CBI Court postpones final verdict on Jagan’s Bail to Sep 15 !
The case of cancellation of the bail of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that made the public glued to their TV sets since morning was postponed.
The special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court heard the petition filed by YSRCP Rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju on Wednesday and adjourned the final verdict to next month.
The counsels representing petitioner Raghurama Krishnam Raju and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have placed their arguments. After hearing the arguments, the special CBI Court had adjourned the final verdict to next month.
Along with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail cancellation petition, the petition that seeks the cancellation of YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy’s bail was also heard by the court.
The special court said the decision on both bails would be announced at the next hearing, which is next month. Both petitions were filed by Raghurama Krishnam Raju who had waged a war against the government.
Since morning a lot of debates and discussions have been going on over the final verdict of bail cancellation. The suspense over the same continues with the postponement of the hearing.
Raghurama Krishnam Raju who has been locking horns with the Andhra Pradesh government had taken his fight to the next level by filing a petition to cancel the Chief Minister’s bail.
After he was arrested and later released in connection with the Sedition case, he remained silent for a few weeks and got back to his normal routine.
The Narsapur MP has even filed a petition with the special court seeking directives to cancel the bail of Vijayasai Reddy. In both petitions, RRR gave one reason that they both are violating the bail norms and they might influence the witness in their respective cases.
The special CBI court had heard the petition earlier last month and had reserved its judgement to the 25tj of August, i.e, today. The CBI counsel had made it clear that they will not make arguments in the bail row and it is upto the court to take a call on whether or not to cancel the bail of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
101 Jillala Andagadu Trailer: A Tale Of Baldness
Avasarala Srinivas’s upcoming film, 101 Jillala Andagadu is gearing up for theatrical release on the 3rd of September and the makers have started promoting the film aggressively. The trailer of the film dropped earlier today and it unravels a tale of baldness.
Srinivas is seen as a middle-aged man who is suffering from baldness and he tries to cover it with a wig. But life throws a series of challenges as he tries to woo the female lead, Ruhani Sharma by hiding the fact that he is bald.
Going by the trailer, the Avasarala Srinivas starrer has an apt title. The narrative is more focused on humor. The tricky situations the protagonist finds himself in evoke laughter.
Srinivas looks authentic as a lad struggling with baldness who puts in his best efforts to hide the flaw and lead a cherishing love life with his love interest.
The film is directed by Rachakonda Vidya Sagar and it is jointly produced by Dil Raju and Krish Jagarlamudi.
70లక్షల చీటింగ్ కేసులో హీరో ఆర్యకు ఉపశమనం!
తమిళ నటుడు ఆర్యపై శ్రీలంకకు చెందిన విద్జా అనే మహిళ 70 లక్షలు తీసుకుని తప్పించుకుంటున్నారని చీటింగ్ కేసు నమోదు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. కేసు విచారణ విషయంలో చెన్నై క్రైమ్ బ్రాంచ్ పోలీసులు ఆర్యను విచారించడానికి లీగల్ నోటీసులు ఇష్యూ చేసారు. అనంతరం రూల్ ప్రకారం ఆర్య పోలీసుల ముందు హాజరై విచారణకు సహకరించారు. ఆర్యని కొన్ని గంటల పాటు విచారించిన అనంతరం పోలీసులు దీన్ని చీటింగ్ కేసుగా కన్ క్లూజన్ కి వచ్చారు. ఆర్యని ఇరికించేందుకు మరో చీటర్స్ బృందం చేసిన పనిగా పోలీసులు తెలుసుకున్నారు.

Seven lakh AgriGold victims in Andhra Pradesh get Rs 666.84 crore
VIJAYAWADA: The State government on Tuesday credited Rs 666.84 crore into bank accounts of over 7 lakh AgriGold victims, who deposited up to Rs 20,000 in the scam-hit company.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said he met the AgriGold victims during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra as an Opposition leader, who urged him to help get back their hard-earned money. The victims include daily labourers to middle-class families.
Keeping up the promise made to the AgriGold victims, Jagan said his government had credited Rs 905.57 crore into the bank accounts of 10.4 lakh affected families in two phases.
As identified by the District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs), the government released Rs 238.73 crore to 3.4 lakh AgriGold victims who deposited less than Rs 10,000 in the scam-hit company, in November, 2019. “The entire process of payment is being done in a transparent manner. There is no instance of any State government in the country taking up the cause of those, who were betrayed by a private company,” he said.
