his son SP Charan who sang the remix version. He did a great job. Sameera Bharadwaj provided the female vocals and we all know that Veturi Sundara Rama Murthy’s lyrics are irreplaceable. It is Ilayaraja who composed the magical original tune while Ghibran remixed and injected some additional arrangements to it.
Heroine Ashika Ranganath is looking too glamorous in the revealing sarees while Kalyan Ram looked slim, stylish and flaunted his six-pack abs in the song. The chemistry between the lead pair is amazing to watch and this song is going to be a treat to see on the big screens.
The movie is produced under Mythri Movie Makers banner. This intriguing movie is hitting the screens on 10th February. Sounder Rajan S is the director of photography while Tammi Raju is the editor. Rajendra Reddy took care of the story, screenplay and dialogues too while Avinash Kolla is the production designer.
Venkat and Ram Kishan are the fight masters for this movie. Rajendar Reddy is the director of ‘Amigos’ while Ghibran is the music composer. Kalyan Ram is sporting different looks for all three characters in this movie. Kalyan Ram’s last film ‘Bimbisara’ turned out to be a super hit.

It is well known that ‘Naatu Naatu’ song from SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus film ‘RRR’ has been nominated for the Oscars. It already won the Golden Globe Award and the song is one step away from creating history. If ‘Naatu Naatu’ manages to win the award despite all the huge competition, Keeravani will become the second Indian music composer to get the Oscars after AR Rahman.
The magical composer won the Oscars for the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ film which is a Hollywood flick made about Indians. But ‘RRR’ is a Telugu film that is creating waves on the international stage. Along with ‘Naatu Naatu’, there are four other songs that were nominated in this category.
They are ‘Applause’ by Diane Warren, ‘Hold My Hand’ which is composed and written by Lady Gaga. It is from Tom Cruise’s ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ film, ‘Lift Me Up’ from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. The music is by Rihanna, Ryan Coogler and others. The other nominee is ‘This Is A Life’ from ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ which is composed by Ryan Lott, David Byrne and Mitski. Let us see if Keeravani creates history with ‘Naatu Naatu’ in March or not.
‘RRR’ is produced by DVV Danayya on a budget of over 400 crores. The lead actors delivered spectacular performances and MM Keeravani is the music composer who is one of the main pillars in the film’s success. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn appears in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film.
Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, ‘RRR’ has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others did key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which is set in the backdrop of the pre-Independence era. Senthil Kumar is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer.
Jagan Announced Vizag As Capital On Big Stage!
2024 will mark ten years of state bifurcation. Back in 2014, Telangana was divided from the combined Andhra Pradesh. There is no comparison between the two states in terms of development. Telangana is getting bigger and bigger by inviting big companies to make investments in the state.
Talking about Andhra Pradesh, the development is not that great. Forget about development, the state has no constant capital city. In the previous government, Amaravatai was fixed as the capital. But the change in the government changed the status quo and the current YSRCP proposed the idea to have three capitals for the state so that the development will be decentralised.
The farmers in the Amaravati region opposed the idea to have three capitals and started a massive yatra. The issue is pending with the court now. While the Andhra Pradesh High Court said that the Amaravati region should be developed as the capital and farmers who gave the land would be handed over the developed flats.
Amid this, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made some key comments on the shore city Vizag as the capital city of Andhra Pradesh. Saying that Vizag will be the capital of the state in the coming days, Jagan said that he is inviting business tycoons and entrepreneurs to Vizag.
Adding further, Jagan Mohan Reddy said that Andhra Pradesh is number one in the Ease of doing business, and the companies coming to the state will be given all the approvals in three weeks. Listing the specialties of the state, the Chief Minister said that Andhra Pradesh has a vast coastline and six airports.
“I invite you to our beautiful state for the Andhra Pradesh Global Investors Summit to be held on the 3rd & 4th of March in Visakhapatnam. Experience the ease of doing business in our state and partake in our vibrant culture. Welcome!,” Jagan said at the meeting in Delhi.
It appears that the Andhra Pradesh government is very adamant about having three capitals in the state and the ruling party is still focused on developing three capitals- Executive Capital(Visakhapatnam), Judicial Capital(Kurnool), and Legislative Capital(Amaravati).
