Aryan Khan Case: Two NCB Officials Suspended Reportedly!

The intelligence agency Narcotics Control Bureau has a bigger role in dealing with the drug abuse menace. After the sudden death of Talented Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the NCB had started to dig deeper into the drug abuse in the film industry across the languages.

A few arrests were made in various film industries and this probe had brought a good name and the agency had come into the good books of the common people. Sadly, all the good work went in vain due to a sensational case and many fingers were pointed at the agency for reportedly targeting the innocent.

The Narcotics Control Bureau had earned a lot of criticism and a bad image in the much-talked-about Mumbai Cruise Ship case. As Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in connection with the case, the issue had caught the nation’s attention.

Now the case took a sensational turn as two officers from the agency were reportedly suspended. One of them is said to be an SP range officer. Though there is no official word on the reason behind the suspension, a few reports say that they were suspended on the grounds of the alleged negligence in rendering their duties.

After Aryan Khan was arrested, one of the key witnesses had alleged that there was a big conspiracy behind the case and the agency tried to extort as much as Rs 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan to let his son go from the case.

Adding fuel to this, Prabhakar Sail, one of the key witnesses in the case had died in a suspicious turn of events. He reportedly developed a heart attack suddenly and breathed his last.

The drugs case involving Aryan Khan and a few others goes back to 2021. After receiving information on the alleged drug abuse, the NCB had placed a few people under arrest. They were sent to jail and after spending close to one month the accused were granted bail.

Later, the Bombay High Court had granted conditional bail to the accused that they should not make any statements on the case and they should not meet the other accused until the issue gets sorted.

టాలీవుడ్ లో వున్న చూడముచ్చటైన జంట.. మేడ్ ఫర్ ఈచ్ అదర్ గా టాక్ ఆఫ్ ది ఇండస్ట్రీగా నిలిచిన జంట అంటూ నాగచైతన్య – సమంత జంటపై వినిపించని ప్రశంసలు లేవు. అయితే ఒక్కసారిగా ఈ జంట షాకిచ్చింది. నాలుగేళ్ల వైవాహిక జీవితానికి ఫుల్ స్టాప్ పెట్టేస్తున్నట్టుగా ప్రకటించి ఆశ్చర్యపరిచింది. ఏంటీ ఇది నిజమేనా? అని అంతా అవాక్కయ్యేలా చేసింది. ఈ జంట ప్రయాణం నాలుగేళ్లకే మూన్నాళ్ల ముచ్చటవుతుందని ఎవరూ ఊహించలేదు. అభిమానులు ఇదొక జోక్ అని కొట్టి పారేశారు.

కానీ అదే నిజమని తెలిసి షాక్ లో వుండిపోయారు. టాలీవుడ్ తో పాటు దక్షిణాది సినీ వర్గాల్లోనే ముచ్చటైన జంటగా పేరు తెచ్చుకున్న నాగచైతన్య – సమంత విడిపోతున్నామని ప్రకటించి ఇప్పటికి దాదాపుగా 7 నెలలు కావస్తోంది. విడాకులు ప్రకటించిన తరువాత నాగచైతన్య తన సినిమా రిలీజ్ లో భాగంగా మీడియా ముందుకొచ్చారు. కానీ ముందే మీడియాని ఈ విషయంలో కట్టడి చేయడంతో చై నుంచి పెద్దగా సమాధానాలు రాలేదు. విడిపోవడానికి కారణాలు కూడా చెప్పలేదు.

ఇదిలా వుంటే సామ్ కూడా విడాకులు ప్రకటించిన దగ్గరి నుంచి మీడియాకు దూరంగా వుంటూ వస్తోంది. `పుష్ప`లో ఐటమ్ సాంగ్ చేసినా దీని ప్రచారం కోసం మీడియా ముందుకు రాలేదు. మేకర్స్ కూడా సామ్ ని ఈ విషయంలో ఫోర్స్ చేయలేదు. దీంతో సామ్ మీడియా ముందుకొచ్చి దాదాపు 7 నెలలు కావస్తోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో సమంత త్వరలో మీడియా ముందుకు రాబోతోందనే వార్త ఇప్పడు హాట్ టాపిక్ గా మారింది.

