Kalyan Ram’s Film Too Takes The ‘Pushpa’ Route!

Share

Tollywood is following a new trend right now. Many filmmakers are starting the film to narrate the story within two and half hours and when they feel that it needs a long duration to explore it completely, they are announcing that the film will be released in two parts.

For example, ‘Baahubali’ was started as a single project but a couple of months into the shooting, Rajamouli realised that such a huge story cannot be explained in three hours. So, he announced that ‘Baahubali’ will be coming in two parts. Similar to it, the team of ‘Pushpa’ too decided that it will be arriving as two films halfway into the shooting. Sukumar decided to come up with two parts for ‘Pushpa’ since the story is very big and many details may go missing when they confine it to less than three hours.

The latest addition to this list is Kalyan Ram’s upcoming fantasy drama ‘Bimbisara’. The first look poster created a huge hype and Kalyan Ram looked fierce and violent in the warrior getup. As per sources, the team decided to split the story into two parts to make it more interesting and include a lot of elements in the story. Let us wait and see how this strategy works for Kalyan Ram’s film.

KCR leaves everyone confused over Dalits issue

Share

While KCR’s turn as a Chief Minister may be debatable, there’s no denying that he’s an exceptional politician. This has now once again been proved by his latest stance on Dalits. KCR has left everyone confused by the decision he took in regards to the welfare of the Dalit community.

As KCR has managed to prove to the Dalit community that he cares for them, he has created restlessness in opposition parties, when he got BJP’s Dalit leader Motkupalli Narsimhulu to attend the Dalit Conclave at Pragathi Bhavan. He also got Congress Party’s top Dalit leader and CLP chief Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka to praise the Dalit initiative by KCR, which turned out to be a problem for Congress.

The BJP is considering serious action against Narasimhulu, while the Congress is left confused over Mallu’s behaviour, as he only recently criticised the CM’s Dalit initiative, and went on to commend it after Revanth Reddy was appointed as the Chief of TPCC. With the comments that Mallu made, it is being said that he is considering joining the TRS, which would be a great loss for Congress.

The Movie Artist Association elections have been going on in a fully heated mode, with Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, Hema and Jeevitha filing nominations for the President of MAA. So far, the MAA elections have never been political. With the entry of Prakash Raj, though, the elections have most certainly become political.

Prakash Raj is a stanch and extreme critic of the BJP and PM Modi. CVL Narasimha Rao, actor and senior member of the BJP, has now filed his nomination for the President candidature. Following this, Vijayashanti, though not a member of MAA, has come in support of CVL.

On the other hand, Jeevitha is also a member of the BJP, and it is being said that the BJP will also use Jeevitha against Prakash Raj in MAA elections. With MAA elections turning political, it is now to be seen what interesting circumstances will take place here on.

Twitter website displays distorted India map; J&K, Ladakh shown as separate country

Delhi: Amid a stand-off with the Indian government over compliance with new IT rules, the Twitter website is displaying a wrong map of India, showing Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as a separate country.

The glaring distortion appears on the career section of Twitter website under the header ‘Tweep Life’.

This is the second time Twitter has misrepresented India’s map. Earlier it had shown Leh as part of China.

The US digital giant has been engaged in a tussle with the Indian government over the new social media rules.

The government has slammed Twitter for deliberate defiance and failure to comply with the country’s new IT rules, which has led to the microblogging platform losing its legal shield as an intermediary in India, and becoming liable for users posting any unlawful content.
