‘I could not have performed better without Samantha’
Hero Sharwa said he was initially scared to do ‘96’ remake because it’s a classic film but producer ‘Dil’ Raju had the confidence and I trust his judgment.
Talking about the film ‘Jaanu’ Sharwa said, “This film needs a strong female actress and Samantha is a perfect choice. If my performance gets credit, Samantha has a share in it and I could not have performed better without Samantha.”
Adding, “There was magic happening every day on the sets and there are many such moments in this film. Also many of us have love failures in tenth standard and in the recent times, never such a deep love story film came. Even I’m eagerly waiting for February 7th.”
Speaking next Samantha said, “I too was not in a mood to do the film and so I refused to meet producer ‘Dil’ Raju because If I meet him, I will get convinced. But yes after signing the movie, I could feel the vibes that we are making something magic.”
Jaanu is being directed by Prem Kumar.
SRK’s sister passes away in Pakistan!
Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan’s paternal cousin Noor Jahaan aged 52 years recently died in Pakistan. She passed away on Tuesday in Peshawar leaving the entire family in tears. Her husband said that she has been suffering from mouth cancer for some time now which led to her deterioration in health.
Noor Jahaan’s family maintained a good relationship with Shahrukh’s family and King Khan even visited her family in Pakistan twice (1997, 20011). Noor had an active political life as she served as a city and district counsellor in Pakistan. She even filed her nomination for general assembly elections in 2018 but withdrew it later.

Tollywood’s Summer Filled With Tamil Remakes!
As the big Sankranti season came to an end, Tollywood filmmakers and trade pundits shifted their focus to the next big season for films which is the summer season. There are a lot of films lined up but the most interesting projects coming during that season are remakes of Tamil flicks.
Pawan Kalyan’s comeback movie is going to release on May 15th as per sources. As we know, it is a remake of Hindi film ‘Pink’ but the screenplay is expected to run on the basis of Ajith’s Tamil remake titled ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’.
At the same time, Venkatesh is coming up with the remake of Dhanush’s super hit rural drama ‘Asuran’. The remake is titled as ‘Narappa’. There are a lot of expectations on this film as the first look posters were too good. In the same way, Ram Pothineni is all set to thrill us with ‘Red’ on April 9th. This film is also a remake of Tamil hit film ‘Tadam’. Interestingly, all the three films are of thriller genre filled with a lot of drama. Let us wait and see how they fare at the box-office.
Comedian Banned By The Airlines For Taunting Journalist
Renowned stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra found himself in deep trouble again when he got banned by the Indigo airlines and Air India for heckling Television anchor and journalist Arnab Goswami.
The duo had an encounter when Kunal Kamra in lock now airport on his flight back. The comedian filmed the entire conversation with Arnab and put it in social media and even called Goswami a “coward” for his journalism.
Kunal took to social media to share this incident and posted the video of him asking Goswami to have a discussion with him.
“FYI – Arnab Goswami was in my flight again this morning while returning from Lucknow… I again asked him politely if he wants to have an honest discussion he with his verbal arrogant hand jester he asked me to move away and I did that,” read his Tweet.
With the news of this incident has gone like a tracer bullet both the airlines have banned the comedian
“Hereby, we wish to advise our passengers to refrain from indulging in personal slander whilst onboard, as this can potentially compromise the safety of fellow passengers,” Indigo airlines Tweeted.
“In view of the incident onboard IndiGo, Air India wishes to inform that conduct of person concerned is unacceptable. With a view to discourage such behavior onboard flights, Mr Kunal Kamra is suspended from flying on any Air India flight until further notice,” Air India Tweeted.
With this, the netizens have divided into two groups the one who supports the decision of the Airlines and the one who opposes it.

Jagan to function from Vizag from Ugadi?
Notwithstanding the temporary hurdles created in the formation of three capitals for Andhra Pradesh, with the bills getting referred to the select committee and the high court taking up hearing on the petitions stalling the capital shift, the YSRC government is going ahead as per the plan in taking steps to make Visakhapatnam as the administrative capital.
If the reports coming from the power corridors are to be believed, YSR Congress party president and chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is most likely to start operating from Visakhapatnam from the Telugu New Year Day, Ugadi, which falls on March 25.
According to these reports, the chief minister’s office in Amaravati has already issued instructions to Visakhapatnam district authorities to make necessary arrangements for the functioning of the chief minister from Ugadi, the day suggested by Visakha Sarada Peetham seers.
In all probability, the CMO will operate from Millennium Tower, which is being developed as the state secretariat. An entire floor would be allotted to the CMO, including Jagan’s chamber and the offices of his advisors, besides conference hall, cabinet meeting hall and a video-conferencing hall.
“Jagan is firm on shifting the capital, come what may. Let the shifting of Secretariat take its own time, but he wants to shift his office from Visakhapatnam under any circumstances,” sources said.
First look: Taapsee in blue jersey
The first look of ‘Shabaash Mithu’ starring Taapsee in the lead role is out. This is a film based on the life of lady cricketer Mithali Raj who is reckoned as a legend on women’s cricket. Taapsee is playing the title role and in the first look, she is seen in the blue jersey.

Prabhas Asks Young Directors To Come Up With Scripts
Hunk hero Prabhas hasn’t changed much in terms of his attitude though he has become a pan-Indian superstar with the super success of Baahubali at the box office. Even though his Saaho hasn’t worked later, his craze is intact and the figures registered by that flop film are a testimony of that.
Talk is that the Baahubali star is not in a mood like he should work with the topmost directors of Telugu cinema or Bollywood cinema to that effect. Recently Prabhas is said to have asked a couple of young directors who have made some interesting debuts in Tollywood, to come up with possible scripts for him.
After appreciating those directors for their debut films, he is said to have told them to prepare stories for him which could be executed at a limited budget and could have a pan-India release. Elated by his call, those directors are said to be now working on stories for the superstar.
