Telangana CM thanks Nagarjunasagar for victory with sops
HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao visited Nagarjunasagar constituency on Monday, August 2, 2021 to thank the people for electing the TRS candidate Nomula Bhagath in the recent bypoll. Rao showered several sops on the segment and informed that as many as 15 lift irrigation schemes would be constructed in the segment.
While listing out various development programmes launched by the TRS government in the last seven years, Rao said that the forthcoming Dalit Bandhu scheme too would be implemented across the State. He said there were 16-17 lakh SC families in the State, of whom around 12-13 lakh families would get Rs 10 lakh each, in phases, under the scheme. Every year, some amount would be allocated in the Budget for Dalit Bandhu, Rao said. He added that after the announcement of Dalit Bandhu, opposition leaders’ BP (blood pressure) has shot up.
12th, 13th, 14th Jan Fixed For Tollywood! Will ‘F3’ Take 15th?
Prior to the second lockdown, the filmmakers in Tollywood decided to announce the release dates much ahead in order to avoid any kind of clash. Starting from small films to big-ticket flicks, every film locked its dates but all their plans went haywire once the second wave struck the nation. As there were zero shootings for over two months, the makers decided to postpone their releases. While some of the stars decided to arrive during the Dusshera season, Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ occupied the entire festive season as it is hitting the screens on 13th October 2021.
Big heroes like superstar Mahesh Babu, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and pan-Indian hero Prabhas have decided to enter the Sankranti race instead. It also gives them a lot of time to complete their shootings and there are high chances of Corona cases going drastically down by the Sankranti season of 2022. They decided to announce their respective release dates in August itself.
Pawan Kalyan is coming up with his multi-starrer flick on 12th January. It was announced recently and Rana Daggubati is the other lead. Nithya Menen and Aishwarya Rajesh are the heroines in this movie while it is being directed by Saagar K Chandra. Trivikram penned the dialogues for this remake of the Malayalam movie ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ remake.
The next day, we will be watching superstar Mahesh Babu shining on the screen with ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’. Written and directed by Parasuram, this wholesome entertainer is getting released on 13th January and Keerthy Suresh is the heroine. The first look poster got a massive response and Mahesh’s new look was appreciated by everyone. There is another big update coming from the team of Mahesh Babu’s birthday i.e on August 9th.
On 14th January, Prabhas will be arriving with his pan-Indian film ‘Radhe Shyam’ which is a romantic drama set in the backdrop of Europe. The shooting has been wrapped up already but the massive budget and the post-production works forced the makers to arrive during the Pongal season. Radha Krishna Kumar is the director while Pooja Hegde is the heroine.
There are talks that ‘F3’ will also hit the marquee during the Sankranti season of 2022 but with three humongous stars locking the dates already, it is to be seen of the Venkatesh and Varun Tej’s multi-starrer arrives or finds another date.
Allu Arjun Picks Up Malayalam Blockbuster, but…
Allu Arjun is a busy man now. He is currently busy with Pushpa Part 1 and he will be working on the second instalment of duology and also a project titled ‘Icon’ which was announced a long while back. He has his plate full at the moment and doesn’t have any gap for a new project. However, that hasn’t stopped the Allu hero from picking up the remake rights of a Malayalam blockbuster.
As per the latest reports, Allu Arjun has acquired the Telugu remake rights of the recent Malayalam blockbuster Nayattu, a survival drama thriller. Allu Arjun plans to materialize the Telugu remake of Nayattu very soon. However, it needs to be said that Nayattu doesn’t quite suit the star image Allu Arjun enjoys. While one of the three principal characters in the film is a lady, the other is a middle-aged man. The third character is a tricky one and it doesn’t quite have the elevation blocks or the commercial appeal that one would expect from an Allu Arjun starrer. Moreover, the story as a whole doesn’t have the kind of commercial aspect which would suit Allu Arjun’s image.
Allu Arjun himself would be well aware of the same and he wouldn’t be risking too much, given the fact that he will attain pan-India stardom after the release of his maiden pan-India film, Pushpa. He will be planning only big-budget and larger than life projects post Pushpa. So, the chances of him acting in the Telugu remake of Nayattu are very bleak.
Incidentally, Allu Arjun has been trying to produce films under his own production house. He even rented a special office for his own production house. He might well be looking to kickstart his first production, which could be a remake of Nayattu. He might rope in other young and talented actors for the lead roles in the remake. Either way, more details about the project will be out only after an official announcement is out. We need to wait for the same. But as of now, Allu Arjun’s focus is on Pushpa Part 1 which is in final leg of shoot.

Extend Dalit Bandhu to all weaker sections: BJP to TRS government
HYDERABAD: Stating that there has been a demand from the public on social media for him to resign in the interest of the development of weaker sections, BJP MLA T Raja Singh on Monday, August 2, 2021, said that he would resign from his post, if Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao chalked out a scheme for the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs and EBCs in Goshamahal constituency. Raja Singh is the second such MLA who has offered to tender his resignation after the State government selected the Huzurabad constituency for the launching of Dalit Bandhu’s pilot project.
In a statement, Raja Singh said that the CM planned to win the ensuing Huzurabad byelection by offering thousands of crores of rupees, and planned to give gifts to SCs. He added that the CM is reminded of SC, ST, and BCs only when there is a byelection.
“There is a demand from people asking me to resign in want of such gifts in the constituency. Hence, I am also ready to resign. Please come up with a scheme for SCs, STs, BCs and EBCs and give Rs10 lakh to each family.
I will resign, after you announce a package, by persuading my party high command. You (CM) could deploy all your police force to my constituency and even then see who would win in the by-election,” Raja Singh said. He said that the CM had made tall claims of sanctioning funds to his constituency, but granted none.

Noted actor-philanthropist, Sonu Sood is enjoying a real-life hero status now, thanks to all the humanitarian works he did while the nation was reeling under Covid-related lockdown.

Sonu Sood plans to carry out more philanthropic and humanitarian work in the future as well. He is content with what he has now and is no mood to enter politics.
Sonu will next be seen in megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya. He plays an important role in the Koratala Siva directorial. Recently, there were rumors that he was approached by a few Telugu filmmakers, who wanted him to play protagonist roles. Sonu Sood is yet to take the final call in this regard.

Nagarjuna’s Action Thriller Gets Ready To Begin Again On 4th Aug!
Talented director Praveen Sattaru has taken his time to come up with a perfect script after a successful movie like ‘PSV Garudavega’. He is now making an action thriller with King Nagarjuna as the lead.
