Teaser Announcement: Nani’s Birthday Gift To Arrive A Day Earlier!
Natural Star Nani will be celebrating his birthday on 24th February and his birthday gift from ‘Tuck Jagadish’ team will be arriving a day earlier. The makers released a special motion poster announcing that the teaser will be coming on 23rd February at 5:04 PM.
The posters and the first song have impressed the audience a lot and there is a lot of positive buzz on this wholesome entertainer. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, this film is produced under Shine Screens banner. In the recent poster, we have Nani in a plain white shirt holding an iron rod. It looks like there are some good action sequences in this film.
Thaman is giving the music for Nani’s film for the first time and we need to wait and see how the teaser is going to be. Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh are the heroines in this flick while Jagapathi Babu, Naresh and many others play crucial roles.
Bollywood star jumps in support of Arjun Tendulkar
The term nepotism which is used in the entertainment industry mostly has found its way in cricket as well with a section of fans and critics targeting Arjun Tendulkar, Sachin Tendulkar’s son.Netizens have trolled Arjun over Mumbai Indians picking him in the IPL auction. Netizens are of the opinion that, Arjun got the opportunity only because of his father not for his talent.
Amid growing trolls and criticism, Bollywood star Farhan Akhtar came in support of Arjun and said that throwing nepotism word at Arjun is cruel and urged trollers to not murder his enthusiasm.
“I feel I should say this about #Arjun_Tendulkar. We frequent the same gym & I’ve seen how hard he works on his fitness, seen his focus to be a better cricketer. To throw the word ‘nepotism’ at him is unfair & cruel. Don’t murder his enthusiasm & weigh him down before he’s begun,” Akhtar’s tweet reads.
Akhtar’s tweet went very well with the cricketing fans, who have found targeting and trolling Arjun. They believed that nepotism will not work in cricket, how it works in films.

Not happy with Kangana Ranaut making controversial tweets against protesting farmers, former Madhya Pradesh Minister Sukhdev Panse has called the actress ‘naachney gaane waali’The Queen actress has reacted to the former Minister’s jibe at her. Without taking his name, Kangana Ranaut replied that she is a Rajput woman and she can break the bones.
By retweeting IANS tweet on former Minister’s comments, she said that she is not Deepika Katrina or Alia.”Whoever this fool is does he know I am no Deepika Katrina or Alia…. I am the only one who refused to do item numbers, refused to do big hero ( Khan /Kumar) films which made entire Bullywoodiya gang men +women against me. I am a Rajput woman I don’t shake a** I break bones,” Kangana’s tweet reads.
In another tweet, Kangana has claimed that her father has a licensed gun, who gained the reputation of gunda. I fought with my father at the age of 15 and left home. Kangana said.
“My father has licensed rifle and guns, growing up he didn’t scold he roared, even my ribs trembled, in his youth he was famous for gang wars in his college which gave him a reputation of a gunda, I fought with him at 15 and left home, became first Baaghi Rajput woman at 15,” her tweet reads.
Kangana has been finding herself in the news for various reasons. From targeting her fellow Bollywood divas to make derogatory comments on Indian cricketers to call farmers terrorists.
Ahead of the polls in five states, Congress working on tackling financial crisis!
The century-plus old Congress party has a rich heritage. The party even led the country’s Independence movement. Post-independence, the Congress party became active in national parties and ruled the country for over 60 years.But things went upside down for the party after the 2014 election result. The situation of the Congress party has reached a level that the political outfit is in a deep financial crisis.
The All India Congress Committee(AICC) has chaired crucial meetings with various wings of the Congress party in January. It is said that focusing on financial support is the main topic that came for the discussion.The leaders of Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Punjab wings were called for the meeting separately. The invited leaders include Ministers and office-bearers.
Media reports have claimed that various topics were discussed in the meeting, but the main issue that was discussed is the financial situation of the Congress party.The Congress party which is blinking in several states has shifted its focus to five poll-bound states- Kerala, Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry. The Congress party’s chances of winning the polls largely depend on the corporate funds.
The saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) which has managed to create a wave among the public and political parties before the 2014 elections has received a total of corporate donations worth Rs 2,319.49 cr, followed by INC(376.02 cr), NCP(69.81 cr), AITC(45.02 cr) and CPM(7.50 cr).
All these major political outfits including national and regional parties have managed to get corporate funding for their respective parties for a course of six years, between 2012-13 and 2018-19.The rise of the BJP in various states has also played a crucial role in pushing the Congress party towards a financial crisis. The Congress party has received corporate funding of Rs 122.5 cr, while BJP received massive funds of Rs 698.1 cr.
TDP worried about Disputes between leaders?
The opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) which faced a rude shock with the election results of three phases of local body polls is struggling with the internal issues and disputed between the party leaders and cadre.The alleged disputes between TDP MP Kesineni Nani and MLC Buddha Venkanna have reached a boiling point and the leaders have been making allegations against each other.
