TV9 Ravi Prakash targets ‘My Home’ Rameshwara Rao
Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash is still hiding from the police to escape arrest and on Wednesday he released a new video to issue a clarification on three cases that were filed against him. Ravi Prakash went on to reveal how TV9 was established and the following consequences.
“When I had plans to set up TV9, businessman Srini Raju supported me financially. He had majority stake in ABCL while I had minority. When Srini Raju wanted to sell of his stake, I held talks with many investors. Finally I met contractor Krishna Reddy and he informed me that there will be four men to buy 20 percent equal stake. But as Krishna Reddy said, things did not turn up and then came ‘My Home’ groups chairman Rameshwara Rao. After buying stake, Rameshwara Rao started intervening in editorial and even threatened me that I will be thrown out in the coming days,” said Ravi Prakash.
On the cases filed against him, Ravi Prakash said, “Ramehswara Rao has alleged that I conspired against him and so sold the stake to Sivaji. In that regards, Rameshwara’s men filed a complaint against me without even verifying the facts. While the agreement papers involving the deal are in court, the police went ahead and lodged an FIR at the behest of Rameshwara Rao.”
About the second case which is forgery, Ravi Prakash said, it’s Rameshwara Rao men who have kidnapped part-time employee Devender Aggarwal and in the mid-night, with his help, they tried to upload the new directors names in the web site. But it did not happen as Devender Aggarwal had resigned way before this incident. If I seriously indulged in forgery, I would have directly forged the signature of Ramehswara Rao and claim their entire property and assets.
On the TV9 logo case, Ravi Prakash stated that he was the one who is creator of it and none have rights on it. “Rameshwara Rao who bought majority stake should pay be royalty on TV9 logo. To skip paying, they falsely claimed that I stole the logo which is totally untrue. They should have minimum common sense of finding out about the creator of TV9 logo before buying the majority stake,” added Ravi Prakash.
Shifting his target on the police, Ravi Prakash alleged that the police are making their moves as per the directions of Rameshwara Rao. “I wonder whether Hyderabad Police is part of My Home group because they take direct orders from Rameshwara Rao. Is this necessary that police to stoop down to such a low,” questioned Ravi Prakash.
Finally the former TV9 CEO said, he has two options before him. Whether to follow values and ethics or to surrender himself to the big business tycoons who control the media as per their personal interest. Ravi Prakash cleared it by sticking to the first option and said he is going forward irrespective of the threats he is receiving.
Last Day For YS Jagan in Hyderabad
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has packed his bags and vacated his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad. Jagan Reddy is leaving to his new house in Amaravati ahead of the election results tomorrow. So, technically, it is going to be the last day for Jagan in Hyderabad.
With Jagan shifting his base to Amaravati, YCP leaders are relieved. Until the recent general elections, Jagan operated from Lotus Pond and YSRCP leaders from AP used to come to Hyderabad often to meet Jagan.
Now the joke doing the rounds in political circles is that whether Jagan would return to Lotus Pond if the election result is against to him and his party.
Big Rumour: KTR To Swear In As CM On July 2nd
Before the Lok Sabha elections in Telangana, there was a wide talk that TRS chief KCR would be contesting for the Lower House and in his absence his son KTR would be made the CM. But this did not happen as KCR showed no interest in contesting for the MP seat but added that he will be behind forming of the next government in New Delhi.
Now that the Lok Sabha elections are over, there is a strong rumour that is being widely shared in the social media and WhatsApp groups. It is KCR is likely to step down from the CM chair and is expected to make his son KTR as the new CM of Telangana. KCR has reportedly fixed muhurtham for this it seems and if things go as per plan, KTR might swear in as CM on July 2nd.
If this happens, there could be new political developments in Telangana. On the other hand TRS party sources are absolutely tight-lipped about this while some say that they had no clue about it.
So will KCR make way for his son KTR? We have no idea about it and just keep waiting for the date.
Pawan Kalyan made wrong choices, analyses Kona
Writer Kona Venkat stirred up a controversy during the Andhra Pradesh elections by allegedly speaking against Pawan Kalyan. Later he issued a clarification that he never made comments against the Jana Sena chief but it was too late as he faced the wrath of PK fans. Keeping his friendshipwith Pawan aside, Kona supported YSRCP in the elections and then remained silent.
After a while, Kona Venkat once again came to the limelight and expressed his views on Pawan Kalyan and Jana Sena Party’s chances of winning the elections. Kona analysed that Pawan made couple of mistakes in the elections and it will cost him big time. The mistakes listed out by Kona are, alliance with Mayawati and the second is making wild allegations on settlers in Hyderabad and the last is TRS and YSRCP friendship.
According to Kona, Andhra Pradesh people did not like Pawan going for a pact with Mayawati as the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief was involved in multi crore scam and the Supreme Court of India gave its verdict against Mayawati. “BSP has no presence in AP. Take the case of my constituency, as part of poll pact in Baptla, BSP’s candidate contested the seat. He will not even get two thousands votes and will certainly lose deposit,” said Kona.
