Pooja Hegde is one of the most sought after actresses in Telugu film industry now. She will next be seen in Radhe Shyam, a pan-India biggie starring Prabhas in the lead role.
Pooja has been listening to multiple scripts during the lockdown period and she is said to have finalized a handful of projects which will be announced in the next few weeks.

Shahid Kapoor Cries Hard Because of A Tollywood Hero!
Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor is currently enjoying the best phase of his career. After scoring a couple of critically acclaimed hits, he got his first 250 crore film with ‘Kabir Singh’. As we know, it is a remake of Telugu’s super hit flick ‘Arjun Reddy’. Soon after that, Shahid accepted another remake of a Tollywood film titled ‘Jersey’. As it is aware, ‘Jersey’ is an emotional rollercoaster featuring Nani in the main lead.
It got a National Award and Nani delivered a phenomenal performance which is sure to move every film lover. Shahid took up the responsibility of remaking it in Hindi and Gautham Thinnanuri who made the original is handling the remake too.
Speaking about ‘Jersey’, Shahid said that it is really close his heart and praised Nani’s performance unlimitedly. He said that Nani made him cry 5-6 times while viewing it for the first time. Shahid added, “I am 40 and I could relate myself to the film Jersey, which tells about late success. I am one of those who tasted success very late. Jersey is a family film and it is very close to my heart.â€

Tamil Nadu CM calls for a joint action against Union Ports Bill
The Union Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had introduced a new draft Indian Ports Bill, 2021 recently, which says the management of the minor ports will be transferred to the Centre from the respective States and Union Territories by repealing the Indian Ports Act, 1908 Act.
DMK Chief, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin found fault with the Centre over the new bill that reduces the hold of the States/Union Territories on the ports. He sought support from the Chief Ministers of other states to oppose the new bill.
Mr. Stalin has written to a total of nine Chief Ministers in this regard. The Chief Ministers of eight States and one Union Territory- Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, and Puducherry received letters from Stalin in which he sought support from them.
In the letter, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister maintained that, if the Centre’s bill gets approved, the States and Union Territories would lose the power and authority on the management of the ports.
Saying that the minor ports are doing well under the respective state and UT government, Stalin said, once the new bill gets approval, the governments will lose the authority and its the time, we should oppose the bill.
He urged that the new bill should be opposed and a combined action is required in order to see that the States and UTs won’t lose their powers.
Stalin has sought a combined action from his counterparts ahead of the Maritime State Development Council (MSDC)’s meeting with the Ministers of the respective states over the new draft.

Botsa Vs YSRCP: Who’s the victim here?
If there’s anything going on against the YSRCP, it is usually the opposition parties’ affiliated TV channels that would run stories about it. The channels affiliated with the YSRCP always make sure to run stories that are in favour of their party and against other parties. Senior Actor Prefers This Over His Highest Remuneration!
Senior hero Naresh has been in the industry for more than three decades. He was a hero who acted in many entertaining films and he is a character artist who is very versatile and can do any kind of character. He even worked as the President of Movie Artists Association too.
He recently shared a couple of photos of mangoes and kala jamoons which were raised in his farm. He shared, “Naresh the farmer sold his hand plucked organic mangoes & kala jamoons to his film fraternity at his studio for Rs. 50 a kg and earned rs 3600. The happiness was much more than when received his highest remuneration as an actor. Try farming feel the real joy.”
Seems like Naresh resorted to farming in the last couple of months which everyone were under lockdown. He was so happy and his heart is filled with joy when he got to hand pluck his own fruits of his own labor. Currently, he is acting in a couple of movies and playing interesting roles.
Twitter’s new feature lets iOS users share tweets directly on Instagram Stories
Washington: Microblogging site Twitter is rolling out a new feature that will let iOS users share tweets directly to their Instagram Stories. This update will help users save their camera roll from getting clogged with tweet screenshots.
As per Mashable, the social media platform is enabling the feature that allows users to share a tweet to their Instagram Stories with only a couple of steps. Users might be familiar with these steps if they frequently share their IG Stories on Facebook too.
To share a tweet, just tap on any tweet, then tap on the share button, and then tap on Instagram Stories. That’s all you have to do.
Twitter will ask you for permission before launching the Instagram app, and it goes without saying but you will need the app installed in order to let the feature work. Once you’re on the Stories page on Instagram, you’ll notice that the tweet you’d picked now has neatly rounded corners and a pleasant card-like design to it.
Notable reverse-engineering guru Jane Manchun Wong has also noted that once you share a tweet on IG Stories, the card doesn’t really give you an option of opening the tweet on Twitter.
So in case you want to open or interact with that tweet, you’ll still have to open the Twitter app and search your way through.
It is also worth noting though that that the share feature only lets users share the tweets to Instagram Stories and not create an Instagram post so if you wanted to share it in your profile, screenshots are still the only way.
But nonetheless, this update brings the ease of sharing tweets on Instagram Stories and may help users limit clutter in their photo gallery that comes with various tweet screenshots.
Users will, however, not be able to share any protected tweets using the new feature. Currently, Twitter also does not allow Android users to share tweets on Instagram Stories. Android users can only share tweet links in Instagram DMs.
Here’s why Google app on android phone keeps crashing
Washington: If you are an android user who is struggling with the Google app on your phone, then you are not the only one who is complaining and here’s the reason why.
The search engine giant usually keeps updating all its app and the ‘Google’ app is no different, but Mashable India reported that several people on the internet appear to be going through an annoying issue with the app which constantly makes it crash.
Users on Twitter highlighted the issue until the officials from the Android Authority took note and figured out that an update to the app- ‘version 12.23.16.23.arm64 and 12.22.8.23’, is the reason behind the same.
Mashable India learnt that according to the note, there is “no easy way to check if you have an affected version of the app, but if you do have an affected version of the app, you will see repeated notifications that the app has stopped working.”
The issue is reportedly “reminiscent of a recent issue with Android System WebView, which caused Gmail and other Google apps to crash”.

ED Passes On assets of wanted Business Magnets worth over 9K Crore to banks
As a big development in the battle of the conundrum of banks to recover the bank loans taken by the fugitive businessmen, the economic intelligence agency Enforcement Directorate(ED) transferred assets worth over 9,000 to the government banks.
Going into detail, the Enforcement Directorate had transferred assets worth Rs Rs 9,371 that were seized from Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi, and Mehul Choksi to the banks.
Only a portion of assets seized by the Enforcement Directorate from the fugitive business magnets who were wanted by the banks over the bank fraud. In total, the ED sleuths have attached crores worth Rs 18,170.02 crore, and assets worth over Rs 9k crore were transferred.
In an official statement, the federal agency said that, besides attaching the assets worth Rs 18,170.02 crore that belong to Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi, and Mehul Choksi, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, a portion of them were shifted to the banks. The seized assets translate to 80.45 percent of the losses incurred by the banks, ED said.
After digging deeper into the case, it was found that the three accused business magnates have floated shell companies to rotate the money and carry out the transactions in connection with the money trail. The transactions include domestic and board too.
Coming to the extradition of the business magnets, India is not leaving any stone unturned in this regard. The process is underway in connection with the extradition process. Out of the trio, Vijay Mallya is expected to reach India quickly.
Earlier, the Supreme Court in the United Kingdom restrained him from moving the court to counter India’s extradition efforts. This pushes him towards India a bit closer, while the duo is expected to reach the climax soon.