సమంత నటించిన తమిళ చిత్రం `కాదువాకుల రెండు కాదల్`. తెలుగులో ఈ మూవీని `కణ్మని రాంబో ఖతీజా` పేరుతో విడుదల చేస్తున్నారు. ఏప్రిల్ 28న ఈ మూవీ తమిళ తెలుగు భాషల్లో ఏక కాలంలో విడుదల కాబోతోంది. విజయ్ సేతుపతి హీరోగా నటించిన ఈ చిత్రంలో నయనతార కూడా ఓ హీరోయిన్ గా నటించింది. నయన బాయ్ ఫ్రెండ్ విఘ్నేష్ శివన్ డైరెక్ట్ చేసిన ఈ మూవీ ప్రమోషన్స్ లో భాగంగా సమంత త్వరలో మీడియా ముందుకు రాబోతోంది.

చైతో విడాకులు ప్రకటించిన దగ్గరి నుంచి ఇండైరెక్ట్ గా విడాకులపై సోషల్ మీడియాలో ఆసక్తికర పోస్ట్ లు పెడుతూ చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారిన సామ్ త్వరలో మీడియా ముందు రాబోతుండటంతో మీడియా వర్గాలు సామ్ నుంచి విడాకులకు సంబంధించిన ఆసక్తికర విషయాలని రాబట్టాలని ఆసక్తిగా ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారట. గడిచిన కొంత కాలంగా విడాకుల ఇష్యూపై ఎక్కడా పెదవి విప్పని సమంత తొలిసారి తెలుగు మీడియా ముందు మాట్లాడే అవకాశం వుందని ప్రచారం జరుగుతోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో మీడియా ముందుకు రానున్న సమంత కన్ఫ్యూజ్ చేస్తుందా..క్లారిటీ ఇస్తుందా? అని అంతా ఆరా తీస్తున్నారు. నిజంగానే సామ్ తన విడాకుల విషయంలో ఏం జరిగిందో క్లారిటీ ఇస్తుందా? అన్నది ఆసక్తిగా మారింది. ఏం జరగనుందో తెలియాలంటే వేచి చూడాల్సిందే.

In a shocking turn of events, a massive fire broke out at a factory in Andhra Pradesh’s Eluru. Six people lost their lives, while over a dozen victims sustained injuries and are undergoing treatment. Condolences and messages are pouring in for the victims.

Reacting to the issue, the Andhra Pradesh government had announced an ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakhs for the families who lost their loved ones in the fire mishap. Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan turned critic of the government on the issue.

Pawan Kalyan had flayed the Andhra Pradesh government for showing the disparity in granting ex-gratia. He demanded that the families who lost their loved ones should be given Rs 1 crore each and urged the government to look into the matter.

Whenever such issues happened, the Andhra Pradesh government announced different amounts as ex-gratia. For example, take the Vizag gas leakage issue. The victims’ families were awarded an ex-gratia of Rs 1 crore. After a few months, a similar incident had happened in the state and the government had cut short the amount.

Coming to the current incident, an ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakhs was announced. There is a lot of difference between 25 lakhs and one crore. Will the government grant the ex-gratia based on the place of the incident or disaster or will the government be following a parameter while fixing the ex-gratia? No one has the answer to this.

Looks like Pawan Kalyan also wants an answer to this from the Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Raising the disparity followed by the government, Pawan asked the government to pay Rs 1 crore as an ex-gratia amount like it was done for the LG Polymers Gas Leak incident which had rocked the Vizag city.

Pawan Kalyan added further that the workers who lost their lives in the fire mishap belong to a humble background and the government has to take care of the families of the victims. Having said that, Pawan Kalyan also said that we are hearing such incidents regularly and the government should make sure that the regulations are strictly followed.

Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar is an irreplaceable actor. Whether it is comedy or action movies, it is a very tough task to fill his boots. Akshay has a unique style that no one can imitate and making a sequel to his super hit horror-comedy without him is a steep mountain to climb.

Back in 2007, senior filmmaker Priyadarshan remade ‘Chandramukhi’ as ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ in Hindi. The film was a very good success and the songs get played even now. Now, Bollywood decided to produce a sequel under the direction of Anees Bazmee. Interestingly, they brought talented young actor Karthik Aryan onboard to play the lead role. The film is in the making for a long time and the teaser finally came out on Tuesday.

