Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey is currently doing a Telugu film and Tamil film that are in different stages of production.She has recently bagged a big offer in Bollywood in which she will be romancing superstar Ranveer Singh.

She is yet to finish off her South assignments, but is not honoring the dates given to Telugu and Tamil films and has moved onto the Bollywood project.Even Shalini’s manager has said that he is helpless in this regard. Helpless producers of her films are now seeking the help of Producer’s councils of Tamil and Telugu cinema industries to bail them out.

Shalini Pandey seems to have put her career in South in jeopardy for her Bollywood film.She needs to work a way around this issue and see that her prior assignments are fulfilled so that there wouldn’t be any hurdles for her Bollywood debut.

Shalini will be romancing hot and happening Ranveer Singh in Jayeshbhai Jordaar produced by Yash Raj Films. It is directed by Divyang Thakkar.

Bankrolled by Gopi Krishna Movies, the film is expected for Summer 2020 release. So, this is going to be the “surprise” that everyone talking about for Prabhas birthday.

Sometimes, identifying the right film at the right time is the need of the hour and Megastar Chiranjeevi is very good at doing that. That’s the reason most of his remake movies are a superhit and he has Malayalam film “Lucifer” in hand right now as rumours emerged that Sukumar might direct it.

Though the film “Lucifer” didn’t run at Telugu and Tamil box office in the dubbed version, somehow audiences liked it huge when they watched the dubbed versions on Amazon Prime Video. That will concretely strengthen the belief of Chiranjeevi that the movie will work in Telugu if it is made with local casting and nativity factor. But then, how come Chiru grabbed the rights when many other stars wanted the same?

We hear that the likes of Rajnikanth, Ajith and couple of big stars in Telugu have all tried to grab the rights of Lucifer movie. But the original producers always wanted to produce the film themselves and hence the rights are never sold, says a source. But with Mohan Lal himself asking them to give the rights to Chiranjeevi, the makers have obliged, a source said.

Some stars are said to have got upset after Chiru grabbed the rights and we have to see if the Megastar will remake this film as a bilingual or just in Telugu only.

The makers of Tamil star Chiyaan Vikram’s ongoing 58th film made a surprising announcement last night. None other than former Indian cricket star Irfan Pathan will be joining the film for a crucial role.

This yet-untitled film marks Irfan’s acting debut. Talking about his new stint, Irfan said he is looking forward to the new venture. Even though the makers have not made an official announcement, it’s being rumoured in Kollywood circles that Irfan will be playing the chief antagonist’s role in the movie. Irfan also participated in the super hit dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Aaja, in 2015,

Coming to his career, Irfan was one of the most successful all-rounders in Indian cricket history. He played 173 matches and took 301 wickets and scored 2821 runs. He also has a century to his credit.

Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, Vikram’s 58th film iw being produced by Lalith Kumar. AR Rahman is composing the music.

RX 100 director Ajay Bhupathi’s next has been finally locked. The film is going to feature two young sensations Karthikeya and Vishwak Sen. Apparently, both will have equally significant roles and the actors have agreed to take up the roles. Recently, Ajay gave them full narration and both have liked the story and given their nod.

Buzz is that the film would be titled as Maha Samudram. The film is going to be rustic and raw like Ajay’s directorial debut RX 100. Karthikeya has earlier done Gang Leader alongside Nani. His role got good recognition in the film.

On the other hand, Vishwak Sen struck chords with youth with his recent Falaknuma Das. The collaboration of Karthikeya, Vishwak Sen and Ajay Bhupathi is certainly raising a lot of interest on the film. More details to be revealed soon.

Superstar Rajinikanth is spiritual at heart. He goes on Himalaya trip every year. This year too, Rajini is Himalaya bound. Accompanying him is his daughter Aishwarya. The pictures of Rajini in Himalayas are going viral online.

Rajini, who wrapped up the shoot of his ongoing film Darbar, headed to serene Himalayas along with Aishwarya Dhanush. Rajini and Aishwarya have visited Swami Dayananda Ashram and offered special prayers at historic Badrinath temple. Rajini and Aishwarya R Dhanush have participated in the temple’s rituals and performed Ganga Arti which is considered as sacred, powerful.

Rajini’s ongoing film Darbar is an action thriller where the superstar donned cop’s hat. He is paired up with lady superstar Nayanthara. It is being directed by AR Murugadoss.

Allu Aravind and Dil Raju Agree for 30% of Profits

Long back, GreatAndhra.com reported that producers Allu Aravind and Dil Raju had joined hands to produce a Hindi film and that it would be a remake of hit Telugu film, “Jersey” starring Nani. In Hindi, Shahid Kapoor will play the lead role.

The movie was officially announced on Tuesday. According to sources, Shahid Kapoor initially quoted remuneration of a whopping Rs 50 crore for acting in this film, much to the shock of both the producers.

