Sharwanand is one of the most eligible bachelors in tinsel town. He has been in the film industry for the past 19 years and entertained the audience with a lot content-oriented films. His last outing ‘Oke Oka Jeevitham’ turned out to be a good hit both critically and commercially.

Legendary Actors Reuniting For An Epic Period Drama!
The Malayalam cinema has been giving content-driven films for a very long time. The filmmakers often create magic with a gripping story complemented by a tight screenplay. Lalettan Mohanlal was part of many such films in his glorious career. With a few films, he took the industry to new heights.

Veera Simha Reddy Pre-release Event Venue Changed!
Andhra Pradesh saw two unfortunate events in the form of Kandukur and Guntur public events. The meetings claimed 11 lives due to the stampede. People gathering in big numbers in a small area is said to be the main reason behind the disaster. The events forced the government to take a tough call.
The government has decided to not allow big events without proper arrangements. It appears that the rules apply to film events as well. Film events of two big Telugu films were canceled as the government denied permission flagging the recent GO.
As Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film Veera Simha Reddy is going to hit the theatres on the eve of Sankranthi the makers are busy with promotional activities and the pre-release event was planned at the ABN Grounds in Ongole city.
But the permission was reportedly denied citing security reasons. Two days ahead of the pre-release event the permission was denied. This made the makers look for a good venue to hold the event. After a lot of work, a venue was finalised and the same was informed to authorities.
The venue is in the same Ongole region. The BMR (Arjun Infra) Mahanadu ground on the Bypass Road in Ongole will host the event. It is said that the makers of the film informed the concerned authorities regarding the shift of the event and permission was given.
As the event was shifted. The makers are busy making arrangements for the pre-release event. Usually, the pre-release events are held in Hyderabad. The tradition has been going on for a very long time. But the industry is looking at Andhra Pradesh to conduct the events there.
The makers of Veera Simha Reddy decided to conduct the event in Andhra Pradesh as the film is said to be set out in the region. The arrangements are being made at a rapid pace for the event. Nandamuri Fans are eagerly waiting for the event.

Another Foreign DOP Brought Onboard For ‘Project K’!
Ever since the movie was announced, there were heavy expectations on ‘Project K’. Nag Ashwin who made memorable movies like ‘Mahanati’ and ‘Evade Subramanyam’ decided to make something gigantic this time. As everyone are aware by now, this is a science fiction film based on the concept of time traveling. People are very curious to find out what to expect from this film.
The latest reports suggest that Nag Ashwin who brought Dani Sanchez Lopez with ‘Mahanati’ is bringing another foreign DOP. Grapevine suggests that Djordje Stojilikovic who is from Serbia was brought onboard for ‘Project K’. He gave wonderful visuals for award-winning short films like ‘The Windmill’, ‘The Needle’ and another movie named ‘Pusti me da nadjem srcu lek’.
Earlier, Polish cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba provided the visuals for Nani’s ‘Gang Leader’ and Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’. It looks like Indian filmmakers are looking towards abroad for DOPs nowadays. Apparently, ‘Project K’ is going to be on par with many Hollywood films and the visual tone along with the lighting pattern will remind people of ‘Marvel’ superhero films. A lot of foreign technicians are taken for VFX work too. It looks like Nag Ashwin is literally pushing all the boundaries for his dream project.
The ‘Mahanati’ director is making this project under Ashwini Dutt’s production. The budget is over 500 crores and it has Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Amitabh Bachchan is playing a key role too.
‘Waltair Veerayya’ Gets Ready With 160 Mins Runtime!
Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to take the box office by storm with ‘Waltair Veerayya’. Directed by Bobby Kolli, this Mega mass entertainer is arriving with humongous expectations. Charan Gets Praise For Praise From ‘Titanic’ Actress!
Mega Power star Ram Charan had a great 2022 as he turned into a pan-Indian hero with Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ and he even announced that he is going to become a father soon. He is aiming for even greater heights in 2023 as he is working with a legendary filmmaker like Shankar on a pan-Indian film. It is going to be a political thriller and it is made on a huge canvas.
The blockbuster ‘RRR’ film is nominated in two categories, Best Foreign Film and Best Original Song for the hit song Naatu Naatu at the 80th Golden Globes. Charan will be attending the Awards ceremony along with Rajamouli and NTR on 10th January. Apart from that, ‘Naatu Naatu’ song got shortlisted for the 95th Academy Awards.
Expressing his happiness Ram Charan shared the picture and wrote, “What a historic moment for the entire Indian Film Industry… Couldn’t be more honoured to note that #NaatuNaatu becomes the first Indian song to be shortlisted for the Academy Awards! @ssrajamouli garu and @mmkeeravaani garu, it’s all your vision and magic.. #RRRForOscars.”
Interestingly, Frances Fisher who is a well known Hollywood actress replied to Charan’s tweet and praised him. She wrote, “Your physical aptitude to do your stunts AND to dance & sing, and to act in your scenes was remarkable! I bet y’all had a blast!”
The movie got UK’s BAFTA nominations and Rajamouli won the New York Film Critics Circle award in the Best Director category. It won awards for the Best Foreign Language Film, Best Cinematography and Best Score/Soundtrack in the Philadelphia Film Critics Circle.
‘RRR’ is produced by DVV Danayya on a budget of over 400 crores. The lead actors delivered spectacular performances and MM Keeravani is the music composer who is one of the main pillars in the film’s success. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn appears in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film and she looked very cute.
Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, ‘RRR’ has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others did key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which is set in the backdrop of the pre-Independence era. This Is How DSP Created The ‘Poonakalu’ Tune!
Star music composer Devi Sri Prasad who is ruling the hearts of music lovers from the past two decades has hit a rough patch recently. Apart from the blockbuster album ‘Pushpa’, he failed to deliver a super hit album in recent times. He is not able to reach the high standards that he created for himself over the years. He composed the music for Megastar’s ‘Waltair Veerayya’ and the songs managed to get a mixed response.
While the ‘Boss Party’ was trolled heavily at the beginning, it slowly became a big hit and the lyric video already got 40 million views. While the romantic song was okay, the title song got a very good response. But the makers have been hyping up the ‘Poonakalu Loading’ song from the very beginning. But the song disappointed a lot of people when the lyric video came out. It got trolled heavily and Devi playing the lorry horn sound with a small instrument became a meme material. The sound generated by this plastic pipe irritated the listeners a bit.
During a promotional interview, DSP explained the story behind using this instrument. Apparently, the star composer buys a local instrument wherever he goes. Whether it is in foreign or in India, he likes to buy the traditional local instruments and store them in his studio. During one of his trips to Goa, he found this music pipe in the kids section of a music shop. Devi found it interesting and bought it for Rs. 250. It is with this instrument that Devi created this tune.
Devi said that all of this started with 250 rupees kids playing instrument and claimed that the experience will be massive in theatres. Let us wait and see if Devi’s judgment gets proved right or not.
