Notably, this marks the second instance where she has stepped into a role previously assigned to Sreeleela. While Kingdom did not bring her the desired recognition, she is keen to rewrite her career trajectory with Lenin.
Set against a gritty Rayalaseema backdrop, Lenin is said to be an intense action-packed period drama revolving around the theme of honor killings. The film is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu and jointly produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments.
