అందం, అభినయం రెండూ ఉన్నప్పటికీ సరైన హిట్ అందుకోవడంలో కాస్త వెనుకబడిన నటి భాగ్య శ్రీ బోర్స్. పర్ఫెక్ట్ స్టార్ హీరోయిన్ మెటీరియల్ అని పేరు తెచ్చుకున్న ఈ భామ, తొలి సినిమా మిస్టర్ బచ్చన్తోనే యూత్ ఆడియన్స్‌లో మంచి క్రేజ్ సంపాదించింది. అయితే ఆ సినిమా ఆశించిన స్థాయిలో మెప్పించలేకపోయింది.

ఆ తర్వాత విజయ్ దేవరకొండ – కింగ్‌డమ్ సినిమాతో తన సత్తా చూపిస్తుందని భావించినా, ఆ సినిమాలో భాగ్య శ్రీ పాత్ర హీరోయిన్‌కి తక్కువ, సైడ్ రోల్‌కి ఎక్కువ అన్నట్టుగా డిజైన్ చేశారు. అంతేకాదు, హీరో–హీరోయిన్ మధ్య ఉండాల్సిన పాటను కూడా తొలగించడంతో భాగ్య శ్రీ అభిమానులు తీవ్రంగా నిరాశ చెందారు.

ఆ సినిమా ఫలితాన్ని ఊహించని భాగ్య శ్రీ కొంత అప్సెట్ అయినా, నవంబర్‌లో రెండు వారాల గ్యాప్‌లో రెండు సినిమాలతో ప్రేక్షకులను అలరించింది. ఒకటి కాంత, మరొకటి రామ్‌తో చేసిన ‘ఆంధ్రా కింగ్ తాలూకా’. రామ్ సినిమా కొంతవరకు సందడి చేసినా, కాంత మాత్రం వచ్చినట్టే వచ్చి వెళ్లిపోయింది. ‘ఆంధ్రా కింగ్ తాలూకా’ మంచి సినిమా అయినప్పటికీ, ప్రేక్షకులు ఎందుకో పెద్దగా రిసీవ్ చేసుకోలేదు. అయితే ఆ సినిమాలో భాగ్య శ్రీ లుక్స్ మాత్రం అందరి దృష్టిని ఆకర్షించాయి.

ఇప్పుడు భాగ్య శ్రీ ఆశలన్నీ అక్కినేని అఖిల్‌తో చేస్తున్న ‘లెనిన్’ సినిమాపైనే ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పటివరకు ఆమె చేస్తున్న సినిమాలన్నీ రిలీజ్ ముందు మంచి బజ్ తెచ్చుకుని, రిలీజ్ తర్వాత మాత్రం నిరాశ పరచడం ఆమె కెరీర్‌లో రిపీట్ అవుతూ వచ్చింది. అయితే ‘లెనిన్’ విషయంలో మాత్రం అలాంటిది జరగకూడదని భాగ్య శ్రీ గట్టిగా కోరుకుంటోంది.

కాంత, ఆంధ్రా కింగ్ తాలూకా సినిమాల ఫలితాలు ఎలా ఉన్నా, భాగ్య శ్రీలో ఉన్న గ్లామర్‌తో పాటు యాక్టింగ్ టాలెంట్‌ను మాత్రం ప్రేక్షకులు గుర్తించారు. కాబట్టి ‘లెనిన్’ కమర్షియల్ హిట్ అయితే, భాగ్య శ్రీ తిరిగి ఫామ్‌లోకి వచ్చినట్టే. అందుకే ఈ సినిమాపై ఆమె భారీ ఆశలు పెట్టుకుంది.