Alleging that the entire AgriGold scam had taken place with the involvement of TDP leaders, he flayed the previous government for trying to loot AgriGold properties ignoring the interests of victims.
Though the previous TDP regime promised to help the AgriGold victims in the 2014 polls, it did nothing for them. The previous government issued a GO to compensate the affected families just two months before the 2019 elections.
Even after sanctioning Rs 785 crore to compensate the AgriGold victims, it did not bother to pay even a single rupee to them, he said.
3.8 lakh left out victims receive Rs 207.6 crore
About 3.86 lakh scam-hit AgriGold depositors, who were left out in the first tranche, also got Rs 207.61 crore on Tuesday. A total sum of Rs 905.57 crore was credited into bank accounts of 10.4 lakh AgriGold affected families in the State in two phases, the Chief Minister said.
Govt to auction attached properties
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy promised that steps would be taken to auction the attached properties of the scam-hit AgriGold to compensate all the victims. The State government is committed to ensuring justice to all the affected AgriGold depositors, Jagan asserted.
Samantha Not To Sign Any New Films This Year?
Samantha Akkineni showed no signs of slowing down even after her marriage and she is still going great guns. She has a handful of acting assignments in hand and she is also operating her own clothing label, Saakhi. Incidentally, the latest reports are suggesting that Samantha might be taking a break from acting for an indefinite period of time. Apparently, the star actress won’t be signing any new films till the end of 2021. She has decided to wind down and allot all her time to her family. It is heard that Samantha will take up new acting assignments only towards early 2022. She will be inactive in the film industry for the next four months or so. This is a conscious effort to rejuvenate herself and channel in some more positive energy.

తాలిబాన్లు కాబూల్ను హస్తగతం చేసుకున్న తర్వాత అప్ఘానిస్తాన్ లో అల్లకల్లోలం నెలకొంది. ప్రాణాలరచేత పట్టుకొని అక్కడి ప్రజలు విదేశాలకు వలస పోతున్నారు. భారత్ కూడా వారికి ప్రత్యేక ఎమర్జెన్సీ వీసాలను జారీచేసి విమానాల్లో తరలిస్తోంది. మంగళవారం మరో ఎయిర్ ఇండియా విమానం ఢిల్లీకి చేరింది. అందులో 44 మంది అప్ఘనిస్తాన్ సిక్కుల సహా మొత్తం 78 మంది భారత్కు వచ్చారు. కాబూల్ నుంచి తజకిస్థాన్ లోని దషాంబే మీదుగా ఢిల్లీకి వారిని తరలించారు. అప్ఘానిస్తాన్ సిక్కులకు కేంద్రమంత్రి హర్దీప్ సింగ్ పూరి స్వయంగా స్వాగతం పలికారు. అక్కడి నుంచి తీసుకొచ్చిన మూడు సిక్కుల పవిత్ర గ్రంథాలను కేంద్రమంత్రి హర్దీప్ సింగ్ కు వారు అందజేశారు. ఈ కాపీలను ఆయన భక్తి ప్రపత్తులతో శిరసుపై పెట్టుకుని తీసుకువచ్చి గురుద్వారాకు చేర్చారు.
కాబూల్ నుంచి వచ్చిన వారికి ముందుజాగ్రత్త చర్యల్లో భాగంగా కరోనా పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించగా 16 మందికి పాజిటివ్ వచ్చింది. వారిని ఐసోలేషన్ కేంద్రానికి తరలించారు. ఐతే అప్ఘనిస్తాన్ నుంచి వస్తున్న వారికి కేంద్రం 14 రోజుల క్వారంటైన్ తప్పని సరిచేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ నెల 23 న ఆరోగ్య శాఖ జారీ చేసిన గైడ్ లైన్స్ ప్రకారం విదేశాల నుంచి..ముఖ్యంగా ఆఫ్ఘనిస్తాన్ నుంచి ఇండియా చేరిన వారికీ 14 రోజుల క్వారంటైన్ తప్పనిసరి ఇది అనివార్యమని ఈ శాఖ వివరించింది. ఆఫ్ఘానిస్థాన్ నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు 626 మంది భారత్ కు వచ్చారని కేంద్ర మంత్రి హరిదీప్ సింగ్ పూరి తెలిపారు.