This short teaser started by showcasing that the closed doors got opened again signifying that the ghost is back. After revealing the title, they presented Karthik Aryan dressed just like Akshay Kumar in the first film. With the iconic ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ title track playing at the back, Karthik Aryan walked out in style while Rajpal Yadav is there by his side.

While it is not easy to erase Akshay’s role, we need to see if Karthik leaves his own mark in the second part or not. Tabu is playing an important role in this flick while Kiara Advani is the heroine. The film also consists of Rajpal Yadav, Amar Upadhyay, Sanjay Mishra, Milind Gunji, Rajesh Sharma and others.

With Pritam giving the songs once again, we need to see how the film turns out. It is hitting the screens on 20th May 2022.

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss Non-Stop, Ashu objected to Shiva taking his clothes.
Hamida argued with Mahesh that the housemates need a new card every day to access the washroom. This has sparked an argument in the house. Hamida accused Ashu of setting her own rules as a Sanchalak.
Bigg Boss informed that the housemates and Sanchalak Ashu failed to follow the rules of the game. He asked the housemates to discuss and decide the captaincy contenders this time. There were heated arguments between Hamida, Ashu and Ariyana during the discussion.
The housemates unanimously decided Ashu is at fault and as a result, she lost the eligibility to become a captaincy contender.
Ashu alleged that Ariyana has committed a major violation regarding having food. This triggered an ugly fight between Ariyana and Ashu.
Ashu decided to cancel bedroom access to Shiva since he has been eating food without access.
Challenge 4:
As per the task, one contestant sat on the trolley while their respective partners had to pull it. Each pair had to eat maximum number of bananas and collect as many peels as they could. Despite a tie in the task, Ashu declared Mahesh and Mithraw as the winners of the challenge. They took over the luggage room.
Nataraj accused Ashu of favouring Mahesh in the task.
Bigg Boss adjourned the task and waved off the rules of the game.
The housemates then pulled Nataraj’s legs.

Bigg Boss Telugu OTT is currently running a tough captaincy contender race with the housemates participating in a series of challenges as pairs.
The upcoming episode will feature the last challenge in the captaincy race of the week. The latest teaser of the episode shows the contestants getting blindfolded in a ring and trying to grab each other’s flags. During the task, Hamida picks a fight with sanchalak Ashu over the latter’s decision. The task will also witness Ajay and Anil having a verbal spat for the first time.


In the recent episode, Hamida and Ashu had heated arguments as the former accused her of setting her own rules as a sanchalak. Ashu kept defending her decisions as a sanchalak. Even Ariyana, Shiva, and Nataraj had their differences with Ashu. The housemates have unanimously decided that Ashu’s decisions were faulty and as a result, she was disqualified from the captaincy race.
The upcoming fifth challenge will decide the captaincy contenders of the week and yet another task will crown the new captain of the house. Currently, Ashu is the captain of the house. So far, Akhil, Tejaswi, Nataraj, Chaitu have become the captains of the house.
The previous week has witnessed a double eviction. Mumait Khan, who played a cameo as a wildcard contestant, and Sravanthi Chokarapu were evicted from the house.

Is there more to it than meets the eye in dropping Balineni Srinivas Reddy from the AP Cabinet? Highly placed sources say that Balineni was dropped mainly because he was his relative and YS Jagan wants to cut all his relatives, who are in politics, to size. Jagan clearly wants to keep his family away from politics, say sources.

Balineni’s wife is TTD chairperson YV Subba Reddy’s sister. YV Subba Reddy has married YS Vijayamma’s sister. Thus, Balineni is a relative to YS Jagan from his mother’s side. Of late, the relations between Jagan and his mother have deteriorated. Sources say they are not even on talking terms. Vijayamma feels that Jagan has not given YS Sharmila her due.

Due to these differences, Jagan clearly did not want anyone close to Vijayamma in his cabinet. He felt that Balineni should be dropped in the reshuffle. He is also said to be of the opinion that Balineni’s wife is responsible for the differences that have cropped up between him and his sister. So, he wanted to get rid of Balineni. Sources say it is only a matter of time when even YV Subba Reddy is shunted out.

Though Balineni has reconciled to the loss of the ministerial post, he is still said to be unhappy. Sources close to him say that he is mulling resignation from the MLA’s post. Sources say several other MLAs who did not get ministries and those who have been dropped are also unhappy and there are suspicions that they could make a common cause against Jagan.

