We often see YSRCP MLAs praising Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy whenever they get an opportunity. The CM on Thursday held a reviewing meeting on dignity housing and some MLAs, who attended the meeting, had passed some interesting comments while speaking to the media.
Pedana MLA Jogi Ramesh said Jagan will be the Chief Minister for the next 30 years. He said the CM is working to make the state stand out in the first place. Another MLA from Nuziveedu, Meka Venkata Pratap Apparao said that Jagan will rise to the level of Prime Minister and that he is the only CM in the country who speaks four languages.
Although many MLAs of the YSRCP heaps praise of Jagan, these statements passed by Jogi Ramesh and Pratap Apparao have caught opposition parties’ attention. Even some party activists think that the leaders are passing these kinds of comments in order to grab Jagan’s attention, which could help them get a Ministry.

VIJAYAWADA: A delegation of the BJP state unit met Union Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to discuss various issues related to Rayalaseema water projects, Polavaram and the ongoing fight between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over sharing of Krishna water. The delegation also took to the Union minister’s notice about Veligonda project, which was mis-spelt in AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, and hence was placed under unapproved projects in the recently notified jurisdiction of Krishna River Management Board (KRMB) and Godavari River Management Board (GRMB).
