Update: Megastar’s Sweet Surprise Pleases Fans A Lot!

A few days back, Megastar Chiranjeevi revealed that he is going on a work vacation along with his family to Europe. He uploaded pictures with his family as well his ‘Waltair Veerayya’ heroine Shruti Hassan. Now, he shared a video showcasing the locations in which they shot a song on 12th December with Shruti Hassan.

Apparently, they picturised this song in Les Gets which is in the South of France. The locations were absolutely beautiful with snowfall everywhere. It was -8 degrees when they made this song and Chiru explained that it was very hard to dance in that temperature. Megastar shared that he himself shot the visuals and the lyrical video will be coming out soon.

But Megastar leaked a small portion of the song for his fans and it looks like a duet with DSP mark energetic beats. Rockstar himself has sung this song and it is expected to be a treat to the fans. This update from Megastar is currently going viral and fans cannot wait to listen to the full song.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for a Megastar’s film once again after ‘Khaidi No. 150’. Glamorous lady Shruti Hassan is going to be the female lead in this project apart from Catherine Tresa. The ‘Boss Party’ song which came out a couple of weeks back became an instant hit.

Arthur A Wilson is handling the cinematography. Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer. While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.

NBK Reminisces Old Days As He Reopens Tarakarama Theatre!

The re-opening ceremony of the famous Tarakarama theatres was held in a grand manner on Wednesday. It is named as Asian Tarakarama Complex since Sunil Narag of Asian Cinemas renovated it. Nandamuri Balakrishna arrived as the chief guest for the event and opened the theatre.

Speaking about his emotional attachment to the place, Balakrishna said, “Tarakarama is a historical theatre. We all know whatever my father NTR does will become history. He was a visionary. Tarakarama theatre is like a temple for us. After re-renovation, the theatre is starting again. My son Mokshagna Taraka Rama Teja’s naming ceremony took place here.”

He added, “My father NTR used to share a good rapport with Asian Films Narayan Das Narang. I’m happy that his sons Suneil Narang and Bharath are successfully continuing their father’s legacy. We must appreciate Suneil Narang for making ticket rates reasonably priced. Our industry should come together and take a strong decision on ticket prices. OTT has become a big competition to theatre business. However, I’m happy that our movies are dubbed and remade in other languages. Telugu industry has grown into Pan India. I hope the industry will thrive.”

Renowned producer and distributor Sunil Narag made it clear that the ticket prizes are quite reasonable in Tarakarama. He told, “It’s one of the oldest theatres. We are going to see 100 days and silver jubilee accomplishments. We have a close association with the Nandamuri family. Hope, it will continue in the future.”

As we know, Balakrishna will be releasing his ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ on 12th January 2022. It is a complete mass film and fans will be having a blast watching it in the same theatre reopened by their hero.

Nikhil Taking Advantage Of Pan-Indian Success!

This mystery adventure thriller won the appreciation of many and became a success all over the nation. Coming to his next project ’18 Pages’, it is getting released on 23rd December. Produced under ‘GA2 Pictures’ by Bunny Vas, ’18 Pages’ has Sukumar’s banner attached to it since he wrote the script. Palnati Surya Pratap who made ‘Kumari 21F’ earlier is handling the megaphone. Nikhil is the hero while Anupama Parameswaran is the heroine in this romantic comedy. They paired up earlier this year for ‘Karthikeya 2’.

‘Avatar 2’ Promises To Be Jaw-Dropping With Minor Flaws!

The entire world is eagerly waiting to see the visual extravaganza that is ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’. The movie is hitting the big screens worldwide on 16th December and it is the biggest motion picture event as announced by the makers. This huge project was made on a humongous budget and it needs to get 2 billion dollars just to cross the breakeven mark. The talk from the London premieres came out and everyone are in awe of James Cameron’s brilliant storytelling capability.

Celebrities are praising this film to no end and it currently is at 83% on the Tomatometer. A reviewer said, “Never doubt James Cameron. He has raised the bar in terms of riveting storytelling and blockbuster VFX, CGI. The beauty of Pandora is breathtakingly beautiful.”

Why Is ‘Sita’ Not Getting More Offers In Telugu?

Mesmerizing Marathi girl Mrunal Thakur mesmerized the Telugu audience with her heavenly looks and flawless performance in the classic love story ‘Sita Ramam’. She looked lovely in the vintage look. She was the heart of this movie. She makes you awestruck every time and gets into the skin of Sita Mahalakshmi’s role. She proves her acting prowess in emotional sequences.

Many wondered why the filmmakers who import Northern beauties all the time failed to bring Mrunal earlier. She acted in a lot of notable films like ‘Toofan’, ‘Super 30’, ‘Jersey’ and others in Hindi but she gained a lot of recognition for ‘Sita Ramam’ and people expected her to get flooded with offers in Telugu.

But four months passed since the release of ‘Sita Ramam’ but she did not sign any new project. Usually, the career span of heroines is quite small which is why they sign a lot of projects immediately after scoring a hit. With the scarcity of heroines in Telugu, a lot of filmmakers should have queued up for Mrunal but it did not happen at all.

We don’t know if Mrunal herself is rejecting offers in search of another subject like ‘Sita Ramam’ or the filmmakers are not willing to give her regular roles other than strong subjects but the lovely actress who gained all the attention during ‘Sita Ramam’ has become completely silent now and there is no noise about it on social media as well.

In a bid to expand its reach, Donald Trump is reportedly trying to make investments in India. It is said that the investments are likely to be made in five cities including pearl city Hyderabad. The investments are aimed at constructing high-end luxury properties in these cities.

Metro cities are the big platform for real estate companies as rich people prefer staying in luxury properties. If we talk about Mumbai, Bandra is such an area, and apartment costs around between 2-5 lakhs on rent. In Hyderabad Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas are posh areas and rich people across the fields live there.

With Trump’s company coming to India, we might see many luxury properties in these cities. It is said that Donald Trump’s company will make big investments to the tune of thousands of crores in a phased manner. It is said that the company will do investments by joining hands with big companies in these selected cities.

Media reports say that Donald Trump’s company might make investments in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR . One project will come to each of these cities. The company will bring projects in Chandigarh and Ludhiana as well.

However, Donald Trump will not make investments in the projects as he does in the United States. The Tribeca Developers based in the national capital Delhi is taking care of the investments. The towers in two cities were finished already while the work is going on in two cities.