Then the writer said Pawan Kalyan was misguided by people surrounding him on Hyderabad issue. “Where and when attacks on Andhra people happened in Hyderabad?” questioned Kona and added Pawan was misled and then he commented about TRS and YSRCP friendship. TRS has no role in Andhra elections.
Yet Kona credited Jana Sena for bringing in a new trend by not wooing voters with money and liquor. These observations by Kona look practical and we have to see how PK fans will react this time.
AP first result to be out by 2 PM
Andhra Pradesh Election Commissioner Gopal Krishna Dwivedi has said that the trend of election results will be known by 12 Noon while the first result will be out at 2 PM. Dwivedi addressed the media ahead of the counting day which is tomorrow.
The poll officer said all the arrangements are made for the counting. “In 36 centres, 350 counting halls are arranged. The postal and service votes will be counted first and then the EVMs. If there is any issue with EVMs, then VVPAT slips will counted and they will be picked up in random manner as per the Supreme Court of India guidelines,” said Dwivedi.
The full list of winners is expected to take time and Dwivedi said it might be mid-night of tomorrow that we can get the complete list of election results.
On the security measures, Dwivedi said three layered police force are deployed at counting halls and only authorised persons will be allowed inside. 144 section will be effective from Wednesday mid-night till the results are declared officially.
So the count-down has begun and TDP, YSRCP folks have kept their fingers crossed!
TDP Leader Brutally Killed In Kurnool
Kurnool district has once again witnessed blood-shed. TDP leader by name Sekhar Reddy was brutally killed by his rivals in Chapalakotthuru of Done mandal. Sekhar Reddy is one of the key followers of leader Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy who before the elections joined TDP.
The murderers first attacked Sekhar Reddy with roads and then smashed his head with a rock. They escaped from the spot as soon as committing the crime and then locals have informed the police. By the time the cops reached the spot, Sekhar Reddy lost his life. His corpse was shifted to local government hospital for post-mortem.
AP IT minister Nara Lokesh has reacted on Sekhar Reddy’s brutal murder and condemned it. He asked the cops to nab the culprits as early as possible and also assured the family members of Sekhar Reddy that TDP will abide by them.
Sekhar Reddy’s murder has brought tense atmosphere ahead of the counting in Kurnool.

Varanasi astrologers predict instability in politics
Varanasi: The triumvirate of Jupiter, Rahu and Saturn may upset the exit-poll calculations and cause some trouble in the formation of the new government at the Centre.
According to astrologers in Varansi, this planetary position could take the BJP to being the single largest party but might keep it away from getting a majority.
According to Pandit Rishi Dwiwedi, the planetary position spell instability for democracy and this will reflect in the election results.
“Any government that is formed in this planetary situation will not complete its term. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) could get 220 to 240 while BJP will have to remain content with 140 to 160. The UPA is likely to get 110-140,” he said.
Dwiwedi added that the Samajwadi Party-Bahujan Samaj Party could play a key role in formation of the government which would enhance their own positions.
Another astrologer Pandit Deepak Malviya also said that there could be considerable trouble in government formation and Narendra Modi’s personal astro-chart also indicates that he might have to make compromises in government formation.
“Parties from West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala will be crucial for government formation,” Malviya said.
About the Congress, he said that the party will expand its footprints and vote share but will still be away from power.
Astrologer Ganesh Prasad Misra also agreed with the predictions of the other two astrologers but added that the planetary positions will make sure that several faces of the 16th Lok Sabha do not make it to the 17th Lok Sabha.
KCR threatens legal action against ABN Radhakrishna!
ABN-Andhra Jyothy managing director Vemuri Radhakrishna continues to rub TRS chief and Telangana CM KCR the wrong way.
A day after Andhra Jyothy newspaper carried a banner story saying that Telangana State is in deep financial crisis, which angered KCR, one more news report was published by the same newspaper against TRS government today.
Andhra Jyothy published a report saying that contractors stopped works in all districts in Telangana as TRS government defaulted on payment of bills to them due to financial crisis.
Though finance secretary Ramakrisha convened a press conference yesterday to condemn Andhra Jyothy’s report on financial crisis and said Telangana continues to be ‘rich state’ under TRS regime, Radhakrishna carried one more story in his newspaper today stating that TRS govt has no funds to pay contractors due to which they stopped all the works mid way.
KCR directed officials to file legal case against Radhakrishna Rao for publishing fake reports on the financial condition of the government even after government clarifying on the issue.
KCR also directed officials to lodge a complaint against ABN Andhra Jyothy group with the Press Council of India for publishing fake news reports without verifying the facts.
After election code ends, KCR wants to take on Radhakrishna directly.
The government is likely to stop all the advertisements to ABN Andhra Jyothy besides cancellation of accreditation cards to the journalists of this group for writing fake news reports.