వీరిలో 228 మంది భారతీయులు 77 మంది ఆఫ్ఘనిస్థాన్ కు చెందిన సిక్కులు ఉన్నారని వెల్లడించారు. ఈ 626 మందిలో భారత దౌత్య సిబ్బంది లేరని కేంద్రం తెలిపింది. ఆ ఉద్యోగులతో కలుపుకుంటే కాబూల్ నుంచి ఇండియాకు వచ్చిన వారి సంఖ్య మరింత పెరుగుతుంది. తరలింపు ప్రక్రియ ఇంకా కొనసాగుతోంది.ఆఫ్ఘానిస్తాన్ నుంచి వచ్చిన హిందువులు సిక్కులకు సమాన ప్రయారిటీ ఇస్తామని ప్రభుత్వం ఇదివరకే తెలిపింది. ‘ఆపరేషన్ దేవీ శక్తి’ పేరిట ఇండియా ఈ నెల 16 నుంచి భారతీయుల తరలింపును ప్రారంభించింది. అంతకు ముందు రోజే కాబూల్ నగరాన్ని తాలిబన్లు ఆక్రమించుకున్నారు.

సృజనాత్మకత అనేది ఒకరి సొత్తు కాదు. టీమ్ వర్క్ చేసినప్పుడు అది ఎవరి నుంచి అయినా పుట్టినది అయ్య ఉండొచ్చు. కానీ క్రెడిట్స్ వేసేందుకు దర్శకనిర్మాతలకు గట్స్ ఉండాలి. క్రెడిట్స్ ఒరిజినల్ క్రియేటర్ కి ఇచ్చినప్పుడే వారి గొప్పతనం నిజాయితీ చిత్తశుద్ధి బయటపడతాయి. కానీ అలా ఇచ్చేందుకు ఎంతమంది దర్శకులు సిద్ధంగా ఉంటారు? ఇది చాలా పెద్ద చిక్కు ప్రశ్న. చాలా మంది రచయితలు సాంకేతిక నిపుణులు తమకు క్రెడిట్ ఇవ్వలేదని ఆవేదన చెందుతూ మీడియాలకెక్కిన సందర్భాలున్నాయి. సినిమా కథ కథనం లేదా లిరిక్ లేదా విజువల్ విషయంలో తమ సూచనలు ఉన్నా దర్శకనిర్మాతలు తమకు క్రెడిట్స్ ఇవ్వలేదని ఆవేదన చెందిన వారున్నారు.
అదంతా అటుంచితే ఆర్.ఆర్.ఆర్ లాంటి భారీ పాన్ ఇండియా సినిమాని తీస్తున్నప్పుడు ఇలాంటి వివాదాలు సహజంగా బయటపడాలి. కానీ జక్కన్న ఏం చేశారో కానీ ఇప్పటివరకూ ఎలాంటి వివాదం లేదు. ఫలానా థీమ్ నా కథకు కాపీ అని ఎవరూ అనలేదు. ఫలానా పోస్టర్ ఫలానా హాలీవుడ్ మూవీకి కాపీ అని కూడా ఎవరూ విమర్శించలేదు. చూస్తుంటే జక్కన్న ఎంతో పకడ్భందీ వ్యూహంతో ఉన్నారని అర్థమవుతోంది.
ఇంతకీ ఆయనేం చేసి ఉంటారు! అంటే.. ఈసారి తన టీమ్ మెంబర్స్ తో ఆయన పెద్ద డీల్ పెట్టుకున్నారట. సృజనాత్మక విభాగంలో ఎవరు ఏ కొత్తదనాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించినా ఆ క్రెడిట్ ని వారికే కట్టబెడతారు. ఓపెన్ గా చెబుతారు. టైటిల్స్ లో వేస్తారు. దీంతోనే సగం సమస్య సమసిపోయిందని గుసగుసలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. RRR విషయంలో ఇలాంటివి జరగకుండా దర్శకధీరుడు ఎస్.ఎస్ రాజమౌళి మొత్తం సిబ్బందిని కంట్రోల్ లో ఉంచారట. సినిమాకి సంబంధించిన మంచి లేదా చెడు ఏమీ బయటకు వెల్లడించకూడదని సిబ్బందితో ఒప్పందాలు కుదుర్చుకున్నారు. క్రెడిట్స్ జాబితాలో కూడా వారి పేరును ప్రదర్శిస్తామని రాతపూర్వక హామీ ఇచ్చారట. ఆ విధంగా వివాదాలకు ఆస్కారం లేకుండా చేశారని గుసగుస వినిపిస్తోంది.