Finally, Shahid has agreed to act in the film for a nominal remuneration but with a rider. He wants a 30 per cent share in the total business and profits.

To this, both Dil Raju and Allu Aravind have reportedly agreed and the film is all set to be launched shortly.

Allu Aravind is not new to Hindi production but Dil Raju is stepping into Bollywood with this film. Aman Gill will handle the production in Bollywood.

Both Dil Raju and Allu Aravind want to test their fortunes in Bollywood with this film. They have bigger plans for Bollywood content.

Allu Aravind will also co-produce ‘Ramayanam’ in three parts in the direction of Nitish Tiweri of ‘Dangal’ fame. On the other hand, Dil Raju has joined hands with Boney Kapoor to remake “F2” in Hindi.

Shahid Kapoor hit the gold with “Kabir Singh”, the remake of our Tollywood blockbuster “Arjun Reddy”. He is now confident that the remake of “Jersey” remake would also give him another success.

Air India to resume services in Andhra

Air India has decided to resume its flight services in Andhra Pradesh. The services were withdrawn in July this year due to losses.

A communication was sent to YSR Congress MP Vijayasai Reddy by Air India chief Ashwani Lohani informing the Air India’s decision to resume its services in the State.

The Air India chief further said that the Delhi-Vijayawada service will be operated to Tirupati from October 27. This will run from Delhi to Tirupathi via Vijayawada, three days a week.

The Air India also agreed to run daily services on Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada-Bengulur sector and Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada-Tirupati sector.

One service was already started from October 1, on Hyderabad-Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam sector as daily service and this is being operated by Alliance Air, the Air India chief informed Vijayasai Reddy.

He further said that the Air India would consider requests for other operations based on the availability of resources.

Hero Sundeep Kishan took to his Instagram handle to shares pictures of his NASA visit. ‘The boys with a real rocket behind us,’ wrote Sundeep Kishan as caption to the picture. He and Nikhil were joined by actor Aadarsh Balakrishna.

On the work front Sundeep Kishan has two films in pipeline i.e, ‘Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL’ and ‘A1 Express.’ Hero Nikhil is awaiting for the release of his long pending ‘Arjun Suravaram.’

10 Sequels Of This Horror Flick? Vaddu Baaboi

Coming Friday, we have anchor Ohmkar unleashing his horror on the audiences again as he comes up with “Raju Gari Gadhi 3” this time, with his brother Ashwin and heroine Avika Gor in the leads. After Thamanna exited from this film, the project got huge attention from the audiences.

During the promotions of the film, Ohmkar’s brother Ashwin revealed that his brother and him are in the plans to come up with 10 sequels for Raju Gari Gadhi movie and this is just their third outing. Surely this is a little surprising statement coming from him, because audiences don’t want to see multiple horror films in a similar way coming from same director and Ravi Babu’s Avunu series and other thrillers didn’t farewell due to the same factor.

And moreover, when these films tend to be remade as Nagarjuna’s Raju Gari Gadhi 2 is the remake of Malayalam film Pretham and this latest Raju Gari Gadhi 3 happens to be a remake of Tamil movie Dhilluku Dhuddu 2, calling them as Raju Gari Gadhi franchisee doesn’t make any sense at all.

Cinema lovers can’t say anything except ‘Vaddu Baaboi’ for this desire of Ohmkar brothers. Wonder why the anchor left out other genres rather than sticking to the same theme.

Rajamouli May Not Be Wise, But Not Foolish

The latest rumour engulfing upcoming patriotic drama set in the early 1900s era, SS Rajamouli’s #RRR, is nothing but the remuneration of Bollywood hero Ajay Devgan. Apparently gossip mills are busy saying that he is pocketing nearly 30 crores for his 15-minute odd cameo in the movie as guru of Jr NTR and Ram Charan.

Well, that takes us to the point how our Baahubali maker would actually spend his budgets. Back then, when Rajamouli was questioned about the remuneration of few stars who made their presence felt in Baahubali, he said, “I may not be wise, but not foolish”. And this applies very clearly to #RRR as well as the director takes every single call from artists to artwork to remunerations to locations.

How come anyone would be interested to put in nearly 30 crores for a single actor role, no matter how strong he is in Bollywood. Salman Khan would have done a cameo if Rajamouli approached him through Ram Charan’s route, and any other big Telugu star would have done it for just a couple of crores. When Ajay’s market is not some 300-400 crores, what is the point in roping him by paying such exorbitant price?

Does Rajamouli not think all these equations and chalk all the points to pay such huge remuneration? Maybe we have to say in his own way: He may not be wise, but not foolish, to pay such fat paychecks. Moreover, Rajamouli depends on himself and his screenplay more as one could understand he replaced 4-cr demanding Sridevi with 40-lakhs paid Ramya Krishna for Sivagami’s role.
