2019 ఎన్నికల సమయంలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తరఫున వైఎస్ షర్మిల ప్రచారం చేస్తున్న రోజులవి. అప్పటి ఏపీ మంత్రి, టీడీపీ జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి నారా లోకేష్ మీద విమర్శలు చేసే క్రమంలో అప్పటి తెలంగాణ ఐటీ శాఖ మంత్రి (ఇప్పుడు కూడా ఆయనే ఐటీ శాఖ మంత్రి) కల్వకుంట్ల తారకరామారావు మీద ప్రశంసలు కురిపించేశారు షర్మిల. ‘కేటీయార్లా నారా లోకేష్ ఏమన్నా పెద్ద ఐటీ పరిశ్రమలు రాష్ట్రానికి తీసుకొచ్చారా.?’ అని నిలదీసేశారు షర్మిల.
రోజులు గడిచాయ్.. నెలలు గడిచాయ్.. ఏళ్ళుకూడా గడిచాయ్. దాంతో, బహుశా మతిమరుపు వచ్చిందేమో, షర్మిల తనకు కేటీయార్ అంటే ఎవరో తెలియదనేశారు. నిజంగా కాదు లెండి, సరదాకి.. కేటీయార్ మీద సెటైర్ వేసే క్రమంలో షర్మిల పండించిన గజినీ రాజకీయ నాటకం ఇది.
వ్రతాల పేరుతో వారంలో కొన్ని రోజులు ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం మహిళలకు మామూలే.. అలా షర్మిల కూడా ఏదన్నా వ్రతం చేస్తున్నారేమోనంటూ నిరుద్యోగ సమస్యపై వైఎస్సార్ తెలంగాణ పార్టీ అధినేత్రి షర్మిల చేసిన నిరాహార దీక్షపై కేటీయార్ వెటకారం చేయడంతో, షర్మిల.. ఇదిగో ఇలా సెటైర్ వేశారన్నమాట.

పెట్రోల్ పోసుకున్నోడికి, అగ్గిపెట్టె తెచ్చుకోవాలని తెలియలేదా.? అంటూ షర్మిల, తెలంగాణ మంత్రి హరీష్ రావు మీదా పంచ్ డైలాగ్ పేల్చడం గమనార్హం. ఇంతకీ, హుజూరాబాద్ ఉప ఎన్నికలో పోటీ చేస్తున్నారా.? అనడిగితే, పగ.. ప్రతీకారాల నడుమ జరుగుతున్న ఉప ఎన్నికల వల్ల ఎవరికి లాభం.? అని తేల్చేసిన షర్మిల, ఆ ఉప ఎన్నికలో తమ పార్టీ పోటీ చేయబోదని పరోక్షంగా సంకేతాలు పంపేశారు.
పెద్ద ట్విస్ట్ ఏంటంటే.. తన సోదరుడు వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డితో విభేదాల్లేవని షర్మిల ప్రకటించడం. ఇంతలోనే ఎంత మార్పు.? అన్నతో విభేదించి తెలంగాణలో షర్మిల పార్టీ పెట్టినట్లుగా ప్రచారం జరిగింది. ఆ స్థాయిలో లీకులిచ్చింది షర్మిల క్యాంపు.. మీడియాకి. ఇప్పుడేమో సీన్ రివర్స్ అయిపోయింది. ఆంధ్రపదేశ్లో రాజన్న రాజ్యం వస్తున్నట్లే వుందని షర్మిల వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. తెలంగాణలోనూ రాజన్న రాజ్యం తెస్తామని చెప్పారు. అంటే ఏంటట.? అప్పులు కూడా దొరకని స్థాయికి రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఆర్థిక సంక్షోభంలోకి నెట్టేయడమా.?
