Superstar Mahesh Babu‘s upcoming film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata‘ has created quite a buzz down the South. After a long delay in the shoot due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the makers recently wrapped up the first schedule of the upcoming film in Dubai.
It was earlier reported that Sarkaru Vaari Paata will hit the screens for 2022 Pongal. The latest we hear is the production house Mythri Movie Makers had asked the Superstar to release the film for Dasara 2021. Keeping in the mind, that 2022 Pongal is a long duration to wait, the production house is said to have asked Mahesh Babu regarding the same.
However, the inside reports revealed that the producers have failed to convince Mahesh Babu, as he has a Pongal sentiment.
We are aware that many stars in the industry strongly follow sentiments. Needless to say, sentiments are serious things which both actors and makers put first while making the films. Now, the same thing happened with Mahesh Babu.
Directed by Parasuram Petla, Sarkaru Vaari Paata is said to be an action entertainer with a powerful message. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Plus in association with GMB Entertainment.

Uttam Kumar Reddy wants local bodies to get funds
HYDERABAD: TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Tuesday demanded the 15th Finance Commission to ensure the transfer of designated funds to local bodies and Panchayat Raj institutions without any lapse or delay. He also said the State government should not impose rules/restrictions on sarpanches.
The Nalgonda MP attended the briefing and interactive session headed by Commission Chairman NK Singh in Parliament. Uttam said the Finance Commission should ensure that adequate funds are allocated to mandals and zilla parishads. “Reckless and indiscriminate borrowing by the Telangana government will result in the State landing in a debt trap,” he said and demanded that the Commission provides its report/comments on the Kaleshwaram project.
Meanwhile, Shabbir Ali said the Commission has exposed several instances of financial irregularities of the TRS government. He said it has observed that the “huge investments made in irrigation have not resulted in commensurate returns.
Producers of Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘The White Tiger’ land in copy right tussle
The Netflix film original “The White Tiger” featuring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Rajkummar Rao, and Adarsh Gourav dropped on the streaming space on January 21. Hours before the arrival of the film, makers of the film seem to have landed in copyright tussle. Makers Sonia Mudbhatkal and John Hart lodged a copyright encroachment suit in the Delhi High Court against the film’s maker Mukul Deora, his charted accountant Sharad Seksaria and Netflix.
The complainants asserted that they held the adaptation rights of Aravind Adiga’s epic on which the film is based. Days after the arrival of the movie, the duo have approached Enforcement Directorate, charging that Deora utilized a check from non-operating Swiss bank, BSI, for “suspicious transactions for the undertaking”.
The controversy around the film was quite evident ever since the first poster was out. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra had been on the receiving when she shared the upcoming film ‘The White Tiger’ on social media, without mentioning novel author Aravind Adiga.
Sources revealed, Hart and Mudbhatkal urged the ED for a probe into the transactions. They also alleged that Netflix is well versed with Mukul’s numerous shell companies. However, Deora dispelled such claims and said there was no illegal act from their end.
Reportedly, Hart who has bankrolled films like ‘Revolutionary Road and Boys Dont Cry’ acquired the adaptation rights from the author on March 4, 2009. Nevertheless, he alleges that Deora sabotaged their original rights.
Rajamouli to set Jr NTR and Ram Charan free in April
Master craftsman Rajamouli takes his own sweet time to complete a project and he wraps up shoot only after he is completely satisfied with the final output. Same happened with RRR as well. The film has been in the making for well over 2 years now, partly due to Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown.
The latest we hear is that Rajamouli will finally be setting Jr NTR and Ram Charan free this April.
Apparently, the shooting part of RRR is nearing completion and the entire climax part will be wrapped up with the ongoing schedule, which will go on till the end of February.
It is said that Rajamouli is planning to complete the shooting by the end of March. The forthcoming schedule is planned accordingly.
At this rate, both Tarak and Charan will be done with RRR by April. They will be free to work on their subsequent projects from the end of April or early May.
It is already known that RRR is slated for release on 13th of October. Mega and Nandamuri fans are pinning high hopes on the periodic action drama.
While Jr NTR is set to work with Trivikram next, Ram Charan is yet to lock his immediate next project after RRR.

RRR: Sharmila and Jagan share the deepest bond
Raghu Ramakrishna Raju is one of the most controversial MPs of YSRCP, without a second thought. He also said that Sharmila’s party is not being started as a competition to Jagan’s, as the party is being started in Telangana, and not in Andhra Pradesh.
However, RRR opined that it would have been better for Sharmila to start a party in either Tamil Nadu or Karnataka, instead of in Telangana, as her father was strictly against the idea of a separate state for Telangana. RRR said that Sharmila would get more votes in any other state, than in Telangana, as the people of Telangana are very much devoted to their leader, KCR, who made the state of Telangana a reality.

Indians advised against travelling to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait via UAE amidst growing Covid-19 cases
DUBAI: India has asked its nationals not to travel to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait via the UAE and get stranded in this country, in view of the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the region.
In a statement posted on Twitter on Monday, the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi said: “It has been brought to the attention of the Embassy of Indian in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India, Dubai that several Indian nationals intending to travel to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have got stranded in the UAE.”
“Due to COVID-related restrictions on incoming passengers, currently it is not possible for Indian nationals to transit via Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait,” the statement said.
The UAE has recorded a slight uptick in its daily count of COVID-19 cases in the last one month, when the economy reopened.
In total, the coronavirus has claimed 947 lives, along with 332,603 confirmed cases, in the UAE, according to Johns Hopkins University.
Abu Dhabi and Dubai are major transit points for flyers from India travelling to other Gulf countries, even North Africa and Europe.
The Indian embassy said: “All Indian nationals are, therefore, advised to kindly ascertain the latest COVID-related travel guidelines of their final destination country before embarking on an outward journey from India. They are also advised to carry enough personal provisions and funds to cater to any emergent requirements.”
Saudi Arabia suspended entry to the Kingdom for non-citizens from 20 specific countries, including India and Pakistan, as it stepped up efforts to combat the coronavirus pandemic, the official Saudi Press Agency reported last Tuesday, citing an official source at the Interior Ministry.
Indians, who are already in the UAE en route to Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, have been advised to consider returning to India and to make their further travel plan only after the restrictions in the final destinations countries are lifted.
It may be noted that Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have recorded more coronavirus-related deaths than the UAE, at 6,406 and 969 deaths respectively, according to Johns Hopkins University.