వాస్తవానికి అఖిల్ – లెనిన్ సినిమాను నవంబర్‌లో రిలీజ్ చేయాలని ప్లాన్ చేశారు. కానీ పోస్ట్ ప్రొడక్షన్ పనులు ఇంకా కొంత షూటింగ్ మిగిలి ఉండటంతో, వచ్చే ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి లేదా సమ్మర్ రిలీజ్కు ప్లాన్ చేస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. ఈ చిత్రాన్ని సితార ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్స్, అన్నపూర్ణ స్టూడియోస్ సంయుక్తంగా నిర్మిస్తున్నాయి.

Allu Arjun has been busy shooting for his upcoming sci-fi drama directed by Atlee, having already completed a significant portion of the work on this mega-budget project.

The team is now preparing to move to Dubai and other international locations for the next phase of filming. Director Atlee is reportedly planning desert sequences and high-octane action stunts in Dubai, marking the first outdoor schedule of the film.

So far, the shoot has been carried out entirely on specially erected studio sets in Mumbai, with all schedules taking place indoors. In early 2026, Allu Arjun and Atlee are expected to travel across multiple countries to shoot key sequences.

While the official release date is yet to be announced, the team is aiming for a December 2026 release, promising a grand theatrical experience for fans.

Bollywood veteran Suniel Shetty, renowned for his versatility and strong personal values, recently revealed that he once rejected a ₹40 crore offer to endorse a tobacco product, citing it went against his principles and the example he wanted to set for his children, Ahan and Athiya.

In an interview with Peeping Moon, the Dhadkan actor shared that early in his career, he made a conscious decision to never promote tobacco.
“I was offered ₹40 crore for a tobacco advertisement. I looked at them and said, ‘Do you really think I would fall for money? I won’t.’ I may have needed the money at that time, but I still refused,” he stated.

Suniel added that endorsing such products conflicted with his personal beliefs.
“It’s something I don’t believe in. I won’t do anything that could leave a blemish on Ahan and Athiya. Today, no one even approaches me with such offers,” he explained.

During the conversation, Suniel also spoke about the passing of his father, Veerappa Shetty, in 2017, which led him to take a break from acting. He revealed that caring for his ailing father, who had been unwell since 2014, took a significant emotional toll.
“I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. I had almost completely stepped away from work. Then he passed away,” he said.

Suniel recounted that on the morning of his father’s death, he received an offer to host a health show, which he saw as a calling. This marked the start of his gradual return to work, including films in South India. He added, “After such a long break, you begin to doubt your craft and wonder if the industry has moved on.”

Reflecting on his personal growth post-pandemic, Suniel shared, “Post-pandemic, I started looking at myself differently. I trained harder, read more, and focused on self-growth. Eventually, I became so confident that I realised I didn’t need validation from anyone.”

KCR Briefly Attends Telangana Assembly After Nine Months

As the winter session of the Telangana State Assembly commenced on Monday, all eyes were on Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president and Leader of Opposition K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), making his first appearance in the House after a gap of over nine months.

KCR arrived from his Nandinagar residence, receiving a warm reception from BRS legislators who escorted him into the House. He took his seat even before most members had arrived. However, his stay was brief—he left the Assembly within five minutes of the session’s commencement, immediately after the condolence motions concluded.

Upon entering the Assembly hall, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy personally greeted KCR and inquired about his health, to which the BRS chief replied courteously that he was doing well. Several ministers and legislators, including Uttam Kumar Reddy, Sridhar Babu, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Seethakka, Vakiti Srihari, Adluri Laxman Kumar, government whips Birla Ilaiah and Adi Srinivas, Congress MLAs, and CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao, also exchanged greetings with the former Chief Minister.

KCR left the House along with former minister Harish Rao and returned to his residence shortly afterward.

The Assembly paid tributes to two former MLAs, Ram Reddy Damodara Reddy and Konda Laxman Reddy, who had recently passed away. Condolence resolutions were introduced, and members observed a moment of silence in their memory.

The session also included discussions on key matters such as expansion of GHMC wards from 150 to 300, removal of the two-child norm in local body elections, amendments to the Telangana GST Act, and employee rationalisation measures.
