Critical stage for Koratala, as NTR set to decide muhurtam.
It was announced even before the release of RRR that NTR would be teaming up with director Koratala Siva for his 30th film, instead of with Trivikram Srinivas, as announced before. A pre-teaser was also released for NTR’s birthday this year, with regards to his film with Koratala Siva. Ever since then, it was being said that the film would start very soon, but it didn’t happen until now.
Following the release of Acharya, Koratala faced some financial hurdles, due to which the project got delayed. Post that, the director kept working on the script, fine tuning it. He is now said to be ready with the final draft of the script, which he is expected to narrate to NTR once the actor is back in Hyderabad. NTR is currently in Japan, promoting RRR in Japan, as the film has been released there.
If Koratala manages to impress NTR with the final narration, then the launch date for the movie will be decided by the actor and the director. If everything goes well, then the regular shooting of the film is expected to take place from December. This most certainly is a very crucial moment for director Koratala Siva, as he needs to bounce back very strong after Acharya.
Varun Tej drops a cute family picture
It is known that Mega Prince Varun Tej has commenced the shooting of his next film, tentatively titled #VT12, in London. Billed to be an action entertainer, the forthcoming movie is directed by Praveen Sattaru.
Varun Tej recently shared an adorable family photo from London, and it features his father and mother posing for a snap with the F3 actor. Varun, on many occasions, said that his heart is always full of unconditional love for his parents, and he has got their backs always.
Speaking about #VT12, it is produced by the SVCC banner. The film is shot by cinematographer Mukesh and the music is by Mickey J Meyer. Apart from this film, the talented actor also announced a movie with Shakti Pratap Singh. Tentatively titled #VT13, the film is inspired by true incidents and will celebrate the valour and bravery of the Indian Air Force.

In an interesting development, Dil Raju is materializing this project and hence, the chances of it actually happening are pretty good now.

Even If Twitter Owner Changes Our Rules Wont Change: India!
The Union government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party is having a strong stand on the policies the social media giants have to follow. Earlier, the executives of Twitter were served notices a few times asking them to follow the rules here. The Supreme Court also told the executives that the law of the land should be followed.
The Twitter administration changed as the world’s richest person Elon Musk bought the social media giant recently. After this many thought that India might change its stand on social media policies.
Surprising everyone the Indian government reacted to the news and made sure that the platforms should follow the rules no matter who is the owner of the platform. A Union Minister said that irrespective of the owner of the platforms they have to follow the rules.
Reacting to the change in the leadership of Twitter, Minister of State for electronics and information technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar said that no matter who is the owner of the platforms they have to follow the rules. “Our rules and laws for intermediaries remain the same regardless of who owns the platforms,” the Minister said.
It appears like India is not ready to take a back step here and the government is expecting Twitter to follow the rules irrespective of the owner of the platform. It’s interesting to know how Elon Musk would react to the strong nature of India.
Has Babu-Pawan friendship fizzled out even before it began?
Has the much-hyped Chandrababu-Pawan Kalyan friendship fizzled out even before it began? If not, why is the TDP launching an attack on the YSRCP in the North Andhra region all alone? Why was the Jana Sena leadership neither consulted nor roped in? What does TDP’s lone fight indicate? Does this mean that all is not well in the TDP-Jana Sena friendship?
Starting from Friday, the TDP has begun its anti-YSRCP fight in the north Andhra region. It wants to highlight the YSRCP government’s failure in preventing the land grab around the famed Rishikonda hill and in containing ganja cultivation in the agency areas. Other issues such as Dasapalla lands, failure of Gotta barrage in providing water to North Andhra and closure of Anakapalli sugar mill will also be taken up.
Chandrababu Naidu has formed a steering committee to run these agitations. The committee comprises Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu, Nakka Anand Babu, Nimmakayala china Rajappa and Kala Venkat Rao. Interestingly, there are no representatives from the Jana Sena, which has expressed the willingness to wage joint battles.
Sources say that Chandrababu may be having second thoughts about the alliance with the Jana Sena. This could be the case especially after the BJP started wooing back Jana Sena into its fold. The BJP is said to have proposed that the party would join the anti-Jagan alliance provided Pavan Kalyan is announced as the chief ministerial candidate. Interestingly, even the CPI, which has fallen head over heels in joining the TDP alliance, has also been kept away.
Is Ali satisfied with the nomination post he got?
After months of speculation and intense lobbying, film comedian Ali was given a nominated post. He was made the advisor to the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh on electronic media. But, the post is not of much consequence and even Ali himself knows it. Many such advisors who already exist have no role in advising YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is clear that even Ali’s post too would be inconsequential.
Interestingly, there are already two media advisors to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Ali is the third one. Both the media advisors have been given an extension recently. This only means that they have some use for YS Jagan. What role then could Ali play? Unlike the other two, Ali will get an extension only if YS Jagan comes back to power. Otherwise, his term would be limited to just two years.
Ali joined the YSRCP ahead of the 2019 elections. He campaigned for the YSRCP and even attacked Pawan Kalyan, one of his best buddies. Soon after the YSRCP came to power, Ali expected a key post. There were rumours that he would be made a Rajya Sabha MP or even an MLC. However, none of them became true. There have always been rumours that he would be given some post or the other. But, in the end the post given must have been a disappointment for Ali. But, like a consummate politician, Ali successfully hid his emotions and thanked YS Jagan for giving him a nominated post. But, if sources close to him are to be believed, Ali might soon look towards the Jana Sena, which is led by his best buddy Pawan Kalyan.
