తెలుగు తెరపై సందడి చేసిన హాస్యనటుల్లో అలీ ఒకరు. చిన్నప్పటి నుంచి కూడా ఆయన తెలుగు తెరపై తన ముద్రను చూపిస్తూనే వచ్చారు. ‘సీతాకోక చిలుక’ సినిమాలో హీరో స్నేహితులతో ఒకరుగా ఆయన చేసిన యాక్టింగ్ చూస్తే ఆ రోజుల్లోనే .. ఆ వయసులోనే అలీ ఎంత షార్ప్ గా ఉన్నాడనేది తెలుస్తుంది. చిన్నప్పుడే అల్లు రామలింగయ్య వంటి సీనియర్స్ తో కలిసి నటించినవారాయన. చాలా పేద కుటుంబం నుంచి వచ్చిన అలీ ఎప్పుడూ కూడా తన మూలాలు మరిచిపోలేదు. ఇండస్ట్రీపై ఒక అవగాహనకి వచ్చిన ఆయన మొదటి నుంచి కూడా జాగ్రత్త పడుతూనే వచ్చారు.
ఎలాంటి సినిమా నేపథ్యం లేని ఒక పూర్ ఫ్యామిలీ నుంచి వచ్చిన అలీ చాలా ప్లానింగ్ తో తన లైఫ్ ను లీడ్ చేస్తూ వచ్చారు. ఒకానొక సంయమలో హీరోగా వరుస సినిమాలు చేసినప్పటికీ తాను మొదటి నుంచి చేస్తూ వచ్చిన కమెడియన్ వేషాలు పోకుండా చూసుకున్నారు.
హీరోగా వేషాలు తగ్గినా .. కమెడియన్ గా బిజీగా ఉంటూనే అన్ని వ్యవహారాలు చక్కబెట్టారు. ఆరంభంలో తెరపై ఆకతాయిగా కనిపించిన అలీ గురించి ఇండస్ట్రీలో ఎవరిని అడిగినా ఆయనకి చాలా ముందుచూపు ఎక్కువనే చెబుతారు. ఎందుకంటే ఆర్ధికంగా ఆయన చాలామందికంటే పైస్థానంలో ఉన్నారు.
అలీకి ముగ్గురు పిల్లలు .. వాళ్లను ఒక శ్రీమంతుడి పిల్లల మాదిరిగా కాకుండా కష్టం విలువ తెలిసేలా అలీ పెంచారని అంటూ ఉంటారు. తన వైపు బంధువర్గంలో ఎవరూ డాక్టర్ చదవలేదు. అందువలన తన పెద్ద కూతురును డాక్టర్ ను చేయాలని అలీకి ఉండేది.
దాంతో ఆ దిశగానే తన పెద్ద కూతురు ఫాతిమాను ఆయన ప్రోత్సహించాడు. ఫాతిమా కూడా తన తండ్రి కలను నిజం చేయాలానే ఉద్దేశంతో పట్టుదలతో ముందుకు వెళ్లింది. అలా మొత్తానికి ఆమె డాక్టర్ అయింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని అలీ దంపతులు తమ అభిమానులతో పంచుకున్నారు.
తమ కుటుంబంలో మొదటి డాక్టర్ ఫాతిమా అంటూ తమ ఆనందాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఫాతిమాను అభినందిస్తూ ఆనందంతో ఆమెను అక్కున చేర్చుకున్న ఫోటోలను షేర్ చేశారు. తండ్రి కలను నిజం చేసిన ఫాతిమాకు నెటిజన్స్ అంతా కూడా కంగ్రాట్స్ చెబుతున్నారు. తమ ఆనందాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ కామెంట్స్ పెడుతున్నారు.
Jagan angry with rebellious cabinet aspirants?
YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is learnt to have decided to talk tough to the rebellious party MLAs who are taking to streets for being denied the cabinet berths.
While Jagan is making every effort to pacify the disgruntled leaders, party sources said he is said to be terribly upset with them for sending a message to the party cadres that all is not well within the party.
He has entrusted the responsibility to seniors like Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Mopidevi Venkata Ramana to talk to the disgruntled leaders and convince them.
He, himself, has spoken to seniors like Balineni Srinivas Reddy and managed to douse his anger.
But others like Kolusu Parthasarathy, Samineni Udaya Bhanu, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, Mekathoti Sucharita, Tippe Swamy, Sriranganath Raju etc. still continue to raise a banner of revolt against the party leadership.
Sources said Jagan is angry with such leaders and has decided to act tough with them.
“He has sent them stern warnings that they should either fall in line or face the consequences. He knows that they would be zero, if they go out of the party,” sources said.
Some of them like Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy are learnt to have mellowed down. He is likely to meet Peddireddy later in the Tuesday afternoon. Similar messages were sent to Parthasarthy and Udaya Bhanu and they might also fall in line.
However, Sucharita is said to be still sulking. And she is not willing to take back her resignation letter signed in Speaker’s format, which she gave it to Mopidevi.
“If she doesn’t mend her ways, she might be shown the door soon,” sources added.
‘Acharya’ Trailer: Intriguing With Visual Spectacle
The trailer of ‘Acharya’ is out now. For quite a long time the film buffs have seen only the glimpses of ‘Acharya’ but now the first trailer is released.
It all starts with a remote hamlet named ‘PaadaGhattam’ with forest and water on either side. Ram Charan apparently emerges as the protector of the village which is known for a temple of Goddess.
Sonu Sood appears in the negative role while Tanikella Bharani flashes with tears in his eyes.
Then comes Chiranjeevi in an action scene and encounters Sonu Sood.
On a whole, the story is not conveyed but holds the interest of the viewers. It seems to be the story of two saviors of a village who eliminate the rowdy elements.
No song is heard in this trailer at least as a backdrop. The heroines are not given any importance here. It is projected only as an action film. It’s projected only as an action film on the lines of ‘Akhanda’.
It appears that the makers might have saved a lot of commercial stuff to release as a theatrical trailer only before the release of the film.
The visual experience is rich and captivating. Mani Sharma is the music director while Koratala Shiva directed the film. Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy produced it. The scheduled release of ‘Acharya’ is on April 29th.

