Rs. 400 Crores scam in Piler: Nallari Kishore
Nallari Kishore Kumar Reddy, a member of the Telugu Desam Party, has alleged that there was a massive land scam in the Piler constituency in Chittoor district.He said that there has been a Rs. 400 crore land scam in the area, adjacent to the highway in the villages. The minister and the MPs of TDP have criticized the members of the government for the land grab.
It is said that lay-outs belonging to the government are being sold illegally. He submitted to the media, the details of the town and survey numbers related to the encroachments.Kishore said survey numbers on land irregularities in the district will be released soon.
He demanded a judicial inquiry into the land scam and is soon expected to approach the court on this. He expressed concern that it would be the people who would lose out if the lands purchased were found invalid in court.He said the land scam has spread to Madanapalle and other places as well. Kishore alleged that necessary action was not taken even after he complained to the local authorities about it.
He warned the officials who assisted in the illegalities that they would suffer for their actions in the future.
KCR gives away Rs. 870 Crores worth land to Kammas and Velamas..!?
Telangana Chief Minister has given away land worth Rs. 870 Crores to the Kamma and Velamas community. A GO was released to this effect on June 30th, secretly. These two communities do not even constitute 1% population in the state, but the Kammavari Seva Sangha Samakhya was allotted five acres of land and the All India Velama Association was given another five acres of land at Survey Nos. 41/44 at Khanamet near Hitec City.
Kamma and Velama Community Halls are expected to be constructed in this land. The piece of land allotted to the Kamma community is located between Hitec City and Ayyappa Society, while the land allotted to the Velama society is located at NAC Road, closer to Novotel Hotel. According to reports, this is the costliest area in Hyderabad currently, and the market value of the land is around Rs 1.80 lakh per square yard, making these lands worth Rs. 870 Crores in total.
Brahmins and Reddys have also been allotted lands, but these lands are on the outskirts of the city. While the Brahmin community has been allotted land at Gopanpally, the Reddy community got the land at Budwel in Rajendranagar. While these lands aren’t as costly as the lands given to the Kamma and Velama community, these lands too are prime and costly.
KCR has given the most importance to the Velama community, as he hails from the same community. On the other hand, the Kamma community has been given major importance due to the TRS winning in the areas dominated by the Kammas, in the GHMC elections. The KCR government also allocated 82 acres of lands to Backward Classes groups before the 2018 elections, in the range of 10 guntas to five acres, depending on their strength. However, most of these lands are located at far off places like Outer Ring Road, Uppal, Medipalli, Peerjadiguda and Kokapet.

Venkatesh’s daughter is also among those who are earning income by posting on Instagram. She excels as a businesswoman in the food sector. Aashritha has 136,359 followers on Instagram. She gets paid $400 for each post, which means Rs 31000.
According to the list created by Hopper, Aashritha ranks 377th worldwide and 27th in Asia. The achievement of Venkatesh’ daughter has become a topic of discussion in the Telugu media.
Aashritha got married to Vinayak Reddy, and she is currently living in Barcelona. She is leading the food business with a brand called Infinity Platter.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan who is known for doing films at a slow pace changed his way after making a comeback with courtroom drama Vakeel Saab. He has a big lineup of films. The ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ actor will be seen next in the remake of the hit Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Pawan Kalyan will be sharing the screen with Rana Daggubati in this remake.
According to film circles, a major share of the shooting has been completed. The makers are not compromising on the remake and a powerful title is said to have registered for the film.The makers are reportedly planning to fix a title on the devotional lines and Parashurama Krishnamurthy is being considered for the official title. It is said that the title includes the character names of the two main leads.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum is a hit Malayalam film released in 2020, which received critical acclaim. The story revolves around a wealthy person and Sub-inspector who come across each other’s way. How things change quickly when they take the issue as the matter of ego forms the main crux of the film.Saagar K Chandra is helming the remake, while Sithara Entertainments is bankrolling the project. The remake will have screenplay and dialogues by Pawan’s friend Trivikram Srinivas.

But the second lockdown forced the ‘Mahanubhavudu’ actress to postpone her wedding with Bhavya Bishnoi and she is back to work in the meantime. The lovely lady is currently a part of Anil Ravipudi’s hilarious entertainer ‘F3’.
As the shooting resumed recently, Mehreen too joined the sets and she shared her happiness by posting two photos along with the caption that said, “Back with my favourite #F3 family.†Mehreen looked angelic in the black and white outfit and her wholehearted laugh signifies how much she loves spending time with this cast and crew.

Ranveer Singh to Foray into TV Space with a Reality Show
Bollywood Star hero Ranveer Singh, known for energetic and intense roles is gearing up for his small screen debut. The Bajirao Mastani actor will enter the Television arena with ‘The Big Picture’ show, the Indian version of ‘The Big Picture’.
Banijay Asia and ITV Studios Global Entertainment B.V will bankroll Padmaavat actor Ranveer Singh’s Television debut. The first look from his small-screen debut will be unveiled today. Only the promo shoot part has been shot reportedly and the reality show shoot will commence soon.
The reality show will be aired on popular entertainment channel Colors TV. Video-on-demand service Voot and Jio Tv will be the streaming partners for the show.
‘The Big Picture’, a popular show in the United States, is a reality show, which tests the visual memory of the contestants, besides their knowledge. To win the prize money, the contestants should answer 12 questions. They can use three lifelines.

‘Maha’ Teaser: Hansika Picks A Mysterious Thriller For Her Milestone 50th Film!
Stunning beauty Hansika Motwani might have made her debut with ‘Deshamuduru’ in Telugu but she became a star heroine and was treated as a princess in Kollywood. She worked with most of the top heroes in Tamil cinema and scored a half-century within a short time. As her 50th film, Hansika picked a mystery thriller titled ‘Maha’.
Hero Siva Karthikeyan released the teaser of the movie wished Hansika on reaching an important milestone in her career. Coming to the teaser, it is quite racy with a lot of elements imbibed in it. The film is about finding the identity of a serial killer who is ending the lives of small children without mercy. Hansika plays the role of Maha and how she reacts when a kid close to her is taken away by the murderer forms the crux of the story.
In this promising teaser, we can witness a lot of action and bloodshed. Srikanth will be seen as a cop while Hansika’s ex-boyfriend Simbu played the role of her romantic interest. The chemistry between Hansika and Simbu is very much evident and the latter has some cool action sequences too. Mehreen Breaks Off Her Engagement With Bhavya Bishnoi In A Surprise Turn Of Events!
Tollywood actress Mehreen Kaur Pirzada recently posted a few pictures with her ‘F3′ team cast and while they are going all over social media, she dropped a shocking news. In a surprising turn of events, the ‘Mahanubhaavudu’ actress announced that she decided to break off her engagement with politician Bhavya Bishnoi. They got engaged in March and the wedding was supposed to happen in summer but they postponed it due to the lockdown.
Now, Mehreen took to social media and announced this news which surprised a lot of her fans. She said, “Bhavya Bishnoi and I have decided to break off our engagement and not go ahead with the wedding. It’s a decision that has been taken amicably and in the best interest.”
“With respect in my heart I would like to say that from now on I have no further association with Bhavya Bishnoi, any of his family members or friends. This is the only statement I will be making regarding this and I hope that everyone respects my privacy as this is a very private matter. Meanwhile I will continue to work and am looking forward to giving my best in my future projects and performances,” said Mehreen.
Mehreen Pirzada looked totally in love with Bhavya in the pictures of their engagement but things did not work out as they planned. Mehreen is currently working on ‘F3′ with Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and herself playing the lead roles. Apart from that, she is yet to sign her next projects.
