బాలకృష్ణ, హైదరాబాద్ లోని జూబ్లీ హిల్స్ లో ఒక ఇంటిని కొనుగోలు చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. దాదాపు 15 కోట్లు విలువ చేసే ఈ ప్రాపర్టీని ఫిబ్రవరి 11న బాలకృష్ణ కొనుగోలు చేసాడు. నడింపల్లి సత్యశ్రావణి అనే వ్యక్తి నుండి ఇంటిని కొనుగోలు చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. 9395 చదరపు అడుగులలో ఈ భవంతిని నిర్మించారట. గ్రౌండ్ ఫ్లోర్ తో కలిపి మొత్తం మూడు అంతస్తులు ఉన్న ఈ ఇంటిని బాలకృష్ణ, వసుంధరా దేవి కంబైన్డ్ ప్రాపర్టీగా రిజిస్టర్ చేయించారు. ప్రస్తుతం బాలకృష్ణ బోయపాటి శ్రీను దర్శకత్వంలో సినిమా చేస్తున్న విషయం తెల్సిందే.
CM Jagan takes one more decision to revelotunalise educational system in AP!
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy chaired a crucial meeting state Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh and other key officials at the CM Camp office in Tadepalli on Wednesday.
During the meeting, CM Jagan is said to have taken a decision to introduce the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), a national level board of education in the state-run schools.
The CBSE system will be implemented for 1-7 classes at the state-run schools as a pilot project. The new education system will be implemented for the 2021–22 academic year.
Talking about the new system, the Chief Minister opined that, by the academic year 2024-25, the CBSE system will be implemented for all the classes from I-X in the state.
Jagan has also directed the officials to not compromise on the quality of the laptops given to students under the Amma Vodi scheme and also asked him to complete the pending works of Nadu-Nedu by March-end.
He directed the officials to focus on training Anganwadi teachers on how to teach students. Online tests should be conducted once in two months to monitor the Anganwadi teachers’ progress.
The schools should be of colorful designs. The interiors of the schools should be good. More changes to be made in the second phase of the Nadu-Nedu scheme and they should not comprise on the quality.

Telangana: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Working President and Minister KTR held a meeting at Telangana Bhavan in the wake of the graduate MLC elections in Telangana.
Minister KTR met with key leaders regarding the Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabhubnagar elections. The meeting was attended by Ministers, MLAs, MLCs, and Chairmen of various corporations, the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, and other public representatives under GHMC.
TRS party MLC candidate in the Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabhubnagar graduate constituency is discussing the strategy to be followed for victory.
It is learned that Vanidevi, daughter of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, is contesting as the TRS candidate.
Despite the high hopes of many in the party for the position, party chief KCR has become a political sensation with the exceptional announcement of bringing PV’s daughter to the screen.
Many are of the opinion that winning two MLC Graduate constituency seats would be an uphill task for the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) as the party has never won from the Mahbubnagar-Rangareddy-Hyderabad seat.
In the last three times that the election was held from the seat, Independent candidate Prof K Nageshwar won twice and Bharatiya Janata Party’s N Ramchander Rao won the third time. But now, the TRS is determined to bag the seat.

Naidu’s PA and others resign after Kuppam loss
The Telugu Desam Party, and especially Chandrababu Naidu, faced an unexpected and humiliating failure in the Kuppam assembly constituency in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. This is Chandrababu Naidu’s own constituency, and after the party failed to win in the gram panchayat elections, a review meeting was held on Tuesday, ahead of Naidu’s visit to Kuppma, from February 25th to 27th.
Several party members lashed out at the party leaders who were responsible for the Kuppam debacle. Several leaders were given the responsibility of Kuppam, to make sure that the party wins the elections. One of them is Naidu’s secretary P Manohar, who quit his post as Naidu’s PA after he couldn’t take the backlash from the other members of the party anymore.
Manohar said that Naidu wanted him to continue in his post, but that he chose not to, and someone from Tirupati will be taking his position from Monday and will be looking into the party’s activities in Kuppam. Manohar said that while he may not be Naidu’s PA anymore, he would be in the party at a lower capacity.
Another TDP leader in-charge of Kuppam, P S Muniratnam, also announced his stepping down from the party. He said that he would no longer continue in the party and that he wouldn’t even join another party. Muniratnam said that he could have made a lot of money by joining rival parties, but he didn’t because he already has enough money.
TDP legislative council member G Srinivasulu also stepped down from his post and said that he would continue at a lower position in the party, following his failure to make sure that the TDP wins.
Several TDP workers lashed out at the party leaders on their failure. They said that the party leaders were eager to earn money when the party was in power, but were the least bit bothered about the party’s future and supporting it when the party is not in power.

President’s rule to be imposed in Puducherry!
Months ahead of the Assembly polls, the Congress-DMK alliance in Puducherry has gone for the floor test earlier this week. The government lost the majority in the floor test.
After failing to prove the strength in the house, Chief Minister of Puducherry V Narayansamy has resigned from his post. He has submitted his resignation to Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan.
The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) and its allies are said to have not shown interest in forming the government. With no interest from the parties, Lieutenant Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan reportedly recommended President’s rule.
It is said that the Union Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the recommendation for the President’s rule in the Union Territory. The meeting was chaired on Wednesday.
The alliance government, which has been facing a political crisis in Puducherry lost its strength in the Assembly with a series of resignations over the past few weeks. This has reduced the government’s strength.
The strength of the Congress-DMK alliance government in the Assembly was restricted to 12, including the Assembly Speaker. While the opposition had a strength of 14 MLAs.
After resigning from his post, Chief Minister Narayansamy kept the blame on the Central government and former Lt Governor Kiran Bedi for creating a political crisis.
With just a few months left for the much-awaited Assembly Polls in Puducherry, the Union Government has reportedly decided that till the polls are commenced, President’s Rule can be imposed.