Yogi Proving Himself as a Successor of PM Modi?
Over the years, the largest state in terms of population, Uttar Pradesh became the strong turf of the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party. The recently concluded general elections are proof of that. Despite heavy criticism over the BJP leadership at the Centre and the communal clashes issue in the state, voters voted for the party.
After the general elections, the state underwent another key election as the Legislative Council elections were held recently for the vacant posts in the Upper House. The results are out and the BJP has shown its power in the polls.
Out of the 36 seats, the BJP had won as many as 33 seats, while nine seats were won unanimously. However, the party faced a major setback as the parliamentary constituency held by PM Modi Varanasi was lost in the Legislative polls.
Leaving the Varanasi seat, BJP had managed to keep its stronghold in the region. In the previous polls, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had done what no Chief Minister had not in the past three and half decades. He had managed to win two consecutive polls in the state.
With the general polls, Yogi Adityanath had proved his stature as a strong leader and made UP the stronghold of the party. The Legislative Council win is another example of how the BJP is getting even stronger in the state.
This comes at the time when the debate is going on over the successor of Narendra Modi. Many names of Yogi, Amit Shah are coming out and the recent polls prove that Yogi can be considered by the party in the coming future.

Geetha Arts sidelined Rashmika Mandanna’s film?
Geetha Arts have been on the verge of setting up a few interesting projects.The top production house, led by Allu Aravind was said to be in advanced talks with Rashmika Mandanna for a potential collaboration.
It was rumored that Rahul Ravindran, who previously directed Chi La Sow is in pole position to direct the Rashmika Mandanna starrer.
But the latest developments imply that this project is not happening or progressing along at the initially anticipated rate. If is heard that Geetha Arts have sidelined this project indefinitely.
Geetha Arts apparently opine that this project doesn’t have the right equations to go forward and hence the decision to put it on the backburner.
Rahul Ravindran had started working on the script already and he was hopeful of taking the project onto the floors at the earliest. Rashmika Mandanna was also interested in taking the project onto the sets at the earliest.
But things did not go quite as planned and Geetha Arts have now decided to shelve the project. It remains to be seen if Rahul will wait for Geetha Arts to rejig the project in the future or if he will take the project to another production house and materialize it there.

RS Praveen Kumar to contest from Choppadandi?
Remember former IPS officer RS Praveen Kumar. As the office incharge for the social welfare hostels, he was most popular among the youths from the SC communities and attained a cult status. But, now he is a full-time politician from the BSP. He is busy building the party in Telangana.
If sources are to be believed, he is all set to contest from Choppadandi assembly constituency this time. Though nothing is official, it is being said that his close confidants feel that Choppadandi is the safest seat for RSP. Praveen Kumar has worked as the SP of Karimnagar for several years and had deep connections with the rural interiors of the district.
As part of his anti-Naxal operations, he has been quite active in Choppadandi. Given his deep roots and influence, the BSP sources feel that this constituency would be the right one for him. Some ground work has already begun in Choppadandi constituency, according to sources. However, Praveen Kumar has not openly said that he is zeroing in on Choppadandi.
Sources say the SWEARO organization that he has built over the years will also stand him in good stead. The Dalit population in Choppadandi is in considerable numbers and this section has a deep liking for the work that RSP has done as the incharge of the social welfare department director. There is good will among the general sections of the society too for his anti-Naxal operations, which were hugely successful.