It is a known fact that Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar has begun working for his next film, which is tentatively titled AK61. The H Vinoth directorial is funded by ace producer Boney Kapoor.

Now, a news is making rounds in the film circles is that South diva Rakul Preet Singh has been roped in to play the female lead in the action drama. However, the movie team has not confirmed this update yet.

According to reports, the shoot will go on for at least two months at a stretch. While Nirav Shah is cranking the camera, Ghibran is providing music and stunts are supervised by Supreme Sundar for the film.

ప్రస్తుతం టాలీవుడ్ స్టార్ హీరోయిన్లలో బుట్టబొమ్మ పూజా హెగ్డే ఒకరు. స్టార్ హీరోల ఫస్ట్ ఛాయిస్ గా మారిన ఈ భామ.. వరుసగా క్రేజీ ఆఫర్స్ అందుకుంటూ ఫుల్ ఫార్మ్ లో కొనసాగుతోంది. ఇప్పుడు బాలీవుడ్ లో కూడా అవకాశాలు అందుకుంటోంది. అయితే తనను హీరోయిన్ ని చేసిన తమిళ ఇండస్ట్రీలో రాణించాలనే పూజా కోరిక మాత్రం తీరడం లేదు.

‘ముగముడి’ (తెలుగులో ‘మాస్క్’) అనే తమిళ చిత్రంతో తెరంగేట్రం చేసింది పూజా హెగ్డే. అయితే అమ్మడికి తొలి సినిమా నిరాశనే మిగిల్చింది. దీంతో రెండేళ్ల తర్వాత ‘ఒక లైలా కోసం’ చిత్రంతో తెలుగు తెరకు పరిచయమై ఓ మోస్తరు విజయాన్ని అందుకుంది. ఈ క్రమంలో ‘డీజే-దువ్వాడ జగన్నాథమ్’ ‘మహర్షి’ ‘అరవింద సమేత వీర రాఘవ’ ‘అల వైకుంఠపురములో’ వంటి బ్లాక్ బస్టర్లు అందుకుంది.

తెలుగులో అగ్ర స్థానంలో నిలిచినా పూజా కోలీవుడ్ లో స్టార్ స్టేటస్ అందుకోవాలనే ప్రయత్నం మాత్రం వదల్లేదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో దాదాపు పదేళ్ల తర్వాత లేటెస్టుగా ”బీస్ట్” సినిమాతో తమిళ ప్రేక్షకులను పలకరించింది. విజయ్ హీరోగా నెల్సన్ దిలీప్ కుమార్ దర్శకత్వంలో తెరకెక్కిన సినిమా ఇది. దీంతో పూజా తమిళనాట కూడా స్టార్ హీరోయిన్ గా మారిపోతుందని ఫ్యాన్స్ భావించారు.

భారీ అంచనాల నడుమ బుధవారం విడుదలైన ‘బీస్ట్’ సినిమాకు మిశ్రమ స్పందన లభించింది. సినీ విశ్లేషకుల రివ్యూలు ఏమాత్రం ఆశాజనకంగా లేవు. సినిమా రిజల్ట్ ఏంటనేది పక్కన పెడితే.. ఇందులో పూజా హెగ్డే పాత్ర పట్ల అభిమానులు తీవ్ర నిరాశ చెందుతున్నారు. ఇలాంటి ప్రాధాన్యత రోల్ లో క్యారక్టర్ లో ఎందుకు నటించిందో అని కామెంట్స్ చేస్తున్నారు.

‘బీస్ట్’ ట్రైలర్ లో అలా మెరుపుతీగ లాగా ఒక్కసారి అలా కనిపించి మాయమైనప్పుడే పూజా హెగ్డేకు ఇందులో ఏమాత్రం ఇంపార్టెన్స్ ఉందో అని ఆడియన్స్ ఆలోచించారు. అయితే ఇప్పుడు సినిమా చూశాక అందరికీ స్పష్టత వచ్చేసింది. ఎందుకంటే ఆమె పాత్ర అంతలా నిరాశ పరిచేలా ఉంది. రెండు పాటల్లో మెరవడం తప్పితే.. పూజా హెగ్డేకు ఇందులో ఏమాత్రం ప్రాధాన్యత లేదు.