ఇది మంచి విధానం. అందరూ అనుసరించదగినది. ఇకపై టాలీవుడ్ లో ఏ పెద్ద సినిమా తీసినా దర్శకనిర్మాతలు ఇలానే చేయాలి. క్రియేటివిటీ ఒకరి నుంచి కొట్టేయకూడదు. క్రియేటర్లను పెంచి పోషించేలా వ్యవహరించాలి. దానివల్ల బోలెడంత ట్యాలెంట్ ఎదిగేందుకు ఆస్కారం ఉంటుంది.
ఇంతకుముందు బాహుబలి విడుదల సమయంలో కేరళకు చెందిన ఒక స్టోరీ బోర్డ్ ఆర్టిస్ట్ తనకు మూవీ టీమ్ సరిగా క్రెడిట్స్ ఇవ్వలేదని వాదించే ప్రయత్నం చేశాడు. ఫేస్ బుక్ లో కొన్ని స్కెచ్ లను పంచుకుంటూ “కట్టప్ప బాహుబలిని కత్తితో పొడిచాడు“ అనేది తన ఆలోచన అని వెల్లడించడానికి ప్రయత్నించాడు. కానీ బాహుబలి అసాధారణ విజయం జక్కన్న హవా ముందు ఆ ఆరోపణలు నిలబడలేదు. కట్టప్ప బాహుబలిని ఎందుకు చంపాడు? అన్న క్వశ్చన్ తమదేనని బాహుబలి రైటింగ్ టీమ్ వాదించింది. ఆ వివాదం అలా ముగిసిపోయింది. చాలా భారీ చిత్రాల పోస్టర్లు లిరిక్స్ విషయంలోనూ ఈ తరహా వివాదాలు బయటపడినా అంతిమంగా విజయం తర్వాత దర్శకుడికే అన్ని క్రెడిట్లు వెళ్లిన సందర్భాలు చాలా ఎక్కువ.

Mahesh Babu to wrap up Sarkaru Vaari Paata by October end
Mahesh Babu is currently in Goa, filming a few action sequences as a part of Sarkaru Vaari Paata’s shoot. This schedule will be wrapped up in a day or two and the unit will be returning to Hyderabad soon after.
The latest we hear is that Mahesh Babu will be wrapping up Sarkaru Vaari Paata shoot by the end of October. He intends to complete the remaining shooting part at a brisk pace.
Mahesh plans to take SSMB28, a Trivikram directorial onto the floors from this November and he is planning accordingly. Even Trivikram is determined to commence regular shooting from this October.
The makers of SSMB28 are setting the stage for the shoot already and are finalizing the principal cast and crew now. Pooja Hegde, who plays the female lead in the Mahesh Babu starrer has agreed to allot bulk dates for the project. More details will be out soon.

G Kishan Reddy vows to work for development of historic monuments in the Telangana
HYDERABAD: Stating that Telangana has only eight historic monuments/sites out of nearly 3,700 protected sites nationwide by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Union Minister for Culture, Tourism and Development of North Eastern Region G Kishan Reddy said that Telangana has been grossly neglected in recognition of ASI protected sites and pitched for a study as to why the State, which has plenty of historic monuments, was neglected.
Addressing a press conference at BJP State office on Tuesday, Kishan Reddy said he would work for the development of historic monuments and tourism in the State. He said that he would soon bring all the top ASI and Department of Culture and Tourism officials to Telangana to analyze the status of monuments, including Buddhist sites in the State.
Stating that they would make replicas of paintings and sculptures to restore the missing or faded parts of the artefacts, the Union Minister said that he has given directions to the contractor and officials at Ramappa temple to start restoration works of Sthapati.
Urging people to visit at least 15 tourist places within the country, Kishan Reddy said that he would launch a programme ‘Dheko Apna Desh’ with prior permission from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that from January 1, if the vaccination drive gets completed, the Centre would officially invite foreign tourists.
He also pitched for digital mapping of the Indian villages documenting all details, including their history, freedom fighters, employees, NRIs, literacy, agricultural activities, in a bid to conserve the culture and heritage.
Revealing that the ministry is in talks with GMR Group for development and maintenance of Golconda Fort, he said that the Centre will adopt a public-private partnership (PPP) model for the development and conservation of ASI sites under a CSIR initiative.Responding to Finance Minister T Harish Rao’s comments on GDP growth, Kishan Reddy said that a “rich and surplus State” should not be compared with other states.
