‘సీజేఐగా ఎన్వీ రమణ బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టాక సమస్యను త్వరితగతిన పరిష్కరించారు. 24గా ఉన్న బెంచీల సంఖ్యను 42కు పెంచేలా కృషి చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు, ప్రభుత్వం తరపున జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణకు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలుపుతున్నాను. బెంచీల సంఖ్యకు అనుగుణంగా 885 అదనపు పోస్టులను కూడా హైకోర్టుకు కేటాయించాం. రాష్ట్ర న్యాయ వ్యవస్థ, పరిపాలనా విభాగం పటిష్టంగా ఉండాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు కోరుకుంటున్నారు. జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణ మద్దతు ఎల్లప్పుడూ ఉండాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను’ అని సీఎం అన్నారు.
Revanth seeks CBI probe into ‘rice scam’ in letter to Union Minister G Kishan Reddy
HYDERABAD: A day after meeting Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan over alleged irregularities in the supply of rice to FCI (Food Corporation of India), State Congress chief A Revanth Reddy raised the issue with Union Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday, and sought a CBI probe into it.
In an open letter to the Union Minister, Revanth sought a probe into the role of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and his men in ‘procurement scam’. He alleged that there were massive irregularities on part of the State government in the paddy procurement and supplying Custom Milling Rice (CMR) to FCI.
He alleged that FCI officials have found irregularities across the State, which involves 30 per cent of the total quantity. In a memorandum submitted to Governor, Congress had referred to the allegations made by Union Minister G Kishan Reddy that more than 8 lakh tonnes procured in the last two kharif seasons was not handed over to FCI.
In the letter, Revanth asked the Union Minister why Centre was not initiating any action into the issue. He said that the Union Minister should prove his commitment. Revanth also sought a CBI probe into the scam. He demanded the Union Minister enquire into all the CMR allocations made since 2014 and recover the public money from the rice millers after seizing their mills. He said criminal cases should be filed against all the TRS leaders involved in the scam.

Young hero Ashish Reddy from Dil Raju’s family made his silver screen debut with ‘Rowdy Boys’ which was released this year’s Sankranti season. Due to the third wave, the film did not get the desired commercial success but the actor was appreciated for his efforts. After entering with a youthful entertainer with romance and gang wars, Ashish is all set to begin working on his second movie.
Titled ‘Selfish’, the first look poster came out recently. Ashish went through a complete makeover as he is sporting messy hair and a beard. With a sleeveless hoodie and sunglasses on, he is seen riding a customized bike that had ‘Selfish’ written on it.
The opening ceremony was attended by South Indian star hero Dhanush and he wished the team a big success. Kasi Vishal is the film’s director and Mickey J Meyer is composing the music. ‘Selfish’ is a youthful film which is produced jointly by Dil Raju and star director Sukumar under ‘SVC’ and ‘Sukumar Writings’ banners. KCR to go to Delhi again, this time for five days!!
Telangana CM KCR is again going to visit New Delhi soon. Yes. Soon after the paddy procurement protest of April 11, he is going back to Delhi, where he would spend another five days. He has just spent over a week in Delhi for some dental procedures. If this happens, this would be his fourth visit to Delhi in recent times.
Though most of KCR’s visits were personal – for the treatment of his wife or for himself – the proposed visit is said to be of political nature. He is likely to hold discussions with the leaders of the farmers unions in North India to understand their problems. He is also likely to visit some bereaved families of the farmers and pay them some ex-gratia. He is likely to visit the kin of the farmers who died in UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri where a BJP MP’s speeding car mowed down eight protesting farmers.
TRS sources also say that KCR would meet several non-Congress and non-BJP chief ministers to chalk out a common programme for the 2024 elections. According to sources, this will be a preparation for a national role for himself in the days to come. The stay would be used to get a feel of the national political scenario, say sources.
However, KCR’s plans to cobble up an anti-BJP, non-Congress front have hit a stone wall when Nationalist Congress Party’s Sharad Pawar said that no anti-BJP alliance was possible without the involvement of the Congress Party. He said Congress was key to any anti-BJP front. It remains to be seen how KCR carves out a niche for himself in national politics.
Bunny Back In Hyd After A Much Needed Foreign Trip!

One false claim and one becomes a favourite target of the netizens. TRS Party’s first family’s Kavitha Kalwakuntla discovered this the hard way the other day when she made some claims about the paddy production in Telangana.
The other day, in an interview to the news agency ANI, she slammed the Central Government on the paddy procurement issue and claimed that the Telangana state produces more than 40 per cent of all the paddy produced during the summer season in India. But, soon, Netizens began questioning the veracity of her claims.
Vijaya Gopal, a netizen, posted details of the paddy procured state wise and year-wise by the Food Corporation of India. He questioned her claims and said that she was making tall but unsubstantiated claims. He said she was falsifying figures and making false claims. Soon, netizens began slamming her and questioned her false claims.
According to the official data in 2021-22, 1279.27 lakh tonnes of rice was produced in the country of which 502.80 lakh tonnes were procured by the Central Government’s FCI.Contrary to Telangana’s claims of producing huge amounts of paddy, the production was just 108.88 lakh tonnes. Of this, the Centre procured just 44 lakh tonnes from Telangana. Can a mere 44 lakh tonnes be 40 percent of 502.80 lakh tonnes, the netizens questioned.
Startling revelations: Pudding and Pink’s Abhishek supplied drugs to 32 pubs
Startling things are being revealed in the Radisson Blu pub case, where the cops recently busted a rave party attended by several celebrities. As the probe into the case is continuing, Pudding and Mink pub owner Abhishek is emerging as a kingpin in the whole sordid drama. His manager Anil too is under police custody now and is being questioned.
Sources say that Abhishek has admitted to supplying drugs to at least 32 pubs in the twin cities. He is said to have connections with several questionable persons in both Goa and Mumbai and is known to visit these places regularly. He is said to have links with several drug peddlers and is on record supplying contraband to several film stars and even politicians.
The police were also shocked to know that both Abhishek and Anil had links with some police personnel and the operations were going on from the pub, which was a stone’s throw away from the police station. The police sources also reveal that Abhishek was the admin for as many as 10 social media groups known to have been used to supply the contraband.
The call data of Abhishek reportedly revealed the names of 10 well-known drug peddlers from Chennai, AP, Mumbai and Goa. Abhishek reportedly kept close contact with them and personally met them on a regular basis. The police are investigating the celebrities who kept close contact with Abhishek.
