Good Move: Government Wants Next Generation Away From Tobacco!
Compared to the previous generation, people’s life span has decreased which is a big concern. Besides the change in lifestyle, our habits are also to be blamed for this. Even teenagers are suffering from diabetes and other issues. The next generations are likely to face even tough conditions.
If the bad habits can be stopped then the coming generations might have increased life expectancy and they can also enjoy good health conditions. With this, the government took a tough call on keeping the next generation away from tobacco.
As per the media reports, the New Zealand government tabled a bill that says that those who are born on and after January 1, 2009, cannot buy cigarettes. The bill says that by doing so people can live happily and the money that is spent on hospitals can also be reduced.
Tobacco consumption is one of the major reasons behind many deaths across the globe and New Zealand is not an exemption from this. For the betterment of the next generation, the bill was tabled. New Zealand became the first nation to pass such a bill.
New Zealand is working on the big aim to make the nation free from smoking. For that, it suggested a few measures. Keeping the next generation away from tobacco is one such measure. The other measures are that the existing tobacco stores will be brought down.
Rather than roadside stores, cigarettes will be sold at dedicated tobacco stores. This helps in reducing the pollution caused by it and only smokers will inhale the smoke.

India has been having border issues with the dragon nation China for the past few decades. At regular intervals, China provokes us. The recent Galwan clash is an example of the tense situation between the two nations. Yet again we saw such an incident recently.
A few days back, Chinese forces entered the Indian territory and had a face-off with Indian forces. Both sides sustained serious injuries. It is said that the Chinese air force reportedly increased its air activity along the region. Compared to earlier, the air activity increased reportedly.
Following this, the Indian Air Force started active combat patrols. Seeing the Chinese jets at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh, the Air Force swung into action and conducted air patrols to see what the Chinese armed forces were doing.
As a precautionary measure, the Indian Air force authorities reportedly scrambled the jets at the border. It is said that the action is the result of the growing aggression of the Chinese Forces.
The Indian Air Force has been putting a keen eye on the possible threats from various corners. Recent reports said that the Air Force trained eagles to detect drones. The birds showed some good output by taking down a few drones.
With the Chinese Armed Forces posing a big threat to us, our Air Force swung into action and did air patrols. This works in two ways. One is that it can see what the Chinese army is up to and the second one is that it can show its capability to China.

Prior to the release, the makers released a small teaser which introduces us to the world of Govinda Waghmare played by Vicky. Bhumi Pednekar plays the role of his dominating wife who looks down upon him and Kiara Advani will be seen as his girlfriend. The movie is a crime comedy as the trailer promised and this recent teaser proves it once again.
It looks like the movie is going to be filled with chaos and loads of fun. On top of that, both Bhumi and Kiara are looking their glamorous best in this movie. ‘Butterfly’ Trailer: Anupama’s Arresting Thriller Arriving On Hotstar!
It looks like adorable beauty Anupama Parameswaran is going to have back-to-back releases on 23rd and 29th of December. She will be having her ’18 Pages’ released before Christmas while her intense thriller ‘Butterfly’ will be coming out two days before the New Year.
The trailer of ‘Butterfly’ came out recently and it looks quite absorbing. Anupama plays an interesting role and she is very impressive with her expressive eyes. The trailer is looking intense and it is expected to have a strong storyline. It revolves around Anupama’s kids getting kidnapped and how she manages to rescue them. The background score elevated the proceedings and it will be arriving on Disney + Hotstar in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
Ghanta Satish Babu is directing this movie apart from writing the screenplay. Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer while Ravi Prakash Bodapati, Prasad Tiruvalluri and Pradeep Nallimelli are the producers. Let us wait and see how the film is going to be.

Ayodhya Mosque One Step Away From Starting Construction Works!
The centuries-old Ayodhya’s despite was put to rest by the Supreme Court with its verdict. Back in 2019, the Supreme Court bench gave its verdict in favour of Hindus saying that the disputed site belongs to Hindus and Ram Mandir should be constructed there. A special trust was also set up. Thousands of crores were received by the temple trust already.
A plot of five acres was allocated to the Sunni Waqf Board for the construction of the Mosque. While the temple construction work is going on at a rapid pace and the temple is expected to be completed by 2024 the same is not the case with the mosque work.
As the required permissions are yet to be received the Mosque construction work did not start. Now it is said that permission was given to the board and the construction work will kickstart very soon.
Reports say that the Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation which is taking care of the mosque construction has been awaiting permission to use the land at the Lucknow-Faizabad highway all these years. Ayodhya Development Authority granted permission to the Foundation.
The representatives of the Foundation were quoted as saying that they have received permission from the Department and they are just awaiting the fire clearance. Once it is received then there is no looking back and the work will be started at the earliest.
The proposed mosque will be special as the place will not only have a religious place but also a medical facility. The Mosque will also have a 200-bed hospital and the facility will be constructed in a phased manner. In the first phase, the hospital will have 100 beds and the remaining will be added in the next phase. Besides this, the mosque will also have a library and a community kitchen.
The mosque was supposed to be finished by 2023 earlier. However, it might take longer than this now. Just like the Ram Mandir, the mosque also received donations from various sections. The size of the proposed mosque is likely to be bigger than the Babri Masjid which was brought down at the disputed land.

The Vivo-CMR survey found that eight in every ten married men are facing troubles in their relationships. The respondents of the survey said that even when they are with their spouses they are unable to restrict themselves from using mobile phones.
More than 66 percent of respondents said that they are using phones even when they are with their spouses and this habit is making their relationships problematic. Not just that, the majority of respondents said that they don’t like when their spouses ask them to not use mobile phones.
Taking a question on how it feels when spouses ask them to not use mobile phones excessively and interrupt them, the respondents said that they don’t like it and they get irritated if they are asked to do so.
The researchers said that it is a fact that mobile phones became an important part of our lives but using them more than required brings issues. The radiation emitted by phones causes many issues and diseases. Now the survey found that excessive mobile phone use is also impacting the personal lives of users.
The research has a big relevance as India is one of the biggest markets for mobile phone manufacturers. People in remote areas also use mobile phones. As India is the second most populated nation in the world, it is a very big market.