The disputes between the duo started when the MP has alleged that Gundarapu Haribabu, a close aide of MLC Buddha Venkanna is a corrupt person which is why he was not given the ticket.Buddha Venkanna’s group countered Kesineni Nani’s allegations and asked how come the party gave B-form to Gogula Ramanarao who is also facing allegations of corruption.
They have also found fault with the MP’s behaviour and opined that if he goes ahead with his rude behavior, this will impact the party’s importance in the Municipal polls as well.The disputes between the leaders are making TDP’s chances to win the Vijayawada Corporation election thin. Nani has also said that he has won as MP when six MLAs have lost the polls.
The TDP leaders aiming for the Vijayawada Mayor post is also said to be a reason for the disputes among the leaders. New leaders joining the list of aspirants for the Mayor’s seat is also an area of concern for the party.The TDP sympathizers are worried about the disputes among the party leaders. They are hoping that the leaders set their issues aside and work for the party in the upcoming municipal polls.
Kamal Haasan meets Rajinikanth at his residence, Whatsup?
Ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls, Actor-turned-politician, Makkal Needhi Maiam’s (MNM) chief Kamal Haasan met his dear friend Thalaivar Rajinikanth at the latter’s residence.According to the media reports, ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan held a meeting with Superstar. The meeting lasted for 45 minutes. The meeting has led to a lot of speculations.
Kamal Haasan’s meeting with Thalaivar is the first meeting of the duo after the latter has announced that he would not venture into electoral politics given his health condition.After Rajinikanth has announced that he would not enter into politics, political analysts have opined that Rajinikanth might extend his support to any political outfit in the state.
However, Kamal Haasan has rubbished the reports of the political agenda behind the meeting with Rajinikanth and said he made a friendly visit and he inquired about Rajinikanth’s health in the meeting.In December last year, Rajinikanth who was supposed to make a big announcement about his political party took a U-turn and announced that he is opting out of the political arena. He cited his health condition as a reason for this.
With Thalaivar taking a backstep from the political arena, all the eyes are on Kamal Haasan who has been campaigning for the polls vigorously. Kamal, who has failed to create any impact in the Lok Sabha is aiming to make wonders in the Assembly polls.
Prabhas Fans Worried After Watching ‘Pitta Kathalu’
Netflix has released its first Telugu anthology titled ‘Pitta Kathalu’ and much to the disappointment of everyone, it failed to impress the audience. Barring Tharun Bhascker’s part, the rest of the three ended up being major disappointments and Nag Ahswin’s storyline upset everyone the most. Shruti Hassan played the lead in that part and the X-Life concept did not go down well with the audience.
Since Nag Ashwin’s next big project is with Prabhas, the star hero’s fans are now worried about it. The talented director is known for sensible and touching films like ‘Evade Subramanyam’ and ‘Mahanati’. They are really hoping that ‘Pitta Kathalu’ was a fluke and he will be back to his best when working with Prabhas.
That project is going to start by the end of this year and it is a science fiction based on the time-traveling concept. Since his ‘X-Life’ concept in ‘Pitta Kathalu’ is somewhat related to time traveling and future timeline, they are starting to get some doubts on this project. Let us wait and hope for the best.
It’s Official: Venky To Start Remaking ‘Drishyam 2’ From 6th March!
Victory Venkatesh is never shy of attempting remakes. He scored a lot of successes through remakes. He remade ‘Sala Khadoos’ as ‘Guru’ while he is currently making ‘Narappa’ which is the Telugu version of Tamil flick ‘Asuran’. He remade ‘Drushyam’ in 2014 which turned out to be a very good hit. The unique storyline and thrilling narration impressed the viewers.
Now, the makers of original version have come up with ‘Drishyam 2’ which released on Amazon Prime recently. The film is receiving a lot of accolades and everyone is praising the gripping screenplay and perfect performances from Mohan Lal & Co. There were many doubts whether Venkatesh would opt for remaking this sequel or not as many people can watch the original on the OTT platform with the help of subtitles.
But it seems like Venkatesh decided to remake the sequel after all. The shooting will start from 6th March and it will go on non-stop for 50-60 days. The makers are planning to wrap up the shooting as quickly as they can and release it before ‘F3’. The official confirmation came out a while ago and actors who were seen in the first part will be coming onboard again for this sequel.
Are All These Collections Fake?
There is a huge talk going around the industry circles saying that the Mythri team are putting up fake collections for their recent hit film ‘Uppena’. The movie is a good hit and there is no denying that but the majority are claiming that the makers are posing huge figures which doesn’t have any reality in them.
The production house released the film themselves and rumour is that they are including the theatre hiring costs and others to increase the numbers drastically. Sources say that ‘Uppena’ entered profit zone long back as they received 20 crores in the form of advances and being an own release, the collections will directly go into the producers’ pockets.
But Mythri team is really trying hard to make it cross the 100 crores gross mark. Insiders are saying that Sukumar is the reason for it. The star director had committed that ‘Uppena’ is going to be a 100 crore film in the pre-release event and this is why everyone in the team is trying to protect his reputation by putting up big numbers. Sukumar who produced films before never attended promotions except for giving interviews but he even took part in reality game shows for this film which explains a lot. Isn’t it?