ఇలాంటి సైడ్ క్యారక్టర్ గురించా ఇన్నాళ్లూ అమ్మడు ఇంత హంగామా చేసిందా అని నెటిజన్లు ట్రోల్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే స్టార్ హీరోల సినిమాల్లో హీరోయిన్లకు కూడా సమప్రధాన్యత ఇస్తున్నారని భావిస్తున్న తరుణంలో.. ‘బీస్ట్’ సినిమాలో పూజా చేసిన రోల్ ఆ దృక్పథాన్ని మార్చేస్తుందని వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.

మొత్తం మీద పదేళ్ల తర్వాత తమిళంలోకి రీఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చినా.. దీని కోసం విజయ్ వంటి స్టార్ హీరో సహాయం తీసుకున్నా పూజా హెగ్డేకి అక్కడ నిరాశ తప్పలేదు. ఇటీవల ‘రాధేశ్యామ్’ తో ప్లాప్ అందుకున్న ఈ బ్యూటీకి వరుసగా ఇది రెండో పరాజయమనే అనుకోవచ్చు.

అయినప్పటికీ తెలుగులో అమ్మడికి అవకాశాల విషయంలో డోకా లేదు. కీలక పాత్ర పోషించిన ‘ఆచార్య’ సినిమా ఏప్రిల్ 29న విడుదల కాబోతోంది. మహేష్ బాబు – త్రివిక్రమ్ శ్రీనివాస్ కాంబోలో తెరకెక్కనున్న ‘SSMB28’ మూవీలో పూజా హెగ్డేని హీరోయిన్ గా తీసుకున్నారు.

అలానే పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ – హరీష్ శంకర్ కలయికలో వస్తోన్న ‘భవదీయుడు భగత్ సింగ్’ సినిమాలో నటించనుంది. నాగచైతన్య – డైరెక్టర్ వెంకట్ ప్రభు కాంబినేషన్ లో రూపొందనున్న సినిమాలో పూజా నే హీరోయిన్ గా తీసుకోవాలని చూస్తున్నారని సమాచారం.

ఇక బాలీవుడ్ లో రణవీర్ సింగ్ తో ‘సర్కస్’ మూవీలో హీరోయిన్ గా చేస్తోంది. ఇదే క్రమంలో సల్మాన్ ఖాన్ తో ‘కబీ ఈద్ కబీ దివాలీ’ అనే ఓ సినిమాలో నటించనుంది పూజా. మరి వీటిలో ఏవేవి సూపర్ సక్సెస్ అందుకుంటాయో చూడాలి.

Has CLP leader and senior Congressman Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka scored a self-goal? It appears so. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who is currently on a padayatra to highlight the failures of the TRS government wore the yellow scarf of the Telugu Desam during his yatra. Not only did he continue wearing the TDP scarf, but even the TDP cadres were present in large numbers.

The presence of the TDP cadres and Mallu wearing TDP scarf have left the Congress cadre in Madhira constituency both confused and confounded. What’s more? There were CPM flags welcoming him along the route. The question that is uppermost in the minds of the Congress cadre is if Mallu is indicating that there would be a pact with the TDP and the Left parties in the 2023 elections too?

It may be recalled that an alliance with the TDP has completely sunk the Congress Party in the 2018 elections. KCR capitalized on this alliance and portrayed the Congress as prostrating before the Andhra-based TDP. The result was that the Congress was badly routed and decimated in Telangana.

Meanwhile, anti Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka groups in the Congress are fully using the images of Mallu with the TDP scarf and are planning to lodge a complaint against him. They are said to be taking the issue to the notice of Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, Mallu’s supporters are claiming that the TDP and the Left have only expressed their solidarity with the padayatra and that nothing more should be read into the incident.

No buzz for Macharla Niyojikavargam..?

Nithiin is playing a mass role in Macharla Niyoikavargam which marks the directorial debut of noted editor SR Sekhar.

This project was launched amidst much fanfare. The teaser was also unveiled recently. But for some reason, there is zero hype surrounding this action thriller.

Nithiin is badly in need of commercial success and he is pinning hopes on Macharla Niyojikavargam. The onus is on him to deliver a hit with this film to rejuvenate his career.

There is still enough time for the makers to work on the promotions and churn out a proper plan. Else, the film might struggle big time.

Nithiin’s previous film, Maestro went directly to OTT and it went rather unrecognized. So, Nithiin has to focus on Macharla Niyojikavargam and work towards building hype for the film.
